Paul and Dave were great! My driver door window was not working at all. Dave and Paul got me in and out within a couple of hours, as a walk in. I highly recommend! Great service and an affordable price. Can't beat it!

I purchased a used vehicle with an aftermarket starter and alarm. It only had one remote and the dealer said I should check with Auto One and see if they can get another remote for me. I stopped by and Dave was super helpful. He ordered the key fob and when it came in he took the time to make sure the new fob was setup, made sure everything was programmed, and that I knew how to use all the features. I wanted to get the windows tinted and saw they did that so I decided to get that done another day. I was also looking into getting the underbody treated with a rust inhibitor and sealer from other companies, while browsing the internet I saw that Auto One had this service available as well. I made the appointment to get the windows and underbody done, which I will say was a very fair price. Dave and his team did a great job with the work, which will help keep it protected longer, and made my car look a lot better in the process. If you're looking for tint, alarm, underbody, glass work, or any other of their services Auto One is worth checking out. Satisfied customer so far. I stopped in for a key fob and their customer service brought me back for more.

This is my second visit with them. This time it was for my daughter's car and they are consistently phenomenal. Very warm, friendly and professional and oh so accommodating. Had 2 stone chips on my windshield repaired. The business owner is professional, friendly and did the work at a fair price. My daughter went elsewhere for a stone chip repair, paid more and the repair failed and now she needs a new windshield. We will definitely come to Auto 1 first for our auto needs. The guys at Auto One went over and beyond. Not only did they replace my windshield. They fixed my passenger window that was rolling down slow at no cost. They detailed my entire car. I unfortunately had to work this morning and dropped my truck off at the shop and called them when they opened to make sure it was okay and they were completely understandable and cool about it. They got my Glass in very fast and even vacuumed up all the old glass that was all over the back of the truck and organized everything I had in the back of it as well, not that they had to do that. I would definitely recommend these guys to do any glass repair or replacement. They are very professional with the work they do. I have been enjoying Great customer service here for many years. We just had a new windshield installed in my father in-laws Taurus. Paul just completed an Amazing detailing job on the interior and exterior of our new/used van. I highly recommend you check out the fast and very friendly service here.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Dave and Paul are great. They installed a remote car starter on my Lincoln quickly and at a great price. They were even willing to give me a ride back home while they worked on it. Even after a year later, I drove my car back to them and they took it on the spot, worked on it for about a half hour, and didn't charge me a dime. You just can't find people like them these days.

These folks know how to get work done efficiently and effectively. My car caught a stray bullet New years Eve and many shops were still in observance of the holiday so I called many shops to no avail, but thankfully these guys had the connects to have my windows replaced in a reasonable time and fair price.I highly recommend.

I had to get my windshield replaced and I recieved the best customer service. The price was good as well. Very knowledgeable people, they didn't just slap it in and tell me have a great day. I was treated very well.

After Henderson Glass screwed me over, I found Auto One on Yelp. We called, found out their price for a new windshield was way better than Henderson, and made the appointment to go up there. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The shop, while SUPER busy, was clean. They had my window done in just under an hour, but we had to let it sit for an extra 45 min for the adhesive to cure. It wasn't a big deal, because it's within walking distance to a coffee shop, and other stores/restaurants. I absolutely will recommend Auto One to anyone who needs their auto glass fixed. REALLY a nice experience!!!

If you are looking to have a sunroof installed, look no further than Auto One in Eastpointe. Dave and Paul did outstanding work on mine and it looks and feels like it was factory-installed. If I ever made the perfect decision, it was deciding to use Auto One Eastpointe for my sunroof installation. Thanks a million guys!!
