I rarely leave reviews but felt inclined to because the service was that good. Specifically, the service Eddie provided. He was very honest and concise with me about what my car needed, not only did I feel comfortable working with him he executed all the way through until the end. Hopefully I don t have any other car issues but if I do at least I know where to go! 10/10 experience

This is the best car shop they always fix my car and make sure it s in good condition. Steve and Eddie are amazing. I have never had any problems with there service.

The recent negative reviews are accurate.I like to go to places that aren't giant chains and I had rated this place 5 stars previously based on my experiences but man have things gotten bad.I needed 4 new tires. They put the tires on didn't even attempt to balance them.Took my car back a few days later told them it was shaking because the wheels weren't balanced so they kind of balanced the fronts but didn't do the rears at all.Took the car back again told them the rears weren't balanced. They returned the car but didn't actually attempt to balance the rears at all.I had enough of them wasting my time (even though I paid for the service with the new tires) so I just paid for another shop to balance the wheels.Turns out the rear passenger wheel needed about 7oz and the fronts they kinda got close to balancing but didn't quite do it right either. This is pretty basic work for an auto shop. Not sure if it is laziness or inability to have people to propetly do the job.Either way, if you value your time and money and not having to take your car to another shop to fix their work I would recommend going elsewhere.

If I could add more stars I would! Steve & Tony are two amazing guys. I took my jeep in because it was acting up and they took care of me. When I picked up my truck, it sounded brand new. No ticks, no rough idle, nothing. Smooth and new. I d recommend these guys to anybody. -Jay

They are the absolute worse. My stepdad brought my car in to get fixed to see why the engine light is still on and they kept my car for 2 WEEKS!! And I just got my car back and they made my car so much worse and didn t even fixed the engine light problem. The engine light is blinking rapidly, I can t even drive over 65mph, and the car starts shaking I never had those problems when I first got the car, horrible car shop. They don t fix things, they make it worse

This place gets 20 stars, they fixed my timing chain in one week, the were extremely professional. Even when I got upset about needing my car fixed sooner, customer service person Steve was extremely professional and really nice and did what he said he would do. The car is riding better than before, they did a Great job and Steve was awesome. Ladies, you can trust these guys with your car and not worry about being taken for granted. Also the manager, Mike I think, he was awesome as well, the whole experience was great!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This place is a whole ripoff!!!! Especially if you have a warranty such as car shield!!!! They ll milk them without getting the job done this ought to be illegal for them to get away this!!!! Please go somewhere else!!!!!

Please do not go to this auto place. they do not follow michigan state laws. they will tell you one price, fix your car and then it will be a much high price, and because they completed the service, you have to pay them. They are a daily SCAM , PLEASE BE AWARE. ALSO THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR CAR CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME!!!!

I have been dealing with auto masters since 2021. I went through auto shield to get my car fixed, and it took them over a year to fix my the car it needed an engine once the engine was put in last year my car started having more problems that it did not have before I took it there. Then they didn't put my engine in correctly, and my fly wheel had broken and messed up the starter on the car. Now, all of a sudden, I need a transmission when there was nothing wrong with it. Before I took it to them, they straight piped my exhaust because. My Catalatic converter was stolen, and they did not tell me that it was missing. I took the car back to them and now the car won't even go over 30 miles and I have been waiting for over 2 and half weeks to get my car back. They suck.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !!!They said they put brand new brakes on my car a month ago. Now they said my breaks are at 10 % I just looked at them and they are almost gone. They said that they look like that because I need calipers, I m sorry but it s impossible that brand new breaks could have wasted in less then a month. If you bring your car here you will get ripped off. Now I m stuck with 1,300 bill with snap and still need breaks. These guys shouldn t be in businessService: Brakes

Great Customer service. I went to have my oil change and wheels rotated. My only problem is there is some inconsistencies in pricing. They charged me about $25 more for my second oil change and tire rotation.

If u get anything done to your car I highly advise you to double check their work.. broke had work done to my front suspension and they didn't put my sway bar link back on and didn't tap in the axel nut to make sure it won't move due to vibrations. I had to do everything myself including buying new sway bar links bc it bent from them not putting it back onto my control arm.. the will kill or hurt someone on the road one day due to the lack of work/detail when it comes to their job.

Charged me more than $10 over their advertised price regular oil and filter (not high end oil). Said supplies increased and they needed more money. Did not refill the windshield wiper tank and gave me a list of many things that needed repair - most of them false. In over 50 years of taking cars to repair places - this is the worst experience I have had. They are very dishonest and totally unorganized. Stewart RichardsonService: Oil change

My husband (D. Williams) and I (L. Williams) took our black 2012 Dodge Charger there to have a rebuilt engine put in. We took our vehicle here because it was close, but this shop is very unprofessional. They took a month and 2 weeks to finish the car. They said they would be finish in no more than two weeks. We were never called and updated on the car, and when we called to check on the car we could never get a straight answer as to what was going on with the car or when it would be finished. I had to leave work early to go and check on the car after a month pasted and we received no updates on the car and could not get through on the phone. Once I got to the auto shop the car was parked in the back the tech took me to look and it and said the engine had been repair but all the lights in the dashboard were lit up and that is not how we took the car in there, the tech then stated that they need to keep the car longer to get the lights off and they would follow up with us the next day at 4pm but know one called. Two weeks pasted and my husband went to get the car and had to take it back because the windshield wipers did not work , there was grease all over his tan leather seats and the car was extremely loud as if something was wrong with the muffler or the catalytic converter was missing. When we looked under the car it looked like the exhaust was welded back together but done very poorly. When my husband addressed these issue with the tech he was once again giving the run a around. There staff seemed unconcerned about customer service or quality work. They just take your money and do poor work. I would not suggest their service to any one. I think i will follow up with the Michigan Department of State to report their poor service.Service: Engine repair

I read the reviews, but needed to check my tires. The service rep was very professional and polite. Check my tires for me made sure I was safe..left with no charge! Perfect!!

I was really impressed with the quality of work done on my vehicle for the price. Mike (Sales) and Andrew (Service Center Manager) really know their stuff and are fair. They have developed a good team. The mechanics are friendly and do good work. I would recommend them to others and will return when I need work done to my vehicle.

Tony is the man what more can I say.He and his crew not only fixed my tire in a pinch while I was at work and had a blowout. BUT also got up and running for steel deal on the same day!!As a business owner myself who strives on honesty and integrity its nice see other local company's who treat their customers with the same respect. Especially how most companies are nowadays.This will be my new #1 go to for any tire needs Thanks again for the speedy solid repair!

I have got to say I have been to several places to get my tires repaired. This shop is awesome, I had a flat tire took my car up to them to get it plugged in and put in 20 min.The gentlemen there were super nice, I recommend this place to anyone.....service was great thank you for helping me out...Service: TiresService: Tires

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I brought my car to these guys for a high idle problem and a starting issue. They did the alternator and the starter and I was still having the same problems so I brought it back up there and they changed the idle regulator and then they tried to give it back to me with a power steering problem when I had no issues with my steering prior to bringing it there. All together they got $3,000 out of me and I still have an idle problem and I still have a start and stall problem. I would not recommend taking your car here

Horrible! Took a longer time than they originally told me. When I finally was able to get my 'fixed' car, I drove less than a mile and the same issues were still happening. New issues arising after going to them. Had to come back and forth from here 2 days in a row just to still not have my car fixed. In these two days I've seen more than one person coming back, complaining their issues weren't fixed either. They charged an arm and a leg and I will never come back, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service and even worse quality of work.
