God bless Gus and Jim. They need all the prayers they can get, especially how the treat and threaten a customer who has been in there 3 times for the same thing. Lied to a gentleman I had accompany me there because if I called or showed up just asking about my car, it was going to be towed to my house unfinished, just like it's been for months now. Lied about it and wouldn't do a service I paid for because they didn't feel like programming the key fob for me when Jim says they didn't have it then Gus says he just doesn't want to do it anymore. Been waiting since September for that. Because I had to have someone accompany me, they said they were waiting on a part and then it would be finished in an hour and they would call me when it's ready. It was done in a half hour because they said I didn't give them time to do it correctly since I rushed them and I complained driving away when they didn't even see me leaving. They always said it would be ready tomorrow, so I'd call towards the end of the day to check the status and it was always another day. They claim I'm blowing up their phones when I have phone records. Even if I was, that gives you a reason to lie, act worse than a toddler and say here we didn't finish the car and WE TAKE AWAY ALL WARRANTY on the car. They don't mention it of course and put it under labor description. They didn't say it'll be done in an hour because we don't want your business like they were big and bad to me in my face, but not when I had an escort to help me find out what was going on with my car and an estimated time. If they find more things wrong, they fix it without telling you because they do the job right! Obviously because my car has been in there 3 times for several weeks at a time. They worked on my mom's car and didn't call to tell her how much anything would cost and went to pick it up and it was like $2300 and mine was $4500!! And it's worse than when I took it there. They weren't even going to fix the stick that holds the hood open because they were done with me and I opened it when I brought it home after 2 weeks and 5 mins after leaving I could tell it wasn't fixed and called and told them. It almost smashed me and my 5 year old daughter in the head because she was holding the flashlight for me. I had to pull it out and it unplugged my headlight. So this kind gentleman over heard and went and fixed it real quick. They like to take advantage of single disabled mothers. My walker was in my truck and because they kept saying the next day, I didn't go get it. They told me they would do whatever and we so sorry after having my car 2 weeks the second time and driving away seeing the problem wasn't fixed and how much they lie must make their families proud. Jim just likes to argue because on his days off he doesn't want to do anything and he got in a huge screaming match with his wife and things she buys or something. So he doesn't even treat people he's supposed to love with any respect. He screamed at me and hung up on me for asking for an update of what was going on. That's how every other shop has done it with me. They don't just fix things and say surprise here is your bill. They let you know if they need more time with your car, etc. That's all I was trying to find out: an update about what was going on and an estimated date when it would be ready since it's been 4 days and now the weekend and I was told it would be 5 hours, then the next day, then the next day, then the next day and wouldn't give any info on it. I have a whole book written down to compare with other reputable notes that will hold up in court better than anything they have. When JOSH was there, he was super helpful and made sure things got done. He's gone and Gus tells me to ask for him when I call. I do and he can never talk or call back so Jim helps me and seemed very kind and willing to make it right and said he'd personally take care of it but couldn't answer anything when I asked and said I had to talk to Gus who nobody would let me talk to. They said he'd call in the morning and stuff and never did.

Hi this is James Williams I'm posting this from my experience with Keystone Auto Clinic. My expectations with the quality work and professional duties by attending to the care of all my automobile problems is very high with them. I can say they took good care of all my issues that my car had. Good job Gus and to his work crew family.

Don t go here! They overcharge you and tell you things are wrong with your car that isn t wrong. They rotated my tires without my permission and when I asked them about it they denied it when I know for a fact they did it. My back tire was my only problem but when I picked my car up the next day it was my front tire and now my sensor for my back tire is on my front so whenever my front tire go flat, it shows it s the back tire on my dashboard. I never gave them permission to touch my front tire at all! & not to mention, my car has been driving different every since I picked it up.

Brought my Mustang to Gus to determine if they could remove a soft dent. Because of the dents location, they would had to repaint the fender as the dent was just below the crease line. They were honest, upfront, and professional.I would recommend them for future repairs. Thanks Gus!

Been taking my car here for a few years to get normal maintenance done, and repair whatever pops up. I can always get in quickly and their prices are competitive. Best oil change prices around for sure

BEWARE. Took my car here for front end/suspension work, after another shop blew me off; again hoping for good service since I know people that gone to this shop. Over 2 weeks go by and $3000 in debt, they called to tell me it was done. I show up same day, they said it wasn t done and had to do an alignment. I was patient hoping it was all going to be done right.2 days after that we call to see the progress, they claimed someone called and talked to a person saying it was done. I never got a call. Happy to go get my car that night after work, I go to start her- the Engine is now miss firing with a check engine light blinking. Devastated because my engine was fine when I brought it it in. . I left my key again.The next morning my guy goes to talk to them in person and get the key back to see if we knew what the problem was. The shop said since we left the key- they will look at it. Now going on 3 weeks- the shop runs a code reader stating it Could be a Coil in the engine and they will fix with for Another $500 up front, since I am on a plan for the first $3000 due. We kindly declined; they said they didn t want to lose a client and claimed they could do a Tune-Up for $150. No Thank you.We fixed it ourself. Now after all that time and debt, unexplained sounds are still coming from my front end that they were supposed to fix. Ridiculous and will never go back there and will tell everyone what happened. Hard to find a good person.

This place was amazing keyword WAS. Brought my vehicle here 4 times. Each time the service got worse. This last time was by far the worst. Paid for a repairs. Repeatedly have been back for the same issues. Claiming they don't hear the noises I and others hear and everything is fixed. Yeah it is not fixed. Be careful. Shady as hell. Horrible communication. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

No one enjoys getting surprised or shocked in the Dr's office nor mechanic shop however in being straight forward with our babies and getting them back on the road safely yes I'm good with choosing Auto Clinic. They will get you together

Work was okay .... customer loyalty is terrible..... I'm pretty sure these "great experience" mechanics new my ride was gonna go down..... but did a repair, that cost me a few thousand dollars anyway.Then when they did a follow-up and I told them....didn't even respond to the message I sent them. About how my vehicle died a few day. Don't call yourself a community Business and yet your in for the quick buck. Now I'm out thousands of dollars and still no ride, with two kids that still gotta get to school and me to work.

To all of my fellow uaw workers and everyone don't go to this shop and get your car fix they did a horrible job. I came to this shop and told them my heat isn't working in my impala and they said they found the problem and said it was an electrical issue. First they tried to overcharge me and I told them I didn't have the ridiculous amount they tried to charge. Then we finally agree to an amount. About 8 hours after taking my car to the shop the heat cut on temporarily. As soon as I got home it cut off. I call the shop the next day and told them the issue and they told me to bring it by. Mind you I work so I brung it by the shop and then they said they don't have the time to fix the issue today. I took my car to this shop several times that week and this was right before Thanksgiving it became a week after the work was originally done by them. So I took a day off from work to drop off my ride. I had to take two busses back home to get home in 20 degrees weather. The car sat for 8 hours I called the shop before they close they said they was pulling the car in around 4pm. Then I call the next day at 9am they said they was looking at my car. Then I let hours go by and at 4pm the next day 24 hours later I had to get a ride to the shop and they told me they never pulled the car in. They lied to me on the phone and I have kids and not only is my heat never was fix I loss the $150 I had to sacrifice to use to pay for the service. Nobody gave me a refund nor help fix my car and they lied to me.

I was pleased with their knowledge and customer service. Car was ready when they said it would be, didn t gouge prices like a lot of places do when you are a female taking your car in. It was a very pleasant experience!

Auto Clinic was my saving grace. Josh went over and beyond to help me with my car. I had a nightmare situation with CarShield (don t ever use them) and Josh was with me every step of the way. I eventually said forget the insurance company and decided to just pay Auto clinic to fix my car. If you want honesty, patience, and quality work and Great Customer Service this is the place to go. Josh your amazing thank you again!

Fast service, showed me my old brakes rotors and pads, had shuttle drop off and pick up and Great fair price - even used the coupon for oil change with free wiper blades...Would use them again.

DON'T DO IT! I had a water pump and a timing belt changed here for $2800. Immediately after I got my car from those guys, my car started driving awful. It was jerking every time I wanted to drive with more than 45 m/h. My car was unsafe. I took my car for an inspection at a different place to find out that the guys at Auto Clinic Eastpoint DID NOT PUT BACK (all of them, not even one) the valves for my engine. So oil started getting in my engine which messed up 2 of my valves and 1 coil. That would have been about $1600 repair. I took back my car to the guys from Auto Clinic Eastpoint, showed them the pictures of the inspection, and asked them if they will fix it because it was crystal clear it was their fault. The agreed but still tried to charge me "...only $200...". Long story short, my car continued to drive awful and it was not safe. I took my car back to get an inspection (another $100). My timing belt was not aligned properly when the guys from the Auto Clinic Eastpoint changed it. That could have resolved in the belt breaking which would have destroyed my engine and we all know that repair like this is not cheap at all. On the other hand, in such an invent would have been a risk for my life and anybody who may be in my car or around it. DO NOT TRUST THOSE GUYS WITH YOUR CAR. Repairing somebody's car is not a joke. You put people's lives in danger if something goes wrong because you thought you can fix something you had no idea how to fix.

I have used Auto Clinic for years now and they have always done a good job on my car and the car that I have now which is the jeep 2018 compass. They replaced My coolant reservoir, and the attachments that went with it to stop the leak I was having. They did excellent work as always and they took in consideration that I needed my car right away and they did their very best to get my car fixed and I was on my way to pick up my grandkids from school and Work, I will not ever let anyone else touch my car but them I ve highly recommend Auto Clinic.

They was very nice, car running ok so far. My main complaint is never tell a customer that you're going to have it ready, when you can't make that promise. 3 different times. I missed the birth of my Niece. I asked and was told that I would definitely have the car by the end of the day, then 1st thing in the A.M.of the next day, then midday then eventually 3PM.

I am Ms. Persail and Auto Clinic Blessed me. They did a lot of work on my car. I didn't have a lot of money to fix with all was wrong with it. I have to say the whole team over there works very hard to get my car working properly. They even brought it back in several times to look at other things that may have been going on. They just did a fantastic job. They tried very hard to make their customers happy and in my case, they did a great job.
