They did good work on my two vehicles. The guy that is at the front counter, let s call him Kyle , definitely has an attitude problem. For being the face of the company, he lacks professionalism; from his demeanor to his looks. He talks down to my wife when she goes in, he acts like everything is an inconvenience, and has his attention to personal endeavors every time we go in. I m glad he likes his phone so much but customer service is the job.

Had to get work done on my Equinox. They were great. Friendly service, system used broke down all the work that would need to be done, and so far after getting the car back it certainly feels like the work was good quality. Thanks for getting my car back to normal!

I was looking around for a new shop to start using for both of my vehicles. They have the best prices I've found but the quality of work is great. They have a portal that allows you easy access to everything they checked and found with images. Also, they have texting avaiable which works great considering i am always at work. They communicate & they have tried to save me on part. So thankful I found this shop close to my home.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes

Recently had to take my vehicle in for some maintenance and had a great experience where the owner and crew were friendly, down-to-Earth, honest, and efficient. They were able to quickly diagnose the problems and didn't just rattle off a price but explained the why/how along with a fair price and reasonable ETA.They truly over delivered by having my vehicle ready 2 days ahead of the ETA. At pick up they took the time to explain and show what was wrong and how they fixed it. Super stand up crew and owner that I highly recommend checking out. Summary: They do great work. They're customer-focused. They're busy, so plan to be without your vehicle for a while. They're fair in their pricing and get good parts (not the cheapest, but quality for the price).I've been taking my cars there for years now and they're always fair and knowledgeable. Mike is the owner and he and his staff take great care to make sure everything is taken care of without trying to up sell you. When things aren't critical to fix, he and his staff will bring it to your attention, explain what the impact is, and frankly tell you if it doesn't need to be dealt with urgently.Their prices aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Mike gets good parts and it costs what it costs for them, and he's fair about it. He's not trying to gouge or milk you. They even have a list hanging in their lobby of what the cost of ownership is over 10 years for various brands, so their customers know what brands to favor if they don't want to have to come back to their shop as often. Mike and two other staff all independently recommended ways I could save money on maintenance, which will directly impact how often I have to pay them for work. If that's not customer-minded, I don't what is.They've always done solid work for me, and the one time I an issue that wasn't completely resolved, they quickly had another look at it and got it squared away promptly.They are often busy, so you may not be able to get very prompt service on your vehicle, but they're upfront about when they can start working on it. When they'll be done is obviously dependent on their assessment of the vehicle once they get started with it and what kind of work you need done. They're good about calling you at that point and walking you through everything, and once they start, they get the job done as quickly as possible.Nonetheless, I usually plan to be without my vehicle for a few days when I take it in. It's the side effect of going to a great business that's good enough to be busy. I usually call ahead and they can give me a rough idea on when they think they can get started on my vehicle.In conclusion, I highly recommend All Pointes Auto. If you need to be in and out, or you're on a really tight budget, you may need to go elsewhere, but if you have the time and can afford it (though you'll likely save money in the long run), I think you'd be hard pressed to find better service.

The best mechanic shop I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! The most important thing I can say about Mike and All Points Auto Service is that they are HONEST! Mike is a true professional and he knows what he is talking about. He gets things done in a timely manner and the price is fair. I DEVELOPED A PROBLEM ON MY 2012 FORD F-150 ON A SUNDAY, AND WAS ABLE TO EMAIL MIKE AND HE RETURNED MY EMAIL ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. I am a very discerning car owner, and I would recommend Mike and All Points Auto Service to anyone and everyone.Thank you Mike for a great experience, you are a true professional!

Outstanding service. Mike is fantastic to work with and explains all work before it is done. We have had our Land Rovers serviced here for years. They always do great work. Rates are very reasonable. Mike makes you feel like family. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been taking our cars here for about 2 years now. We love the professionalism, integrity, and high ethical standards Mike, Scottie, and the staff have. They go WAY above and beyond for their client's. They are priced well and take pride in their work. I would recommend Mike and Scottie to anyone who needs their car repaired. After the first visit you will know that All Pointes Auto is the only place to take your vehicle!

I have had many problems with my Mercedes and Currently with my Cadillac. Mike and his staff are second to none when it comes to quality repairs. Reasonable, truthful and quick to respond to your questions. They let you know exactly what the problem is and how they are going to fix the problem. They did just that. I have recommended Mike and his staff to all my friends who want a quality shop. 5 STARS IF I COULD IT WOULD BE 10 STARS. Thanks Mike and your staff

These guys are the best. Friendly and professional. I have taken 3 different vehicles for all types of work performed including my older jaguar know for issues. They have always kept me up to date with what they were doing and have reasonable prices. Only place i take my vehicles.

These guys were awesome. Had a coolant line leak on my 01 ranger and these guys were super friendly and professional. Shop looks clean all newer equipment. They had my truck done the next day and the price was fair. I never once got that uneasy feeling like your getting take for a run around. I will definitely consider referring them and bringing my truck in again.

All the rating say they are good, I could not get in to get my tire fix with a slow leak today or tomorrow. I gave it 5 stars as the gentlemen on the phone was nice and honest enough to say they are busy and could not service me.

It's hard finding a car repair shop that you trust. I now have one with All Pointes Auto Service. Mike and his crew were able to get me in the same day that I called and finished the work on time as promised. He's knowledgeable, truthful and very friendly. I will recommend All Pointes Auto Service to all of my friends.

Good guys. You get a discount at the car rental across the street when you use All Pointes Auto Service. They are honest and trust worthy people, which is hard to find in the auto repair world. They did a great job on my car for a great price. I'm relieved to have FINALLY found a auto repair shop that has integrity. Thank You All Pointes Auto Service.

Had a transmission issue with my newer model BMW after I had a "Certified BMW tech" drain & replace the fluid. After having that done, the car was whining & jamming gears while shifting, and I thought that I was going to have to replace the transmission (which I was quoted $5000 for) after the "Certified BMW tech" refused to acknowledge that there was any issue with it. Mike came recommended from a friend, and was able to diagnose & resolve all of the issues for under $250, all while being friendly and communicative during the process. I sincerely appreciate his honesty, communication, and work ethic (and the money that he was able to save me!!!). I highly recommend All Pointes for all of your automotive needs.

We have 3 foreign cars and we used to be bent on taking them to the dealership miles and miles away for everything. Now, I can't tell when last I've been to my dealership. I love it here and if you live nearby, they'll even take you home when you drop off your car. They have definitely exceeded our expectations.

In an effort to fix my husband's car, I read local reviews. All Pointes stood out because everyone said they were good mechanics, but one lady said they were short with her. I thought this was perfect. A good mechanic with an attitude would make my New Jersey native husband comfortable! Well, the guy turned out to be really nice, but my husband liked him anyway. They fit us in that day, and did an excellent job of repairing the car. We are making All Pointes our new family mechanic!

These guys are good, honest, and work hard to find the optimal solution to whatever problem your vehicle is experiencing. They communicate very well, and make sure you know exactly what needs to be done. Immediately impressed with level of knowledge and service quality Mike and his team offer. They were able to provide prompt service that corrected a nagging issue my vehicle had and formed a maintenance plan for various known issues my car has. I can now plan for all major fixes for the future.

Very fair prices. They explain everything that's wrong in detail. They're all very knowledgeable and easygoing. Mike, the owner is a great guy! Anything I can't do myself, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! When you're lucky enough to find a good mechanic, especially one who won't rob you, you stick with him! This is the place!

Mike is a wonderfully great guy! We have found him to be honest and trustworthy. He does high quality work for very reasonable prices. He tries to fix problems without a lot of "add-ons" (he doesn't need to because he has steady business!). Even with his workload, he gets things done quickly. We are very satisfied.

I was told I needed tie rods by Bell Tire. $1,100. I took my car to All Pointes and they verified my thoughts that no tie rods were bad. They went through the entire front suspension and had the alignment done. They have always treated me fairly and been honest about what work needed to be performed. These guys are great! Honest, excellent at their knowledge of everything cars and I mean everything! The only problem they have, they are so good, they are so busy! Word of mouth travels fast great mechanics are hard to find and when you have a garage filled with them, there may be a wait if it s not an emergency!

I worked at All Pointes Auto years ago and have had help working on my car during my time there. I have seen behind the scenes of this business and i can tell you first hand, This shop has the most HONEST and some of the most experienced Mechanics/Technicians I have ever worked with. I have worked at a dealership and other shops before and none compare to All Pointes. The automotive industry gets a bad stigma for techs and mechs trying to get every last penny out of you or advise you to buy parts you don't need. The guys at All Pointes have always been number one to me because of the workmanship and honesty that thrives in that shop. The owner will even go as far as teaching the customers things about their car so they fully understand why a repair is needed.. You could send your grandma up there without any knowledge of cars or an ASE Certified tech and both will receive the same level of service. This is the only shop i would ever recommend to anyone close to me because i know at the end of the day All Pointes Auto Service ALWAYS does the right thing and ALWAYS gives you a fair deal. If you want your car worked on right without the worry of an expert taking advantage of you then this is the place for you. These are people you can trust.

This is my goto shop when it comes to auto repairs. Mikey and his crew are good, honest people. My only gripe with them is it is sometimes hard to get in there...it seems they are always busy! I have no problem waiting for great service though, so I see that as a plus. The fact that they have a line out the door and customers willing to wait for them speaks volumes about their shop!
