Jeff and his team hooked me up! Quality work and excellent customer service. Jeff was able to help consult in helping with my purchase. With his experience he helped find what would fit best and look the best on my 22 Ford Ranger for a Lift and Wheel Package! Pics soon to come

We had a big bad surprise with a used truck we purchased from Dean Arbor and this place fixed it for half the price and in a matter of hours along with checking out other concerns. Very pleased and we will use them again as we had bad service from other shops around town.

I had a flat on the highway and tried changing it myself, had to call a towing company and thier impact gun couldn't loosen the lug nuts, had to wait over 12 hrs with my wife and daughter until a shop was open and they had to heat the lug nuts as they werr over tightened when I had tires put on , I had them put on Dec 4th 2023.. I went back to Janis and they were no help and the Manger was rude and surprisingly the video doesn't go back to dec.. if they had been decent and not condescending I wouldn't be writing this bad review!! Customer service should be a priority!!!... and to the owner! Read my full review!! I had my wife and daughter with me and we were in Standish! Tow company, myself and then an auto shop could not get the lig nuts loose!!! So I could not get it towed and slept in the car till a shop opened at 9am !!! And multiple shops stated your guy over tightened them!!!

Called these guys to see if they could put a rear dirtbike tire on. They did it same day and very quick. For only $35 too. Super friendly people and comfy seats. Will be doing business in the future. Thanks again

Highly recommend!My Mom just had a great experience at Janis. Her car would not start and they recommended a towing service, got the car right in, and replaced the electronic ignition module and we are back on the road. Went and got 2 used tires on and a oil change, my tires were humming and the front end would shake a little, didn t do that before I took it in so checked to see if maybe the tie rods or something else was bad NOPE to much air for one and second they cracked a lug nut on each tire and now having a hard time getting them off, normally I don t have a problem with them but this time I did not a satisfied customer

I showed up without calling ahead needing new tires and a rim for my dump trailer while it was empty before I filled it again and they not only fit me in quickly to their already busy day, they had everything I needed, did everything I wanted, and at a fair price! I took my flatbed the next day and got all 4 new rims and tires. When I went to pick it up, they changed the wiper motor on my truck! This place is great! I see why they're always busy...

Janis tires have exceptional service. They know me by name and not just a number. They are very quick at getting my vehicles done rather it be tires, oil, shocks and struts, even ball joints with no issues. The best thing is I don't have to come back because of their failure like all other shops I've been to. They know what they are doing. And the prices are very reasonable! I recommend Janis Tires to anybody local or just driving through. Janis Tire s employees have always been so professional, ethical and honest. Last year there was a problem with my vehicle that it kept stopping and I had my granddaughter with me. They fixed my car while we waited which is unheard in this day and age. I ve been going there ever since. Was in town for a funeral. Got back from the wake Friday afternoon and found a flat tire on our car. Took it to Janis Tire right before closing on Friday. I wasn t sure if it needed a repair or replacement, and they had limited hours on Saturday. Dropped it off with a credit card number and said please repair or replace the tire. They made special accommodations for me to pick up the keys as the funeral was during their business hours. They were able to repair the tire and went over and above to make sure I got the keys back. They were great to work with, honest, and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or a repair.Service: Tires

Great local shop, fast and efficient. Customer service was fantastic and they got me the tires I needed in a time frame that most shops would struggle with. Made it home safely due to this shop. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! Always quick and super informative when explaining exactly what is going on and what is needed. They have an amazing shop with wounderful employees that care a lot for you. I needed my car oil change and I felt bad it was so close to closing but they got everyone together and finished right away! I was so happy to have it done and even the brakes checked real quick. Absolutely wonderful and the best Mechanic's I've had. I plan to come back for every car issue I have.

Went to Janis tire and auto for a oil change and tire rotation before going on a trip. Had them check the brake pads and rotors, they needed replacing before leaving and they fit me in the next afternoon,so I was able to leave on time with a safer car. Thank you Janis!

Took my truck here to get front brakes done. After 8 months or so I was seeing brake dust on one side and starting to hear that squeal. I took it back expecting a fight. Not even close. No questions asked. They replaced both sides of brake pads (upgraded them too,I think) at no cost to me whatsoever. The easiest transaction I have ever had. Tommy wife's Tahoe in for the master cylinder too be replaced and the guys checked it out. Discovered that the adjusters in the back breaks were not working properly. Cleaned and adjusted them and everything is great now. Wife is very happy because you saved her money! Excellent job gentlemen.

I will be a customer of Janis tire for life! My wife and I always bring our cars here and we not only get a honest quote about the work needed but they are very willing to give you every option from most affordable to the best parts to fix the issue. Mike at the front desk is always top notch and From the work personally done on my 2009 Chevy, which was not the most reliable until I have had Janis do all the repairs, I m sure the guys are just as professional. The truck is running great and for all the work completed I didn t feel that I over spent. I got four tires. When I got the bill, it was $140 more that I was quoted. I was told there would be a $75.00 rebate on the tires. They gave me no paperwork for the rebate. When I called in, she said there is no rebate and swears up and down she didn't tell me that. LIARS! I could have gone to Belle Tire and got them for a lot less. I wanted to stay local. Never Again!(UPDATE) This was Timmy Tire at the time, NOT JANIS. I just saw the response from the owner of Janis Tire and he is absolutely correct. My mom had work done at Janis and was completely satisfied.
