The service was awful When I went there they told me it would take 10 minutes. It took me one hour just to finish and I only needed to get gas change. It cost me 100 bucks for an oil change! And then my son had to go to the bathroom once he got out of the staff got so angry, and he started trying to yell at me for saying that my son has to go. They said it is for insurance service and I ll read every law about insurance and it does not says that. I just wanted to say if you want to get your oil change for cheap less than one hour you should not go to that place.

I've been coming here for the better part of a decade, across 3 different cars.These guys do good work for a good price.You'll feel taken care of; air checks and washer fluid topoffs are part of every visit, along with checking your lights.

The guys working are always super friendly and get you in and out. Appreciate kind people and good customer service. Also you get a free car wash.

I initially went to this location because I heard they had a military/veteran's discount, but now I'm going to go back because they are simply awesome! Friendly, efficient, and honest. I've been to a couple places in the past that were slightly shady, but there's no shade here! These gentlemen are customer-oriented and clearly enjoy their work. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and I will bring my vehicle back to them in the future! Thank you!

Okay so I normally do not write reviews, however Chris the owner went above and beyond what I would ever expect a oil change shop to provide. I went and got a oil change before leaving town on a beach trip for the day things went smooth. I left and about 45 min later my check engine light came on and my engine was making funny noises. I pulled off and called them I thought the problems was due to the oil change they had provided. Chris the owner came all the way out to me and took a look at my car it was not there fault at all but he did help me figure out what it was with a code reader. This place does wonderful work and there customer service is amazing!Service: Oil change

Never had been to a one stop. Lived out of state for many years. I gave them a shot. And I am so glad I did. I got right in, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Steve the manager explained everything throughly yet with a sense of urgency. Everyone working was smiley and they all communicated awesome with each other. Felt very comfortable and not like they were trying to sell me things I didn't need. A + service in every way!!! Definitely will recommend to all the people and for sure will be back !! Thanks again, you guys rock!!!!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I felt the need to do it for this place. Best oil change I ve had, hands down. The guys are professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Best of all, it s quick and cheap...paid $50 for a full synthetic oil change with Groupon. I ll be coming back!

The oil change was very quick, I simply called in and they got it done with no problems. The price was very reasonable, considering I called and physically went in to other oil changes locations which would drastically upcharge their prices. Overall it was a great experience!

Corey the owner fixed an issue I had today with no hesitation and with excellent customer service. The car wash is great and Eric always gets all the bugs off. The free vacuum cleaners are a great plus too!

I go here regularly. The mechanics are friendly, honest, and efficient. Today I pulled in because I needed an emergency, temporary repair for my side view mirror that was hanging by its wires after getting knocked off at a car wash. The two guys on duty quickly figured how how to use a zip tie to hold it in place until I can get it fixed. They also put air in my tires and offered to check my oil levels once they heard I was going to have to drive for an hour on the highway to get home. Then, they didn t charge me. It s places like this that keep the world going around. Thank you.

Great! I've been here multiple times, EVERYTIME it's been amazing. They're fast and efficient. I stop in all the time and top off fluids and check air pressure in my tires. (Stupid sensors) The guys are always friendly and smiling. Def check it out! (:

Friendly and quick. Prices are fair and it's a drive up and through kinda of place. I did not make a reservation and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

This brand of oil is my favorite, this lube shop is hit or miss though. It's convenient and offers a free car wash with proof of oil change at a place just down the street from them. That's Definitely a plus, but it seems like every time I go there they have different employment and some are very nice/helpful and others just want me out. Bottom line; great oil, nice free carwash after, 50/50 chance on good employees

I've been here twice and has a good experience both times. The employee noticed my license plate light was out and replaced it for relatively cheap. I'm not sure if this is for all customers, but both times I went there I was given a coupon for a free car wash at a local car wash nearby. I'll be back.

I have never had a better experience than this place. Very nice guys and don't pressure you to buy anything! They only handed you a piece of paper saying what the company of your vehicle recommends done. They don't make it awkward and try to upsell. They were very knowledgeable as well. I will be coming here every time. Hands down.

I went to get an oil change. My first time visiting and I went because of the reviews. Jeremiah did a great job and was polite. He even showed me the oil. This is going to be my spot from now on. Very friendly and quick service. :)

They kept trying to sell me stuff that I didn't want after my persistence of saying no.I just wanted an oil change, that's it. Nothing more, nothing less. Once they did that it didn't take too long and the price was about the same as just doing it myself so no complaints there. They tried to pull some stunts afterwards saying that some other fluid needed to be changed as well but I declined that too.If you guys would just do a simple oil change and not hound your customers I'd retract my 3 stars. I understand that you're trying to make money, but this just annoys your customers.

I've visited this location several times. They treat you with respect and don't try to up-sell you. Their staff is always friendly and professional. They also provide a great deal of information while performing services. I strongly recommend this shop.

Went in to this Pennzoil a few months ago and didn't truly appreciate my service until today. Went in wanting an oil change, they gave me an oil change. No badgering or false claims. They know what they're doing, specifically Sam and Alex were who I had. Just got a change done at Fast Eddies on the South side and it was horrendous. Keep it up guys!

Chris, Josh, and Ryne were tremendous help and made me relaize there was some minor work that needes to be done and helped me figure out how to get the job done and its the cheapest in town. They really paid attention to detail.Update: I went in for my normal oil change and one of the reps found something that was worth discussing. As they normally do they over checked all fluids and found my transmission fluid had an odd color to it. Now this normally would be a cause for concern so Eric went into his creative problems skills. When your transmission fluid is a certain color its highly recommended to do transmission maintenance but its not always the case. He started to follow and create a system of questions to make sure we take appropriate action. Long story short with his help he helped me figure that we didnt need transmission maintenance and it was simplly because I had put a new transmission in a year ago. Thanks Erick keep crushing it.Service: Oil change

Josh and Jeremiah was awsome i happen to notice my oil was low and had a rattle noise come to find out my oil pan underneith was loose and they tightened it up cleaned it up down there and topped me off a quart thanks woo much for your honesty and for helping me out. Made me cry since you cant find trust worthy people but these men were great... Highly reccomend them....

This is my first time doing oil change at Pennzoil, Corey did a great job on my Jeep, he's very nice person who posses the right skill for cars. Everything went really good under a set strict procedure and prtocol to ensure a safe enviroment for both your car and people. I would go back for next time oil changing.

Very friendly mechanics and technicians. Easy to get in and out quickly and their oil change is not overpriced. They offer the normal other services you can get with an oil change.
