The customer service was outstanding (that's an understatement). Specifically, Brendan went above and beyond to help me figure out which unit would best fit what I needed given my unforeseen circumstances. Also, I was able to get set up and access my unit in a very timely manner. The facility is very safe and utilizes easy-to-use convenient technology. I will definitely refer others to East Lansing Storage in the future.

Exceptional service and top-notch facilities! I couldn't be happier with my experience here! Been storing my truck and equipment here for the past 4 months and have loved every second of it. Convenient to have my unit right by parking spot, great customer service, and the 24 hour access makes operating my business more efficient. Thanks a lot!

Nicest storage units in the area. Great Climate Control units, and outside storage too. Bluetooth storage access in nice because you don't have to buy a lock. Much better than any other options on the east side of Lansing. This is the one you can see when you are getting on 69 at Saginaw highway.

I ve had my car and belongings stored here for several months with no issues. The process to move in was painless, the units are nice and clean, and the app system to access gates and doors is super slick. I m especially impressed with the level of service from Kenzie in the front office. It s a dying art. She goes out of her way to accommodate my needs, answers all questions with grace and even went so far as demonstrating how her car would fit into the unit. It s refreshing to deal with reasonable and kind humans.

I wish I had not rented here as it s NOT completed yet. That means that there s equipment all over, no pavement, standing water every time we ve been there. And today, while picking up our belongings from our 3 units, we had a ridiculous obstacle to get around just to get into the storage units. I can t even believe the employees left this truck parked in the way of anyone needing access - talk about poor judgement. Also, with the place NOT being completed, you would think that the prices would be discounted but that wasn t the case. They really shouldn t have been allowed to open until completion. I m attaching videos/pics, if I m able to.

Super excited for this facility to open! I need a spot for my new RV and having 24/7 access is extremely important to me. The security fencing and cameras give peace of mind, while the bluetooth access makes it easy for my family to get into the unit if needed. All my payments are automated, the location is great, this is the easiest renting experience I've ever had from a storage facility!

This place is incredible. My unit has Bluetooth doors and everything is totally accessible by my phone. I dealt a lot with Kenzie when I was getting going with my unit and she is incredible! I have been very impressed with this place. It s clean, new, safe, and is run by good people. I highly recommend!

I can t express enough how nice this storage unit facility is! The climate control units are amazing! We absolutely love the app access, which makes everything that much easier. Kenzie is a dream! She was so helpful and extremely accommodating. We have rented from other facilities in the past and hands down, this is the best! If your looking for a storage facility, this is it!

Staff is super friendly, units are clean and easily accessed, super affordable pricing, and location is amazing. Also if you need to go at night for any reason, it is very bright secure. Highly recommend

Beautiful clean spaces, equipped with modern gadgets, very safe and tolerant.We left our staff in the storage for 3months without paying anything but they were able to work with us amicably.

This facility is amazing. I like the blue tooth features and the phone app makes it extremely easy to get in and to make payments. I have called the office a couple times and they have been very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility for either storage or UHAUL.

This place has been a life saver for me, I am constantly all over the state and sometimes out of the state, and I'll get a delivery that I am unable to be there for. Thankfully East Lansing Storage will let them in, and sign for the delivery for me. I'll get a text and email stating my unit has been accessed and the delivery was secured in my unit. Kenzie always greets me with a smile, and a fabulous attitude. Always makes me feel welcome! It takes a lot of my plate! Thank you ELS!

I love this storage facility! I just had a baby and I m thankful to be able to store his highchair and stroller until I have another or give away to others. The Bluetooth locks makes it easy for me to share access for people as I sell my items. Thank you to D Paris, Brendan, and Kenzie for making my life so much easier

East Lansing Storage has been extremly receptive and responsive to all my questions throught the move in procees and my first few months since being a new customer. Their facility has great bluetooth accessiblity to the property and to your unit. Could not be more pleased to have moved from the previous storage company.

I love the option for indoor storage thru the crazy Michigan weather And the app interface is great! Being able to share an access link to people helping me move is an invaluable resource to get things done faster. I am disabled and they helped make sure I got units close to access doors, etc. This has been a great experience so far hands down!
