Overall a great experience with every employee at The Insurance Shop. The Owner is very knowledgeable and professional, and our Insurance Agent, Jacob was very responsive and helpful. We insured our Home and 2 cars for a great rate. He was able to get us a better policy for a cheaper price, and help us transition away from our old company seamlessly. I'd recommend the Insurance Shop to everyone.

Nikki and staff are always very helpful. They have the best prices, right on any claims we might have and willing to go the extra mile. We have been a client for over 27 years. My husband has been client for over 45 years. Our kids even use them. The Insurance Shop is the best.

We had water damage to our floors in our house, the company along with the Adjuster did a wonderful job. They also fixed the 3 stall building that had wind damage. We are so happy with our home owners insurance company and our agent Brenda Bingham& the adjuster , Cheri at Freemont.

I was just going to call and let you know that I received this call from a 800 number telling me prices of house insurance has come down and did I want to checked into it. Without hesitation I said NO I m happy with my home town insurance. I like the idea you are right down the road from me. I can stop in any time to discuss my insurance or just stop in and say hi gals and don t leave Jake out and do a lot of bonding with the fur insurance agent. The best decision I made over a year ago when I called and had Jackie come out and look over my property and I said YES to being a friend/customer of the Insurance Shop.

It s nice to be able to call and talk to somebody if there is a question about insurance. When a call is made a real person answers the phone vs going down the rabbit hole of a dozen recorded options to have to choose from.
