O'Reilly's Auto Parts here in Durand Michigan my trip was not too bad. All around since they've been opened for business they are average for a auto parts store

I was very impressed with the service that I had received from the Durand location. I was immediately greeted upon entering & when I was looking for bulbs for my headlights, I wasn't just sent to an isle. I was taken & shown my choices, explained the differences & even shown an example on his car. After purchasing them, Lance very kindly installed them in my car. I was so grateful! What a great team of employees they have & they definitely go the extra mile to see you are taken care of. Thank you so much, Lance. This is now the only place I will be going for parts.

Nice people, clean store. one kid has no clue what s going on, He just works there. but the two older guys I dealt with were amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Yesterday I went to O'Reilly's in Durand to get a new car battery and the manager Chris installed it for me, he went beyond just putting the battery in and saying there you go. He spent a good amount of time cleaning the corrosion, checking my oil and transmission fluid, which was all low so he added them both, he also lubed my latch to my hood all the while it was freezing out with big wind gust. It's been a long time since I've experienced such great customer service like Chris provided.

I just had the BEST service ever. My car battery would not start for an hour and by the time it did, I had only 20 minutes before closing time to get a new battery. When I got there, Cody took care of me! He knew exactly what I needed because I called ahead and he replaced it himself 10 minutes before closing time. I m very appreciative of his customer service and highly recommend him and O Reilly Auto Parts in Durand! Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!

I went in to get my VVT exhaust and intake parts and Cody, the assistant manager, was so amazing! He offered to help me put the parts on right there at the store in the parking lot! What customer service!!! Twenty minutes later and I left with my car running perfectly! I could not be happier. This man deserves a raise! I will never buy parts from another store.

I had an excellent experience my first time there. The staff members were courteous and very knowledgeable about everything I needed. The young man who assisted me even put my new wiper blades on. I was so grateful because my hands are very weak.

I went to O Reillys Auto Parts for an engine code reading and the manager Chris Johnson was able to read the code and he had the part in the store and he put the part in my car! A big shout out to Chris for going above and beyond for his customer! This man deserves a raise and I will not be going to any other parts store but Durand.Thank You again!A happy customer

ever had one of those weeks where everything has went wrong and broke? well that was my week, 1st truck has a code light but we had to replace a fuse to get the code, ok cool got that done got parts and on my way, well next day my van battery decided it wanted to give up went up to o'Reilly and had it checked out, well they where about to get me a new battery and get it in check everything, the whole staff is always so nice.

I had an issue with my window washer not working so I checked out O'Reilly in Durand. I thought it was maybe a fuse(after googling) so when I told Chris what was happening he said he'd take a look. He was GREAT!!! You almost have to be an acrobat artist to work on the fuses in my car and it was cold and the wind was blowing but Chris came outside checked everything out and changed my fuse! Thank you Chris for being so helpful to me! This will be my go to auto store in the Durand area from now on!!!!

One of the better auto parts stores around. Stock highest quality after market parts or OEM. If not in stock, they will have them early the next morning. Give veteran discount of 10 per cent. Open til 10:00 pm. Knowledgeable employees.

Always supper helpful an its nice there still open so you can work on your vehicles after you get outta work if need be. I will say i do not like the manager there he is a mr right and did try selling us the wrong part thankfully we new what we where looking for

Went to the store today, Sunday, May 3rd, to buy parts.Not one employee had a mask on, that is required by law. I had one on,out of courtesy for the employees, and customers. They did not have the same respect for me. Only one other customer had one on, beside myself. Trying to support local business, will not be back, and will tell all my garage friends.

The young woman Kayla who works at this location is very rude, disrespectful, and will give you the wrong parts instead of asking questions if she doesn t know then when you go in to resolve the issue other staff laughs in your face and the manager is no better from my personal experience. Will not recommend

Would be nice if the cashier didn t use the F word as he s talking to me, and then tell me to hold on as he gets his food that s just been delivered. Very unprofessional.

Wanted to like them but I think they need staff changes manager is rude and wouldn't even let you look at anything. If you are going to be open don't block off the whole store.
