I was not pleased when my engine went out almost in their driveway, (on as is purchase) they were unaware that anything was wrong but catalytic converter. But I had a totaled engine! I bought a warranty on it ($3,100) but it required a 30 day delay to be good. So they offered to use my warranty $s to buy a rebuilt engine and they would install it for no additional cost to me. They at that point they were to me honorable. Well it took over 3 months for me to get my purchase. So other than this long delay I eventually drove it away with many apologies,but as you can imagine, distraught at those month of many phone calls. I do reference their actions eventually in a place of honor in a bad deal made right. Thank you Zack and Ramone!

Excellent leasing experience. I came with two other offers and Williams Brothers beat both without seeing the other offers. This is our second vehicle from this location and both were easy and as quick as getting a vehicle can be. I imagine our next purchase will be from here as well. Our sales rep Scott was very polite, professional and listened to my requests and fulfilled all of them without hesitation. Overall a great experience.

They were so helpful! We weren't from the area and our GPS malfunctioned. They pointed us in the right direction and even let us use their restrooms. If they provided excellent customer service to those that weren't looking for a car, they must be amongst the best for those looking to buy.

Extremely great experience. Everyone there went out of their way to make my deal go smoothly. Scott MatthewsListened to my goals to purchase a specific vehicle. If it were not for hisUnderstanding off my desires,,explaining to me what needed to be done, and explaining my issues to his team, I doubt the deal would have been completed. Everyone went out of theirway to make sure the deal got closed in my time frame. By the end of theMorning I had an extremely good dealAnd met for the first time some fine people.

Scott Matthews was recommended to us and was our salesman at Williams Brothers. He went way beyond to get us the 2024 Dodge Durango that we wanted in record speed after our SUV was totaled in an accident. He spent time showing us important features of our vehicle before we drove it home. Scott answered our questions about the various vehicles we looked at honestly and didn't rush us through the buying process. Scott gets an A+ for professionalism in our book. He knows his vehicles.

Chris Noe is amazing. He has helped my family out so much over the years. My daughter was in an accident recently and was able to get her in a new vehicle with no problems. Rest of the staff is nice and is always making sure we are good and comfortable and never have issues.

The staff at Williams Brothers Monroe was very friendly and helped me seamlessly trade vehicles. Kyle specifically was low pressure, very helpful and easy to work with. I d recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I heard that this dealership had some good sales, in regards to leases, so my wife & I took the hour trip down to Dundee, to find out for ourselves. Needless to say we drove home in a new lease! Our salesman was Tony, and it was a great experience from start to finish with him. He didn't feel like a salesman, and I didn't feel like a customer. During our time spent with Tony we got to know a really good hearted guy, and even talked about meeting up (at some point in time) at a restaurant that he suggested in Lansing (you know I love me some good food!). From start to finish, it was a very comfortable experience, and I give these guys a solid 10/10. Shout out to Ram�n Perez, He made a deal, an even sweeter one.

Our sales rep Tyler was awesome! It took us a little bit of time but we found the perfect vehicle and right price! Tyler and the sales manager fought hard for us and never gave up! Overall a great experience and highly recommend them!

The guys here do a wonderful job. I bought my truck here a few years ago and have now taken my truck and Jeep to them for service. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because they're not always the best about calling you back when they say they will. It took them quite a while to get back to me about getting my remote start installed. But eventually Zach from service reached out to me and we were able to get everything ordered and installed. And they did an amazing job.

The staff was friendly and helpful and I did not have to wait long for my oil change to be done. The only complaint I have is that I notice when I got in my truck that there was grease marks on my center arm rest, the marks came off with lysol wipes but the tech should try to make sure he or she should have clean hands before getting back into the vehicle.

Zachary in the service department is the absolute best! He s walking out with everything to put in my car as soon as I pull in. Always so friendly. When there was an issue with an update to my car. He was extremely helpful and checked with me several times to make sure everything turned out ok in the next 24hrs

Great experience with Williams Brothers Dundee. Made it pretty painless. Scott was great, not pushy, got me exactly what I asked for, no more, no less. Went in expecting to have to order one, Scott got me exactly what I wanted delivered to my house within 12 hours. They went above and beyond any reasonable expectations that I had. I dont plan on buying another new vehicle any time soon in this market, but next time I do I won't be going anywhere else.

These guys really worked with me. Marv and Ron went out of their way to find me the right car with the right payment. I was a difficult customer and they found a way to make a unconventional deal with me. They kept their word and I'm happy with how I was treated during the entire process

My salesman, Jackson Apsitis, worked with me to get the truck I wanted and I got what I believe was a fair deal for my trade in. My new truck was ready for pickup the next day. Jackson was very helpful in setting up the Ram app on my phone and explained everything. Bronda Regaldo and Cassandra Spears were helpful in getting this truck and getting me a fair interest rate for my loan. I have no complaints and I am very happy with my experience at Williams Brother's. Highly recommend.

Professional, honest, prompt, and knowledgeable. Ken (the tech that helped me) and the service gentleman (organized) behind the glass and on the move was above exceptional. Their recommendations save me time and money. Keep it going guys! Btw, the coffee is good too.

This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I wouldn t recommend anyone go to any of the Williams Brothers dealership in Michigan. They ran my credit and approved me for a loan with a lender. I signed all the papers and left with a vehicle. 2 days later it started making an awful noise and they said they would fix it and gave me a dealer car toDrive. Come December 16th (my birthday) they still had not fixed it but also called and said the lender changed their mind and said I couldn t be approved for a loan. How is it approved and 2 weeks later denied.I believe it s illegal to do what this company has done. I don t recommend anyone trust them and let buy a vehicle from any of their dealership locations.I was scammed by them running my credit and my personal information I m sure has now be compromised

I live in Ohio but bought my car at Williams Brothers because of the way they treated me from the first moment I walked in. They treat me with respect and kindness every time I call or come in for service. They are polite and I feel they were honest with me when we were working on pricing. I will shop there when considering any new car purchases.

Thanks to the service men whom took care of my truck. Just feel like they would've rotated tires for free. Had to take truck to Discount Tires to rotate. I never could figure out why they charge for something so fast and easy to do with all the tools used in today's world. But thanks again.

Ron & Cade at the Monroe location were exceptional with me.
