Germain Toyota of Dundee, Michigan went above and beyond to help me purchase my wife dream car. Steve Joyce in sales made my experience with the dealership a delight with his professional and personable customer service. He made sure all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of. Also big thank to sale manager Joe Neff for courteous, respectful, and make sure my wife get what she wants. I was very happy with the whole experience and definitely love to recommend to all my family and friends!!!Thank again for all the staff that help to make my trade in and buy is very easy!

We had an incredible experience at Germain Toyota of Dundee! After a disappointing time at Toyota of Ann Arbor, we decided to make the trip to Dundee, and it was worth it. Tony was fantastic honest, got us a great deal, and made the process smooth. Joe and Danny were also very friendly and helpful. They took care of us, even providing food during our long decision-making process. We ended up buying a gorgeous RAV4 and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this dealership!

Incredible Experience at Germain Toyota of Dundee!After a horrible experience at Toyota of Ann Arbor, we decided to make the trip to Dundee, and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we stepped into Germain Toyota, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism.Tony was our rock star! His honesty, professionalism, and dedication to getting us a great deal made all the difference. He guided us through the process seamlessly, ensuring that everything was smooth and stress-free. Tony truly understands customer service, and we couldn't be more grateful.But that's not all Joe and Danny were also exceptional. Their friendliness and helpfulness stood out. They took care of us during our long decision-making process, even providing food to keep us energized. It's these small gestures that make a dealership truly remarkable.And the cherry on top? The service department at this dealership was super great. I was returning home from a trip and the water pump quit for whatever reason it decided to quit so I had no coolant and the service department was a life saver. They not only dealt with the water pump but a couple of other issues. Julie was great in keeping me informed of the developments and just listening to the woes of this traveler. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because they were just so great and understanding and had me back on the road the next morning so I could safely make my trip home (about 400 miles) in the daylight. And just by sitting there waiting for the results, I could see that they treated all their customers with the same respect, kindness and to provide the best service possible. Just super super great. Thank you so for being there for me (and your other customers) and such excellent service

Our daughter Allie just purchased her first car ever and we worked with Rudy Gonzalez at Germain Toyota in Dundee, MI. She found the car she wanted while searching online and we went to look at it on the following day. Rudy had it sitting near the front door, ready for a test drive. Allie was happy and smiling ear-to-ear during the entire drive. We heard a tapping sound from underneath the car while driving and the mechanic resolved it by adding a fastener to the undercarriage cover - no questions asked. It was too late in the day to close the deal, so we returned the next day. Rudy had it up front, prepped, and filled the gas tank too! Props to Rudy for answering our questions and making the car-buying experience a good one for us.

Had a great experience at Germain Toyota in Dundee, Mi. Ed, our salesman was awesome. He was with another customer when he greeted us, he made every effort to get to us quickly. We had a Tundra already picked out, he set us up with a test drive and we loved it. He gave us the price and showed the service extras available. We agreed to our deal and we were new owners of a 2024 Tundra. My wife said it was so different than any other car buying experience we have had, and I agree. Best car buying experience ever. Mikayla, my sales person. She is a delight to work with. Her knowledge of the products is impressive. Add that to her charming personality and you have a win win. The dealership itself is clean and well maintained. The support staff are hard-working and eager to please. There's pride in the products they have to offer, and in the services available. I'd buy from them again.

Stopped in just to test drive a few vehicles and was greeted by the most pleasant salesmen named Ed. He was polite, personable and not pushy at all! There was no asking what he had to do to make the sale, no up selling just to make a few more in commission. Honestly, the best experience in purchasing my first Toyota vehicle. Slept on my thoughts, called him on lunch Monday and drove my Highlander home that night! PS. The hot chocolate with a double chocolate shot is delicious. Good thing they aren t open on my way to work!

We went in to test drive some new Siennas and found out there was a wait list to buy them. Mikayla let us test drive their service vehicle which was a 2023 Sienna. We loved it and decided to buy it. We had our kids with us, and Mikayla was great with them during the long process of filling out all the paperwork. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Such a great experience. My husband brought in our Honda CRV for an oil change. He noticed when he got home the plate under the car was hanging off. All the screws were missing and it was barely hanging on by a clip. He also noticed the car was running funny (when you accelerate it chokes up a little). I took it for a spin and there is something wrong that wasn t before we took it in. We will be taking it to another shop to have it throughly inspected. My husband went in to explain what was wrong and was dismissed saying the car is old and we didn t even remove the plate which is untrue.I called to see why they were not helping my husband and what they believe to be the issue and I was yelled at by the lead technician. I hadn t even said anything but explained that we had our car in for an oil change before he started being extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for the general manager to call me. The GM called and dismissed me. Said it was nothing they did and claimed they never touched the skid plate or oil pan. The screw holes showed clear signs of damage so we know the tech ripped the screws out. Now the replacement screws are going to be loose. I ve never been treated so badly by any service provider in my life. We will be contacting corporate.*In the photos you can see that the skid plate is missing the screws and you can see how the holes are completely ruined. *

Excellent overall experience purchasing my first Toyota from Germain Toyota of Dundee. I had been looking at different dealers closer to my home and have to say that after my experiences with Toyota of Ann Arbor, I was ready to give up (yes, they were as bad as everyone says). I called Toyota of Dundee on Friday, spoke with Mikayla Magoon and she was able to get 90% of the purchase process completed over the phone/via email. She was upfront, honest and did what she said she would do! I went in the next day - all of the people I encountered at the Dundee location were pleasant and welcoming. I would certainly recommend this dealership!

Update 2/16/24I recently posted dissatisfaction with my recent interactions at Germain Toyota. The owner/general manager (Frederick Rawlings) reached out directly to me to CORRECT issues I encountered. Customer satisfaction is a priority here. I was very pleased with the outcome and response. I encourage all who are looking to have their car serviced to go here. Nice job Germain!!!Becky is great! The service manager was RUDE- I informed him that my windshield wider fluid had not been filled. He went and got some and turned to me and said "it only needed a couple ounces". To which I responded, it needed more than a couple ounces, but it should have been filled since I'm paying for it . He told me "you're not paying for this". Really? As part of the oil service that is a cost I pay for!!I also asked for a NEW battery to put in my car. I was given a 9/23 battery. The parts person indicated they don't have 2024 batteries. This was considered new. Again, Becky is the only person to deal with.

Tony Ellison was extremely helpful. He pulled us out of a snowdrift with his personal vehicle, and then expedited the sales paperwork because we had to be somewhere else. He answered all our questions with great patience and got us into a great used car that we love. Ahmad also performed wonders in limited time to get our paperwork done in time. We had a very positive and memorable experience!

Disappointed with sales team. They appraised my truck for trade in but wont tell me how much. They knew the monthly payments i'd be happy with and found out how much id be willing to put down but cant tell me the price of trade in when I asked, just no text back.Didnt appreciate that as I will search for another salesman that prioritizes my best deal over the dealerships best deal.

Michael Green the service advisor was very helpful with a issue that I had following a oil change and tire rotation that I had at this location. I have a very clean 2017 4Runner that I keep very clean. I recently put a lift kit, new tires and rims that were very expensive. Well following the service that I had done and after payment was made, I went to leave and found my 4Runner soaked and starting to water spot. I just hand washed it that morning, so you can say I was somewhat upset. I didn t say anything, I just pulled out my squeegee and a microfiber and proceeded to clean it again right there in the lot. Well as I got to my brand new rims I noticed a couple of small scratches in the powder coat. So I went back in to notify Mr. Green. After he and I inspected it he went ahead and offered to refund my money. He didn t argue with me whatsoever, which ment a lot to me. He even went on to tell me that he could obviously see that I take very good care of my 4Runner and he too would be upset of it was his. I ended up picking up some touch up paint from the wheel manufacturer and repaired the scratches.I will definitely return to them in the future if I am in that area. It s a great dealership, everyone that works there were extremely friendly. It s a small town so not too busy which was a plus. Only recommendation I would have is that they should ask the customer if they would like a complimentary car wash prior to doing it. And let the customer know that it is just a drive through wash with no dryer. If anyone is like me, they don t want water spots to have to deal with following a service. But other than that, I am a happy customer.

Fantastic new vehicle purchase. Sheena was the best. She carefully listened to my build requirements of the Grand Highlander Hybrid Max. I was always informed of the build timing potential. The first vehicle available did not meet my timing requirements so she kept me informed of the next available build schedule. It worked out perfectly.

Got on a waiting list for this specific GR86 about 6months ago. Rudy Gonzalez kept in touch and updated me about the status of the car. Highly recommend Germain Toyota, everything went very smoothly.If you're looking for a GR86, Rudy was very knowledgeable about the platform and also the Supra platform. Thanks alot!

Rudy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered questions asked and stood back while we talked. He is very friendly and I would go back again. Other sales men answered questions also and were not pushy to take sales from Rudy. Overall experience was awesome
