These gentlemen are amazing. Determined to find a solution. We had an old tree taken down. Bottom 8 feet was filled with cement. This was the only solution. It weighed 20000 lbs. Thank you!

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. We broke down and had some SEVERE issues with AAA (which is a whole other story) and True's was a final, last ditch effort. I am eternally grateful that we contacted them. Chris came to tow us and was so kind the entire time, and incredibly informative. He explained what could have happened (while disclaiming that he isn't a mechanic so to still make sure to get it checked which is candor I don't usually see) and let us know what may be good to ask the mechanics about. Not only that? This man drove more than *30 minutes* to come pick us up and then and hour and a half! To get us home! He went out of his way to stop for a bathroom break and even got us drinks and I sincerely have never ever met such a truly helpful person in service industries. This is a company that helps people to *help people,* not to make an easy buck. Thank you SO much.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I ve used True s in the past for towing services but this past week Rob True was on the scene of an accident that had me extremely shaken up and I just wanted to give him and his crew a special shout out for being the absolute best. The only person to come up to me and ask if I was ok while also giving me a hug and reassuring me that everything will be alright. I will forever be grateful for his kindness that day. He put me at ease during a traumatic time and I cannot thank him enough !Service: Car towing

Bought quality tires at a reasonable price through True's. Worked with me on getting them installed after I got off of work. They have always go above and beyond making sure they accommodate my work schedule. I pulled in and less than 40 mins was out the door with 4 new tires. TIME IS MONEY, WHERE ELSE CAN YOU FIND SERVICE LIKE THIS?? A++. I will always recommend them for any of your tire or towing needs.Service: Tires

My friend and I were stranded in Constantine off M40 and my AAA couldn't get their act together in thee slightest. Law enforcement provided us True's number and we got someone out to us who not only agreed to tow us, but towed us up 82 miles to Grand Rapids where we needed to go. Chris was so wonderful, he stopped and got us both something to drink and even pointed me in the right direction of where to look for my car's problem which meant she got fixed much faster than if I let the mechanics push me around. I have been in a few towing situations before but nothing was more comforting or helpful than Chris and True's were that night. Thank you so much.

Rob, you are a blessing! Our daughter is in collage in Dowagiac, You came and rescued her and her friends on a cold night. Took them safely back to the collage, and got the vehicle to an awesome garage for repairs! I give you 10 star's Also your price was very fair for all you did. I will recommend you to any and all people I can!!!!

Travis and his co-worker (Brandon?) got me out a bad situation. Roads were horrible and I was in a ditch. They showed up right away and got me out. Fair price too. Very professional.

This is a towing service that cares, and it shows. My 1-ton dually broke down, and the big towing service only 5 miles away said it was a two hour wait and almost $200 to do the job. 2 other local companies didnt have big enough trucks to do it either. I called True's (16 miles from me), and they came immediatly, getting the job done in under one hour total. And they charged $70 less than the big local towing company. I will be refering True's to everyone. Keep up the good work ya'll!

When they towed my wife's vehicle, they damaged the bumper, tore apart the center console without putting it back together, and the shift cable was disconnected when I came to pick it up, leaving the car immobile! Take your business elsewhere!

Trues towing does a great job whether it be towing or lending a hand to help another shop get equipment unloaded .and very involved in events in dowagiac ...the people of dowagiac are lucky to have trues towing here
