Stopped in for oil change $89.99!!!Was shocked at the price and before I could say anything they had already started draining the oil, checking the lights and cleaning the window. Kinda felt obligated. I would have went elsewhere. Staff is friendly and kind. You have options of house oil 5000k ($79), another 5000k synthetic oil maybe Valvoline ($89) and a 6k premium ($110). It was quick, and they do have a punch card reward system. They also allow you to go back up until your next due oil change to check your oil and top it off for free, and check your lights, wiper fluid ect at no cost. That s nice. I ll utilize the benefits I paid for but not sure I ll go back for an oil change. I usually pay between $49-$59 top.Service: Oil change

Iv been a service writer/shop manager with an oil change service for quite a few years so I know what to expect. Recently moved down here and this was my first stop. I will continue to bring every vehicle back here. Excellent service, very friendly employees, overall was very impressed and did not feel over pressured for anything and very fair prices. Everytime I come in there's an issue. Punch card is wrong, can't find my name, my plate, etc. This time they were out of mobil 1. All causing me to be late for work because they're soooo slow.

I have never been here before but I needed a quick oil change. Was very happy with the friendliness and the service that the gentlemen provided. He took the time to tell me about future specials I could get as a frequent customer and the other services that they offer. I would definitely go back!

So I usually change my on oil. This time I figure we ll try this place. Under new ownership.they advertise a 24.99 oil change. So I brought my own oil. So they said it would be 24.99 labor and 7.00 for the cheapest oil filter. So I don t argue and figure I ll never be back. Got the bill and gave them a five dollar tip. The bill was 33.00 !! So I guess there math skills are bad. Now for the best part. My wife said she heard a scraping noise but it quit. I m washing the car in the driveway and I see the metal oil filter cover hanging down bolt missing all bent up from dragging on the road. Noise found!I could go raise hell and try to get them to pay for the damages, not worth the trouble. Just letting you know my experience.Service: Oil change

This is the first time I've been to an Oil Can Alley and I was not disappointed. I was greeted by three amazing men, who were kind and gentle. There's free WiFi and we can even stay in the car while they do the work in the hood. They do good and honest work too; they check all your fluids, change your oil, air up your tires and more, all for a really low price. I highly recommend them!

This place is awesome! Friendly and fast. They didn t have my air filter in stock but got one there in 5 minutes. I had gilt recommend Oil Can Alley for your oil changes!

I went here for a while for routine oil changes on my vehicles. Each time I felt like they were rushing. Additionally, they frequently attempted to up-sell me unnecessary services. I have two specific instances of bad experiences: On one vehicle, they insisted I need a transmission flush as the fluid in it was darker than fresh fluid. After getting a second opinion I was shown a notice right on the transmission dipstick that clearly says that fluid changes are not necessary on this vehicle unless the transmission is exhibiting problems (it was not). On another vehicle, they over-tightened the oil drain plug causing it to get rounded off and needing replaced the next time I got an oil change on it. I will not be returning here no matter how conveniently located they are.Service: Oil change

Horrible experience! I took my truck in for an oil change and a break light replacement. I ended up with them telling me that I needed a transmission flush, differential flush and transfer case flush.I paid $402.32 for all of this, which later we found out we did not need. Part of their oil change consists of checking air filter, airing tires, topping off all fluids, checking all turning signals and break lights. None of this was done. What a joke! All it needed was a $17.99 tension pulley that we ended up replacing ourselves. We were ripped off and will never go back again. Our advise stay away!

They hound you for add on items and don't actually check the air filter before telling you it needs to be changed, even after you tell them it was just changed.

We enjoy getting oil changes at Oil Can Alley. They have a friendly staff and were willing to service my truck at 12:45, even they closed at 1:00! Thank you, Oil Can Alley!

Whenever my wife stops down there they try to add on lots of upgrades. They don't ever do that with me. It's no longer the cheap place to go.

Went there about 2 months ago, when he was finished he pulled the dipstick and broke it off. He then told me to take my car to my mechanic and have him fix it. His technician was shaking his head in disbelief, as was I. Really miss the old owner. I'll never go back.

They have done a lot of work for me and never try to "fix" something that does not need fixed or sell me something I do not want. They will recommend air filter and such as needed

Went to get a Serpentine belt changed, which should of only taken 30 minutes at most took. Ended up taking an hour and a half. Then when it's time to pay I'm told I'm charged an extra 20+ dollars "because the belt was hard to get off" if you're a woman I wouldn't recommend Oil Can Alley.

They didn't put my radiator cap back on after my oil change. Didn't realize it until the heat stopped working in my car and started to overheat. Check that your caps are screwed back on!
