Theres absolutely no reason I should have to wait 5 days for my money back on a return. I never have in my life, returns should be instant, just like it takes my money when I pay. Horribly company policy of greed collecting interest. Ill be going to autozone from now on and using cash so they can't rob me.

Never go here because you get the run around when you try to return a 300.00 dollar part they don't have the money to refund you and you have to wait till before closing or when they call you to get your refund.. so what if you don't make enough money in a day I have to wait till you get it???

Don't have the part I need. Never can install until after 1pm. Not going back a 4th time.

Best service ever! They went above and beyond to help me out when my jeep's battery went dead, would not have made it home without them! The three team members working were all very helpful and knowledgeable, I will be back and will spread the word!

The young lady there was working alone but still took the time to answer all my questions and installed my bulb quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

The overall shopping experience you receive depends greatly on the associate that is available to help you, their employees do not always know how to assist you and may tell you they can not help and/or pass you to the next available employee. That being said it is hit or miss with being a satisfied customer. Good luck to whom ever reads this. Me personally will only return to this store for a last effort.

The staff at O'Reilly's was very helpful concerning a 12 volt battery that I believed had a damaged cell. After the battery was tested the results were positive and I was relieved that I didn't have to buy a new battery. Thanks O"Reillys!

I've given up on the other major auto parts store that's usually just a few feet from O'Reilly and has been in this area for much longer than O'Reilly. it's not because I have a huge complaint about those other guys, but O'Reilly seems cleaner and more attentive and more professional.

We got a bright head light for our Kia Sorento in Dowagiac. Autozone did not have one I even got a military discount way to go OOO RILEY auto parts oowwww!

I prefer this store over the Autozone down the road though you will find content and cost to be close to the same for retail products. Facility is clean and staff is friendly.

Ordered part online .went to local oreileys they had no idea what I was talking about the store is in dowgiac michigan.they reordered part.which I have to pick up and I assume I will be paying for it again.so not so great.

I do very much appreciate testing services offered by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Dowagiac Michigan. I found out my car battery was no longer good

I was a employee and we were always understaffed because managers wanted to save on payroll so there was wait times for customers which bothered me as an employee.
