They had my battery. Unfortunately they don't install like auto zone or O'Reilly. But they had my battery.

Returning a few things left behind in a vehicle previous owner had never installed. of course they were the wrong parts. I had the recipe that was left in the box and they asked why I was returning the part's and I told them why. They said, ok your all set. I was confused asking, don't I get the money back? and they said, it got credited back to the purchasers account. Not only was it a waisted trip but I couldn't get the money to purchase the parts I needed. Bad experience

Fuel and oil filters way over priced in my opinion. Almost 175 bucks for 1 oil and 2 fuel. Ridiculous!

Ridge NAPA in Dowagiac ALWAYS has the parts that I need for my car, trucks and farm equipment. Best parts house around!
