I m from out of town and being a female, auto-shops always intimidate me, but I had a nail in my tire and saw their excellent reviews so called ahead and they told me to come by anytime. They were amazing! Professional, kind, and super fast! Explained everything and I had a repaired tire for my Volvo in 10 minutes for 25$. Please do visit them for tire repairs. Great place with wonderful, friendly service men and women.

We had went in for a basic tire change one afternoon and they were quick and professional. Afterwards I had what felt like a bounce in the rear end. Ignored it for a bit but going over 35 was definitely not an option. Discovered that my rim was bent from where they had beat the aluminum rim off the hub with a steel mallet. Called them and explained the situation. They said "we cant promise anything until we get the vehicle in." Got there and received extremely rude costumer service. The older man we dealt with had the whole it's your fault not ours view and even stated when removing the wheel, "You cant prove we did that." also tried explaining how out of round circles dont bounce. Even upon me walking in and letting them know why I was there was met with"This is the kid that called about 'we bent their wheel'? ""We bent their wheel?""Yeah, well... we'll see"Would definitely not recommend

No appointment fast service, large inventory or next day orders, farm and truck tires, and some garden tractor but if it holds air I go here? Cars and SUV TIRES ALMOST ALWAYS IN STOCK

The kid who fixed my tire was awesome. Very respectful and quick service. But the other boys specifically the chunkier one and the super tall one were practically yelling cuss words and acting belligerent while the other kid did the work. A+ job from him though!

Best place to get tires at a very reasonable price and great service. Even got to show my grandkids how things work there. Now they want to work there, mind you their only 7 and 3. But nothing better than to show young kids how to do different things.

The guys (& gal) at Division Tire are awesome, hands down. Tires for almost anything with 4 wheels personal/industrial/or agricultural. Steve is a really great dude, always goes above and beyond, & has been part of the Dowagiac community forever. Ditch the big box stores & give the guys down at Division Tire your business

Steve Green and his team are always fast, their prices are fair and I like dealing with a local business that hires local people. This is a great place to buy tires and get tire repairs done. You won't be disappointed here!

I ordered my snow tires on Monday. Tuesday afternoon they got my truck in quickly and in about 20 mins or so it was done and ready to go for the price quoted. They are friendly and do a great job. I would recommend Division Tire.

This was my first visit. I needed a tire fixed that kept going flat (rim issues). They sanded the rim, buffed it out, attached the tire and affixed a new bead. Steve even unloaded and loaded it in the back of my truck. I felt I was charged a fair price! Super nice people.

They charged me 140 dollars to to put on my own tires definitely overcharge won't use them for anything again berry would of done it for 100 and and would nock of money for my rims

My mom has used Division Tire for years now, and it's easy to see why. I purchased some snow tires through a private sale and needed someone to install them. I called Division and they said come over as they had some time to do it after their scheduled work. About a half hour later I was driving out the door. The price was reasonable and the service was quick. I would recommend for anyone who needs tire service or needs new tires.

Brought my motorhome in to fill 2 tires that were a little low. The guy I called looked at it right away and didn't just air up the tires but found WHY they were low. There was a leak in 2 valve extensions, which he replaced at no charge. He also checked the other tires for leaks. Now I feel much better going down the highway in this giant box! Great service!!

Can't give a zero... Came in to purchase tires. They did not have the correct size in stock. I bought tires elsewhere. Not a big deal. Brought them to be installed. Then they refused to document the miles on my car when the tires were installed. The receipt looked very unprofessional. It totally ruined my service record for my car. Might have devalued my car as much as a $1000 for botching my service Record. They probably do this to avoid taxation. Hand written reciepts to easily defraud people .On top of all that, I felt like they thought I was a dirty Mexican. Racist hillbillies can't tell when a person is a Native American .Or I guess it don't matter to them, they were plain out racist. Shop was full of clutter and office was grossly dirty, a real fire hazard. All the people looked like they could use a shower.I could have brought them lots of local buisness in dowagiac. In a small local town word spreads fast. It won't get forgotten. I'll see them people around town too. In a small town everyone knows everyone. Guess they were ignorant of the fact that I was looking to bring more business to them. Never will have work done here again.

Horrible customer service, place looks like trash, call they say come in before x time we can get ya in, show up 15 minutes before x time and get told oh we can t now .. great you gave me zero time to call around, waisted my time driving there and now scrambling to find an installer.
