I was in desperate need of a small tow truck to help me retrieve a non-running antique car out of the backyard. I drove 1200 miles from Florida to pick this car up that I had purchased several months prior and had a prearranged date to pick it up with the previous owner. Unbeknownst to me, she placed a portable shed 15 feet in front of the car, which made it impossible for me to pick up with my car hauler trailer. Kevin, the driver that met me there, was able to maneuver the car around the shed and bring it out to the street for me to put on my trailer. He was kind, patient, and timely, and the whole transaction was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

My fianc�s car was broken down on the side of US131. They were super fast only taking 20 mins to get to us. The guy which helped us was super funny and kind. We d recommend this towing company for anyone needing a tow by the Dorr or Wayland area. We Would definitely call these guys again if we ever needed a tow.

I cannot say enough great things about the professionalism and courtesy that was shown to me during my time of distress today from this company! I am forever grateful, and will gladly and highly recommend them to anybody!FYI, today I learned that it is way less stressful and more efficient to call the tow company directly and pay out of pocket yourself (getting reimbursed by your insurance company) than to deal with the third party companies that insurance companies now pay to handle roadside assistance. (I know this isn't possible for everybody.) I spent hours on the phone this morning trying to get a tow truck to my house. It was absolutely ridiculous! And I will most certainly be dropping Citizens Insurance because of this happening to me two times!Today I was lucky enough for this to happen while in the convenience of my own home. Unfortunately, the previous event was while traveling for the death of our father during the night time on a busy highway. We were left to fend for ourselves due to the inefficiency of third parties handling roadside assistance. That is not why we pay $400 a month in the state of Michigan. That is not peace of mind! That is not what insurance is there for.. insurance is supposed to be there for you and your time of need! Shame on any insurance carrier that takes our money and offers us this kind of business in return. Thank you again Fifelski Towing!

State farm dispatched this service for a towing service. Great response and very helpful driver, Dylan. He even helped us figure out what the issue was. Very highly recommend this place!

Dylan was fantastic. Had a flat near Middleville and he arrived in just a few minutes. After the car was loaded I rode to Hastings in the tow truck. Dylan was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and very well spoken. Highly recommended.

Called for service for a tire service. When a tow ended up being needed, they towed the car to a tire shop and the roadside service provider even waited with the car for me. Service was quick, smooth, and convenient. The team was friendly and very helpful.

I had an incident with loading a vehicle on a trailer that went south. These guys took care of me and got me back on the road in no time. Awesome service and well trained. Well definitely keep their number for the next time I'm in the area and need help. Highly recommend.

Both the gentlemen who took my call and picked my car up to take to the shop were awesome. Extremely polite and professional. Didn't have to wait long at all. Will definitely be calling them again if I need a tow service!

They are very polite and friendly. Driver had a great sense of humor. Know I was stuck asked me to pull forward. We both laughed. Love their wreckers have NYFD firefighter MEMORIAL on them.

Brandon rescued me and my son from the side of the highway after blowing a tire. He was professional yet still made the experience comfortable for us. The both of us were able to crack a couple jokes back and forth. It was great. He gave me instructions on what to do before he arrived right up until we left the side of the road prioritizing safety as #1. We were able to laugh and make light of a friday night situation. He got us home safe and sound with our car and went on his way. Couldn t ask for a better driver.

Great Job! I had scheduled a pickup to take my car to my mechanics, Fifelski towing actually showed up 10mins early and had my car loaded & strapped down in record time! Amazing service and professionalism. Dillon was early (but didn t rush me at all).I expected a tow but he was able to get my vehicle started and followed me to the shop.He was knowledgeable (I know more about my vehicle now than i used to). He didn t talk down to me because I m female (yes, that still happens in the world). And he expressed concern about me being able to get back to my home afterwards ( he wasn t just worried about getting HIS job done, but making sure I was completely taken care of)I would give ten stars if I couldServices: Battery service, Car towing

I witnessed these guys destroy several cars at Wayland highschool in experienceed drivers and lazy there were options but they took the easy way out I guess not there car not there problem I was stuck as well but they were not towing my car.. take more pride in your work.
