I called asking for a quote on some rear end damage. Bob picked up right away and was very friendly and accommodating. He had me drive right over, took some photos and had a quote ready for me later that day. Great service, they treat you like family.

Had car towed there based on reviews. Old man at desk said they had rental car when i called. It turned out to be dirty and have nonfunctioning wipers. When i asked if the shop had a certified mechanic i was told they have access to one. Had car towed to different shop.
