I ripped my awing off, not paying attention. Duh! They did a great job, very professional. We had a few bumps with the lights but they got her done and everything looks and works perfect!!!

We have a seasonal site at Sun Retreats Gun Lake. We had them winterize our RV last year and I just called to use them again this year. They did an excellent job last year and their prices are very reasonable. I was concerned because it was our first year having a residential refrigerator, but they winterized it and everything was great. When I called this year, I was greeted by a pleasant call taker who was very helpful and had all of my information from last year. I will continue to use them every year!

Brought my 5th Wheel to have a water pressure issue and 2 toilets repaired as well as a door adjusted. Was told everything was fixed so I paid $875.35 over the phone via CC. When I got to the campground, nothing was fixed but the door. Was told to bring it back in, so I did. I was charged an additional $1031.63 for the same problems to get repaired. I reluctantly paid the bill but only because I was told the owner Bradley Frank would correct the bill as well as I need my camper that weekend for a family getaway. I called, multiple times, emailed, and texted the office, after a month I finally got a hold of Mr. Frank who said "he would look into it". Well guess what... haven't heard back and its been over a month. He doesn't even have the integrity to call me back. I would not recommend in a million years to get any work done by this company.

Brought them my camper to repair the loose roof. They were suppose to glue down the loose rubber. When I picked it up the roof had been stretched and secured but not glued down. I was guaranteed it would stay down. Put the camper in storage because I let them repair it on there off season. First trip in the spring the roof is getting air under it and coming loose. Talked to the office girl and keep being told Brad the owner will call me. He never did. Now I m being told it s not there problem it s over 90 days. Very disappointed with this company. I actually have friends that know the owner. Even they can t believe they wont fix the problem.

I was having problems with my furnace. They have several excellent technicians, and in the end, they discovered that the CO detector was unplugged (maybe because it kept sounding off?), and that the heat exchanger was perforated. A possible death sentence, as one of them put it.They had a replacement furnace core on hand, and finished the job off and got me on my way. The whole crew there was friendly, had helpful advice, and they work well together as a team. They struck me as caring people. I'll be back when I have other issues with my 25-year-old motorhome.

My wife and I bought a new fifth wheel from General RV. After getting delivery we had issues pop up with the Home. We called General RV and they informed us that we were outside of their area for service. So we contacted B.Franck even though we were outside of the Service area they were more than happy to come over this was warranty work so we would pay them ,General RV would reimburse us. So the repair man comes over fixes my problems and leaves 20 minutes later another one comes up so I call the repair service and he comes back over and stays for another 40 minutes and fixes the problems that we had at that time. They provided an outstanding service for us when General RV turned their back on us. So thank you very much for your service and your considerate service man. As a footnote to this in trying to get our money back from General RV for the warranty work required 4 phone calls most of them were not returned my wife finally called our sales person again to get this straightened out as you can tell I m not happy with General RV good salesman from that point on not good.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took 3 weeks to get a quality thermostat installed. We dropped the 5th wheel on our truck upon leaving then took another 3 weeks to get repairs done. When picked up the trailer we found they had not even looked inside the trailer fir damages. Big slide out would not work & closet shelf pulled out of wall. Another week. Slide fixed but shelf was only put back using same screws & pushed into the wall. After noticing the shoddy job on the shelf, I emailed the manager twice but he never replied.

Thank you for revisiting your recent service policy and refunding the difference for the defective part/restocking fee. I appreciate that you finally understood and fixed the problem. I did appreciate your quick service call at the time of the initial problem, and now your phone call and the refund. We would recommend your business to others now.

These folks are GREAT! Needed a last minute Winterization along with an education of my class C Motorhome. They not only got me the next morning, they spent a considerable amount of time teaching me the ins and outs of how to properly use, maintain, protect and enjoy this RV. Their prices were beyond reasonable..$80 for winterizing and we also purchased a new hot water tank with installation for a few hundred dollars. I can't say enough good things about this business and their incredible team! I won't ever go elsewhere for any of my motorhome needs, supplies, repairs or maintenance. Thanks for everything you all did for us!!

Had B Fanck winterize my camper this year, did an amazing job and had amazing service, he thought something was wrong and dug into it more and found out it was fine. Most places would charge you and tell you it needs replaced but they were truthful with us!

I had some issues on a 40' Dutchman Denali I bought from Veurinks where the controllers were not working for loading or slides. They recommended Happy Camper who I spoke to on a Monday 5-21 and he said he would be there Wednesday 5-23. I called once in AM and once in PM to see when he would arrive , and he never arrived or returned my call. I called B Franck Service Thursday at 8 am for help and he has someone on his way at 9:30 to rescue my Memorial Day Weekend. These are the guys you want to deal with. So Very much appreciated!! Thanks, Tim

AC went out on my 6 month old RV. Finding someone that isn't just a guy with a van is almost impossible. While the bar is low, because they literally have no competition in SW Michigan, Kat was always super friendly, they took care of me in a timely fashion (compared to taking to a dealer) and handled it through warranty with the distributor. I will literally use them for everything now, even winterizing and opening the camper.Service: Air conditioning

They've always been good in the past but today was above and beyond. I called at 4:30 to cry about my slider not going in just before leaving for Memorial Day. They pretty much had it diagnosed over the phone but recognized it was more I than was able to fix. Their tech stopped on his way home. All fixed. Saved our weekend.

I was recommended this place by a friend of mine. They helped me get my class C electrical system up and running in the time frame promised and what I considered a fair price. Not much else to say because thats all you can ask of a business. They were very friendly and the facility is nice too. Thanks for your help!

Once the parts arrived and the date was set I was happy with the service. Although there seem to be some communication issues. Once those were settled it went smoothly.

I have a 42' toy hauler that needed a 12' section of the roof replaced, after the second time of taking it there i was still getting air pockets under the rubber and coming apart from the front and back seams, after the third time I called my insurance company and took it elsewhere and had whole new roof put on it, this place costed me a bunch of money for nothing, smh

Fair pricing, although the service call is a little expensive. Very willing to address problems and offer suggestions for maintenance.
