Took my trailer in to get two wheel studs replaced they try to tell me that I was going to need a lot more then just two wheel studs went to a different shop and didn't even need 3/4 of what they said I was going to need will never get anything done at this ta ever

Very slow, they dint have staff and time to change the tire, so they give uncceptable appointment time to most of customer and the same was happened to me and just for tire change they asked me to come tomorrow morning which was not practical and acceptable for me. Thanks

Charged $360 for just changed windshield washer pump very bad experience please do not waste your money find some local truck service

Very busy area .the road crew takes priority but i cant really after thinking that over disagree with that policy.they seemed understaffed on the day of my appointment. And i pulled into the garage a hour past my appointment time. So i cant give it 5stars.but they almost got 5.friendly and knowledgeable.

I arrived on 7/30/20 to have a water pump installed on the truck A tech started working on the truck left when his shift was over. I was informed that someone would be coming to finish the work. They called the original tech from home to come in and work. On the he arrived and started the work about 1pm and then informed me that it would be another 8 hrs. I slept in my truck in the bay that night. I will never go to another T A Truck. The techs are to supply their own tools and nobody in the shop had the tool needed to do the work. I lost 2 loads. I assumed that it should be the manger's responsibility to be aware that the tech's had the tools needed to do their jobs. I will be here for than 24 hours thus far waiting for a water pump put on the truck. This is not acceptable. I was here before a few years ago for the same repair on a different truck. Exact same situation occured no tech had the tools to get the job done. I am wondering how many other people have experienced same situation with the T A in Dexter Mi stating that they didn't have the tools to complete work in a timely manner. Never Again!!!!!!!!!!

Waited for 7 hours just to have a forced regen. Heard the shop manager say that one of the techs is always late to work.i do not recommend coming here if you need any service doneService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Mechanics are a blessing . I had a roof panel on the nose of my trailer came loose at the seam . Few hours waiting .. but once they had my trailer . 25 min in n out .

I pulled in at 2 am and asked if they could change my fuel filter and he said it would be a while I then asked if they had the filter and I got him the number off of the filter and I asked him if he could change it right quick so I could make my delivery on time and he said he could but that wasn't his job and I asked how long would it be and he said they would call me when his one and only tech got back from a road call and at 8 am they still hadn't called me and I asked him how much longer and he didn't know they still only had the one tech working and I found a shop in the middle of nowhere and they had 8 tech working and had me on the road in no time and at 230 pm TA call and said I could pull in and they would charge the filter so if you need something done in Ann Arbor don't go to the TA it is a joke and the young shop foreman is a butt and I hope they shut that shop down

The service and advice I received was excellent after my truck an 08 columbia failed to regen 5 times.Took it down to Indiana on over ride after every 3 minutes. The problem is now history

do not waste your time, drove to check the brakes, told the problem to the master, he walked for a long time describing the trailer, the car, checked the numbers, then the answer, I can t help you, go to the dealer and pay us $ 62 for half an hour of work. what work? you didn t do anything idiot, pay and leave this company policy

I have last two PM were not completely done half truck greasing. And the last PM I was the only truck there at 5am took 7 hrs to do half a grease job and oil change that resulted in my oil plug being stripped out and me 213 miles down the road from there shop....so I had to pay an expensive repair bill on top of lost time ....

Took them 3,5 hours to simply replace a wheel Seal and replaced parts that don't needed to be changed without my conscent

Full driver's lounge, clean restrooms, ample parking, truck garage w knowledgeable mechanics, restaurant closes at 11, has Internet available for a price, overnight parking.

Not the shops fault as the 1800 number is nationwide but sat on hold for a hour trying to get roadside service and no answer.

Not telling people to put the mass on We need to think about safety They have the excess on the floor for social distance but not selling anything about people wearing a mass

I was here bcoz my AC WAS not working they told me 1 hour wait nd call me after 5 hour and and in five minutes the guy told me i have to look for the part if i have it or not and for the next one hour idk where he goes i didn't find him THEY ARE JUST MAKING THERE SHOP HOURS CROOKS LIARS AVOID THIS PLACE EVERYONE

There are the liars, very bad service. They told me the wait is 6 hours to change the tire trailer, anyway I accepted, and this liars waisted me time because they call me after 20 hours.Don t trust to this guys
