Showers are very small , warm water doesn't last long,small amount of food and young girl at register to busy taking selfies instead of helping a custom right away go to TA !!!!! Especially if your paying for a shower and food

Horrible customer service not enough staff no food for the drivers for breakfast. Just another example of this company going downhill. Since it's been brought out, it's all about profits not about convenience for the driver. Stay away from this location unless you want to waste your time. Especially if you're trying to get something to eat, go across the street by the t. A instead

After getting everything I needed I went to stand on line to checkout. The light skinned black girl clerk acted like I wasn't even there. A black man came up on the side of me and the female called him up. He told me to go ahead of him, because I was standing there for a few minutes before he came up. She had a nasty attitude with me for no reason. I kindly said have a great day as I grabbed my things to leave and got no reply. Was I treated poorly because I'm not a man? This is disgusting. Pilot y'all need to start hiring people who aren't going to treat people this way.

If you like drama come here. I almost got hit twice! WHOSE ON FIRST AND WHOSE ON SECOND you decide. Rude overbearing people. The 24 hour restaurant is not open for 24 hours. I went today it was blocked. Limited merchandise. No organization at all. Condescending staff. I have been to three of these while traveling. This one is off my list! The only pleasant experience the bathrooms are clean. FYI you need to put up signs something to direct traffic even arrows its not the truckers that are crazy its evey body else!

8.14.23 3 out of 5 diesel pumps out of service. Good parking and teamNeed more space in building as too smallWashroom n baths are tiny but clean

Typical chain truck stop. Overpriced restaurant (subway) and limited stuff for travelers. Parking is limited to about 30 trucks.

Clean installations , plenty space to park ,( at least the times I m been here ) I m rather park in here and get gas here , not to busy and good for sleep

WHy is it so hard to fill your pumps with receipt paper. I stop to fill my tank 1 to 2 times a week and 4 times in the last 3 weeks, I could not get a receipt for my gas unless I went in side. It is extremely hard for me to walk and I would have to get my walker out of the car in order to do that. Your station is the only one I have ever had this problem at. For me, and I assume others , this is a great customer service deficiency. I have complained by telephone before. This is not an isolated occurrence.

Bathrooms were in fact clean & fresh-smelling!However, cashier was having issues w his "safe", & had money out. Scott I think. I said a prayer for him cuz that was almost scary!

Good for parking, showers are dirty, subway is usually never open. If you need food/shower don t come here.If you need to just snooze and maybe a soda, this will do.

This is the north side of i94. There is also an older one on the south side. This one has Subway, other one has Arbys. This location has more parking on the rear, a scale and clean bathrooms. You should exit on the other side of the fuel Islands for an easier exit. The entrance is wide enough for the trucks to swing in only. The atmosphere inside is cheerful and helpful. Great staff.

What a horrible truck stop. 2 pumps working with trucks lined up on the side and a oversized haul blocking the exit way. Took 15 minutes just to pull in and get the heck out of that dump

One star for the old guy named dave if I'm not wrong, i fuel up and went inside for receipt i order a subway and went to cashier and asked him to print the receipt for me he said first get your sub then come here and there was no one in line, I gently explained him that only two islands are for fuel and I'm blocking the way if you can print it and i can leave but he simply refuse to do so... pilot should review the mental health of people before hiring them

The pumps can never read cards and when you go in to pay because their system is garbage you gotta sit and wait for someone to decide to show up to the counter to do their job, absolutely asinine...

Not bad little pilot.. Subway sandwich is hardly ever open.. go across the bridge there is a TA and another pilot with Arby's.. can't expect too much from a liberals that don't want to work..

Waited 5 minutes or more in line to pay for gas and drinks. No one in sight. Jeff finally came out from somewhere on his phone. He rang up the wrong amount for our gas. He charged us less than what we wanted and could not figure out how to fix it.so we had to use our card again at the pump. Ridiculous...
