So I have been using Opus for about 4 years. I can tell you that I do not write many reviews. However, this time I feel really burnt by the company. They continue to take away options for programing vehicles. When it came out, great. They could do many different types. Soon after they started changing. No more sprinters, then certain diesels, then most diesels, then certain manufactures, then used modules. You would call one day and they could do a programming for you. Then the next day they couldn't. Then in April they stated they went to a different billing system. No information, no emails. But they did finally start calling. However, it really felt like a scam. So as anyone would do is to ignore it. As time went on, I attempted to cancel the subscription and look at selling my tool. I continued to receive emails and phone calls but they all looked or sounded like scams with the way it was presented. It did not sound like the business I had interacted before. Now they are saying I am $3600. They changed their system and they said they contacted us. If there was a better way to confirm that it was actually your business it would be different. But the emails did not look like all the other emails. Said it was a branding change. I said I didn't agree and think this is scam. So stop calling me. Still not sure if it is the actual company that keeps calling me to pay them. But how am I supposed to know this since they have had my information to pay and contact for the last three years.

Very poorly ran business. Charging customers monthly subscriptions just to transfer a tool in their name. Never will I purchase another one of these brand tools. Claims a huge past due balance when we never used the tool due to the expensive monthly cost after already paying $6000 for it.

the scan tool works very rarely.a regrettable purchase at our collision center.I'm updating my 1 star to a 4 star. Because the customer service from Ted has been very good. They sent me out a new tool and it seems to be working much better.

Absolute waste of time and money. It s like the techs are just sitting on the couch watching Dora. Had a scanner on a vehicle running for 2 hours only to find out they never did anything with it. Would not recommend.

Shady company. Much better options out there. Even the technical assistant had us pull a Autel scan tool out to do what they re junk couldn t do.

I have had 2 modules in a week screwed up by these people. Don't do it. I had access to both modules through my scan tool. Whatever they did now I have no communication. Sick of dealing with these problems. Do it on your own with a pass thru device.

I do not recommend. Product ok but not great, Astech device and technicians are superior. Have called and emailed 6 times over 2 weeks to discuss cancelling our service but nobody answers the phone, returns calls or emails. Business practices highly questionable.

The billing department has terrible customer service. Will not return calls.After having our business card charged an additional 4 times, by their mistake, they have yet to refund the money or return our calls.***Update: Filed a dispute with my bank, because the company would not help! I just received the money back from my bank, 3 months later.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY-CANNOT PROGRAM MODULES CORRECTLY AND NO CUST SERVICE AT ALL-SHAME!!TRY TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE THAT CAN MAKE A DECISION OR CALL YOU BACK IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.THIS COMPANY IS HEADING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION IF THEY CARE!

I don't suggest the programing at all. They don't walk you through the steps after they "initialize" the module. I paid 200 dollars for and "initialization" and they couldn't even walk me through or tell me the steps of programing. So this machine is infact no use to me if I can't get the module programed
