Heather at LaFontaine of Dexter was amazing to work with. My wife found her Dream Car on the internet, and we worked with Heather on the phone and over the Internet to buy the Blazer and bring it home 150 miles away. Heather was a joy to work with, and we couldn't thank her enough for making this happen. The rest of the folks we worked with at LaFontaine of Dexter were also amazing professionals with customer focus and satisfaction clearly their top priority. They all made the before, during, and after the sale experience very enjoyable for us. Thanks again for helping to make this a Christmas to remember!

As a family, we went to test drive a Bolt EUV near November. It was a great experience. Tyler navigated us through most of Bolt's features. No push and no markups. We enjoyed the drive and Tyler's kind treatment of potential customers. If you are thinking of a Bolt, this is the place.

Great service department and overall customer service. I ve taken my Volt there a few times and they are really competent when it comes to EVs (Electric Vehicles) while other Chevy dealers in the area are not.

We just purchased our 5th vehicle from LaFontaine. From the Sales Manager to the Service Department we continue to receive outstanding customer service. Ryan, New Car Sales Manager assisted us in a very complicated matter and went above and beyond to get a resolution that no other dealership could or would do. We highly recommend LaFontaine!

Yess! absolutely recommend this dealership. First big car purchase and i CANNOT be happier!!! Emmon was with me the whole time, I came to him and explained what i needed and he met me each way. He got me a great suv at a affordable deal! He was amazing. THANK YOU ALL! I LOOOOVE MY NEW CAR :D

Applied for a used car finance , James Corp salesman was quick to return my calls and got me into the vehicle I wanted,they are all very professional,courteous,friendly and very eager to help you with your vehicle needs. The finance guy was very helpful and walked me step by step through the purchasing process.I would recommend Lafontaine Chevrolet in Dexter for all makes and model vehicle needs,Thank guys, love my new vehicle. Best customer service hands down! Shawn does seamless pick up/drop off for service, leaves a loner, services my vehicle, keeps it up to date and returns it to my driveway like brand new, every time. I send every person I know to Shawn at LaFontaine Dexter! Can t recommend enough!

Absolutely love the service department at this dealership. They're knowledgable, fast, friendly and truly my favorite place to go. I never have to worry about my car when I bring it in! I recommend having Eric Butler help you out!

Just got a oil and filter done on my car. Have had service done with them before. Best place ever. People are friendly, service is fast, prices are fair. Well go back there again.

Jason Barron was definitely a breath of fresh air he went above and beyond he was very professional and readily available he listened and understood my concerns very easy to deal with I'm so thankful he was their to serve the need my son car also provided us with a loaner until his car was fixed if I could give 10 STARS I WOULD BECAUSE IF ANYONE DESERVES IT JASON DOES THANK YOU AGAIN AND BLESS YOU FOR BEING THERE...Service: Auto engine diagnostic

6.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation and two ez recalls. And I had an appt. Wow that's slow.

Worses dealership in Michigan never return your phone calls I spend $90000 in this place missing stuff out of my vehicle do yourself a favor and go someplace else these people suck in this place
