Tanner the manager I worked with went above and beyond. Had an oil filter lodge on from a Valvoline location. He was patient and used some tricks of the trade to get it. Very polite staff and A++ service!

Car was damaged in car wash due to neglect when aligning the wheels in the bay. Got over it and came back for oil changes, ANOTHER damage by the mechanics with zero mention to me. Called immediately after when I noticed. Guy immediately came up with excuses, blaming the workmanship of the item instead of apologizing or looking to mend it in any sort.James reached out professionally and apologized and refunded my service, stating his techs would be retrained on proper professional handling of situations in the future.

Very sad to have felt like I needed to leave feedback on here, I drove down to Dewitt from St. Johns for a service on my Truck.As always they give a free wash with the service, unfortunately this time my truck came out with some white looking scuffs/marks that I know weren t here prior.My wife noticed them just after we jumped out of the vehicle only 10 minutes later as they were bright & shiny once the water had dried off.These weren t scrapes from a vehicle or anything along those lines which was evident as they were very erratic and not deep yet they would not rub out. They give me some disappointing excuses like they can t be seen in the camera coming out (vehicle was wet still) & several other poor reasons. The camera quality they showed me was of extremely low pixel quality yet they tried to tell me they enhanced the images but could still see nothing, anyone who knows how images work knows that s not possible.Very sad that a business can have such little care or empathy for their customers & not even try to make it right. A simple polish likely would have fixed a majority of it.If you are someone who appreciates your vehicle & always tries to keep it right, I d advise you to stay clear of this business as this company does not really care for its customers when it comes to the crunch.

I got my AC charged here for $150. Firestone gave me a quote for $400-$800. Great guys who are friendly and won't try to screw you over. Also if you need any work done on your vehicle that they don't do in house just ask for Walter. He works there, but has a shop at his house. He does great work and won't overcharge you.

Went for an oil change and 500 miles later my cars making weird noises and so I check the oil and its dirty as hell. They clearly didn't change the oil. Do not go here.

Used to be the best car wash in the area Would come here weekly and had a membership. Today it s the worst in the area. Employees are less than pleasant. They used to thoroughly rinse down the car and hit it with a brush and put wheel cleaner on. Now they barely spray the driver side door and call it good. Car wash system itself does an okay job.Vacuum area looks like a landfill, absolutely disgusting. The vacuums barely even suck because the tubes are so full of garbage.It s a shame this place went downhill so badly. Will give my business to Masters in St Johns instead.

Had an oil change done 7/10/23 for an f150. Nothing too crazy was ruff trying to take the engine filter apart and just told them to stop before something got broken. Then, I thought all was good after my oil change and drove home, not realizing that the oil technician did the refasten the under protection panel and just dragged it all the way home and then to find it getting damaged. With it could have been avoided if it was just snapped back together as it was when I drove up. This is careless behavior, I believe that they have a good reputation, but this was just not it.

They use high quality oil, they're usually fast, and the price is reasonable. If there are a lot of vehicles waiting, they have given free car washes for the delay. I recommend.

Shout out to PRESTON for doing an amazing job prepping my car before going through the car wash. This is the first person that has taken the time to do it correctly. Give this man a raise!!!! Hope he's here during every wash!

These guys at this location are so nice. They took care of my car and gave me honest, quality service in a timely manner. What more could you ask for? They all had a smile on their face and I believe one of them was even shadowing a worker whom treated him with genuine intentions to help him learn. I would recommend this business to anyone. The team at One Stop was phenomenal ~ they helped us pinpoint where/what fluid was leaking from my car while we were traveling from out of state. I don't normally write reviews but this one felt necessary! I have had many a bad experience with getting my oil changed. Either people are rude to me or charge a crazy amount. I've been coming here for a year now and they are always super nice and they don't overcharge! This might sound funny but as a woman I am happy to finally not feel anxious before getting an oil change!

I just received great service from the attendant and manager. I made an error not them and they rectified it and also did not make me feel like a caused an issue. They took care of me and got my business now. Thanks guys!

i absolutely love coming to this location for a car wash, they always make sure my car looks good! Sierra does an wonderful job and makes sure every customer including me is taken care of! I bought the monthly pass because I want to continue to come back here for the friendly customer service! Strongly recommend the monthly pass you won t regret it!!!!

$17 later and my wheels and tires are still dirty and they turned off the upper dryer roller cause of my back rack...... but yet it hasn't ever done anything when they leave it on. Wasn't impressed for the money and time they spent precleaning it......Sorry for the delay on coming back to compliment the company for responding back. I would like to say thank you for stepping up and making sure I was satisfied with your service. I have and always will continue to use this car wash.......way better than the one across the highway........ that and the manager, Eric is one awesome guy!!!!!! He deserves hazard pay or at least a raise!!

I had a great experience at Pennzoil today! Tanner and Adam were really helpful and nice. When asking if I wanted certain things done (engine flush, filter change, etc) they told me why they recommended it and how it was done. I ve never had a mechanic explain things to me like that. I declined the filter change and they were not pushy about it whatsoever. The service was quick which was a bonus. I ll be back!

When I can't take my vehicle to the dealer I take it to One Stop in Dewitt, where I know the staff and technicians are competent and professional. It's nice to see the same faces when I go, even if I can't remember names to save my life. I like to think I see the same employee because One Stop is a good place to work -- I certainly hope it is, because they deserve it.Service: Oil change

The service is great and efficient. They are also really nice to me and never push a extra service on me. They let me know when something needs to be done and when I say I will think about it they let it go. I would give 5 stars, but they are a little pricey. You do get a free car wash when you spend so much there as well and their car wash is great. Also free vacuums for your use there as well.

Went to get an oil change on my 2017 Chevy Spark on my lunch because I work right up the rode. Everyone was very friendly and I didn t feel like they were trying to scam me into more money.They actually found a small leak in my oil and referred me to my Chevy dealer in town.. because of my warranty!!! They were super helpful on explaining everything and really seemed like they care about me and my new car. Overall happy with experience.Plus who doesn t like a free car wash!!! ;)Thanks guys <3

Car wash has gone downhill some. What good is bug remover if its barely applied? Guys spend maybe 30 seconds preparing the vehicle, even if you're the only one there. The rinse is terrible. Too often doesn't do the job on the sides. Don't need super blast rinse on the roof. Finally, shine and dry needs to be replaced. Too expensive for these issues to exist. If it doesn't improve, I'll be going elsewhere. These are easy fixes.

These guys are wonderful, quick, & not ungodly expensive. They even helped me replace my battery when I couldn't do it myself (not easily reachable). The carwash is great too, and actually removes all the dirt/grime in one go.

You can sit in your car for the 10-15 mins it takes to change your oil and you get a basic car wash for free! Everyone was super nice, and got me in and out! Also, their FREE vacuums HAD GREAT SUCTION!!! I can never find a good car vacuum, especially free!
