I will never go anywhere else again. Took my car to get it a "vehicle inspection" at another establishment in Lansing. My car failed and they wanted me to spend $1000 to fix problems in order to pass. Took my car to DeWitt Service Center and my car passed the inspection and I was only charged inspection fee. I knew my car was fine, and wanted a second opinion. I have been here before and always have had excellent service. These guys are quick, honest and super funny. Don't go anywhere else.

The best! I just relocated to the area and was very scared to take my car in to a new mechanic, especially because I know absolutely nothing about cars. Every staff member was personable, professional, and trustworthy. They were also able to get my car in and out very quickly. Not only solid service and prices, but they also will straight up tell you if something would be cheaper to do yourself, or may not be worth fixing if you don't have the money or aren't willing to spend it.

We have used DeWitt Service Center for many years. They are a great team of professionals who treat their customers like royalty. We have found them to be honest and trustworthy and they totally stand behind their work. We sent my dad there.... that's how much we trust them!!

As a family we have been regular patrons for almost 10 years now. Ty and his crew have never let us down. This is the best vehicle care for the money you will get anywhere. They also have some very reasonable prices on tires. Whatever you need done to your car or truck, they can do it!

This is an excellent auto service center! I am new to town and am planning on making this my permanent go to car place. They were quick to get me in for an appointment for both of my cars, and when I realized that I just needed a headlight, they installed it for me while me kids and I were still sitting in the vehicle so I could get on my way quickly. Even when the front office was busy with other customers, the owner was addressing me by my first name before I even said who I was, and I was new to town! Great guys, good prices, and good customer service.

Made a same day appointment to have my winter tires put on and get an oil change. The service took just over an hour and was fairly priced. Better, faster service than the chain stores and half the cost (and they didn't recommend additional unnecessary services!). 10/10 will return and recommend to others.

This place goes above and beyond. They keep our old birds on the road and safely operating at a great price. Quality work. Completely honest. And their advice is always clear and helpful. I recommend them without hesitation. Do consider them for everything from an oil change to repairs!

DeWitt Service Center is the best auto shop around. The Mechanics are honest with you. They do a great job at a fair price. They are good about giving accurate deadlines. The shop will also give you a ride home after dropping off your car so you don't need to get a ride.

A squirrel made his/her home under my hood and shorted a number of wires. Ty got me in the next day. By mid morning he called with a diagnosis, and some options. He said we should start with the cheaper solution and work forward. By mid afternoon he called with a firm quote for parts and labor. It was ready by the end of the day. Loved the communication, speed and quality of work. My new mechanic!!Service: Electrical

This business is amazing. the guys there are so kind, prices are very affordable, but best of all they are the only company there to help you and not just go for your money. They value you and your vehicle way more than any other place i have been to. i cannot stress that enough. they are the best auto business i have ever been to

Dropped the old farm truck off with a dead battery and a bad alternator at 11pm using the keydrop box. they had me up and running by 2pm the next day. Even took the time to properly reset my dash clock! now thats service. Price was fair. I have been going to a reputable shop downtown for years, but am officially switching to these guys. Great Service!

Tried to charge me 1200 for a coolant house replacement and tried to say my car needed a bunch of other repairs, brought it to a different place and they only charged me 400 and said nothing else is wrong with my car plus they said that Dewitt service center wrote my vin number down wrong on the paper work, don't go here they'll try and scam youService: Auto water leak repair

Been taking my vehicles here for years. Glad to find this shop with my move to DeWitt. I refer everyone here. They have always done a great job, fast, efficient, and even when I just pop in with a question they are always willing to take a peek. Ty has a honest business and only does necessary work never over charging. Will contine to go here for oil changes, new tires, and car repairs. Wish more businesses were this dependable and affordable.

I've been a customer for 10 years or more. You will not find a more honest businessman in the area. Great staff and timely repairs at very reasonable rates. I've moved out of the area and still take my cars to Ty for any and all service.

We had our repair done awhile ago. I posted here soon after. Nothing showed up. I'll try again.. If your auto is no longer covered by warranty and you have a problem take it to these folks. Had an alternator replaced because it died near this place. The one that was installed died within a week. Went to my regular mechanic who tested it, it failed, and they fixed the mistakes. When I returned to DeWitt Auto they refused to refund the money for their failed repair and they would only "check with their parts guy" about getting a replacement. Would not take responsibility for their mistake. Poor excuse for an auto shop. Will never come here again, even if I break down in front of their business.
