I took my vehicle to the dealership and multiple shops and was charged with out the issue being fixed i was referred to wise automotive who was Very professional and accurate with diagnosis of vehicle problems they are also reasonable with the pricing after two months of my car being in different shops wise had it up and running in 1 day I give them guys 10 stars

Sold me a car and lied about the title and car fax when I told them I didn t want to continue with the vehicle sale they refused my calls. The car arrived with no gas with a dead battery and multiple other issues. A 60 k car and I have had to put 5 k into it already. They told delivery guys if I refused the car to leave it at the nearest junk yard. The owner was a major jerk a complaint was made on the company through the better business bureau.

We had to tow our 2014 Dodge Journey to Wise because of radiator trouble. The team at Wise was very helpful. Some parts we needed were delayed, so we were given an update on when our vehicle would be ready. It was repaired, by that time, as promised. Thanks again, for the great and dependable service!

Been going here since we moved to Michigan in 2014. My in-laws have been taking their cars here for several years so I was happy to not shop around for a place when me and my husband came to Michigan lol. They are always honest, reasonably priced, and quick. We'll be taking our cars in again soon for another big move. Hopefully we can find a place near our new home that's as honest and good as Wise!

I've been going to Wise for 40yrs. They take care of my car. I trust them. The garage is spotless. They are professional and take their occupation seriously. I' ve had cars towed to Wise rather than have it serviced somewhere else.

Well, do I start I had a has station, I already knew them. My neighbor and I really like their work. I use to cashier, pump gas, give auto emission test. So we were in the same line of. My favorite mechanic.

We bought a used car and Wise gave the vehicle a top notch inspection. They did all the work necessary and the vehicle runs like new. Hands down THE best mechanics I ve ever had.

Our Family Has Been Doing Business With "WISE AUTOMOTVE" For Over 40 Years!! Excellent Service!! Their Location Was Once A "UNION '76" Gas Station under The Then Ownership Of "Roy Hicks"(until around early '80's). Special Shout~Out to " PAUL WISE"...You Guys Are The BEST!!

I ve had problems with my car going out ever since I got it. To be clear, it was going out while I was driving randomly cutting the engine out. Wait 4 minutes or so, it would come right back on. I went to this shop via a family members recommendation, who d been going there for years. Paul, Mark, and their son, are very incompetent mechanics. They didn t even perform a basic diagnostic test on my car to see if any codes would pop up. This was an electrical issue, a code would have popped up. They claim it didn t and that they figured it was the fuel pump. They would charge me 300 for fuel filtration (glad it wasn t the entire pump) and they charged me 89% labor. This is a red flag for mechanics trying to manipulate you into thinking that the labor was actually that intensive. It wasn t worth 200+. Especially because the repair did not solve my problem as the next day, it went out, and would take even longer to come on after waiting. I took it back to them in good faith that they would actually check the problem this time, and by the end of the day, they d finally have codes that related to the actual issue. When I was told, they were to charge me 300+ for a Crank Shaft, which is one of the computers in your car communicating with the engine. It wasn t rocket science. You could google Car Stopping, Comes Back On the crank shaft will usually pop up first. I was in disbelief that it was that small of an issue as I d just paid a hefty 500 dollar repair altogether. I was disappointed to say the least and took my car out of that shop (again it would run, just not for a long time). I took my car to Younce Auto Shop, in southwest Detroit. They don t advertise, they are purely word of mouth mechanics. My aunt called them for a timing belt, $500 dollars at Wise, 200 at Younce. My Grandfather called them to fix his brakes, $500 at Wise, $86 at Younce. Word to the wise, when someone asks you to pay 500 dollars for your car and it is not radiator/engine/transmission related, ASK QUESTIONS, any ONE you can come up with. The sneakiest mechanics I ve ever met. During the repair actually took my car without my permission or knowledge OUT of the shop over the weekend. Nothing fixed, but when I got my car back there were 10 more miles on mileage (indicated by them actually on my keyring!) and I assume someone was joyriding my vehicle over the weekend. Not a good business. Very very slow mechanics, if you don t get your car there by open, you will get your car back the next day. AND PROBLEMS STILL OCCUR. The last thing Mark (one of the mechanics) said to me is that I should rid of the car at 180,000 miles instead of keeping it because its too old at this point. Other than that electrical issue, no other issues and my car still moves forward and back. Needless to say after visiting Younce and paying 176 (this included air conditioning charge) I will never visit Wise again, I hope people will see other mechanics and avoid the same experience I had because this is the epitome of being HAD. These people actually know some of my family personally, so imagine what deal they ll give to a person they dont know. Younce. Go THERE. Further out, but financially worth it. I will upload pics of invoices from Wise soon for clarity. They re very POOR excuses for professionals. YOUNCE.Edit:These people went as so far as to inquire my issues with the family member I was recommended through haha, so I am responding to their inquiry. No you re not going to get away with bad service. Your incompetence costed me more than 300 dollars for absolutely nothing you think that s how you do business? You all were going to ATTEMPT to charge me $500+ for the same job I just got done for 125? It s gross. It s horrible business. You re shady individuals and thankfully for all our sakes im not the type of person to make a scene AT your business and rather leave a google review for your convenience. But no hard feelings!

You can come in and tell what your problem is and they take care of it. They will advise you honestly. They provide the highest quality service and once you have experienced it, you will keep coming back.

They do good work here and they're very honest about pricing and repairs. I always recommend them to family and friends. As a matter of fact I'm going there today to get a battery.

When you are in need of auto repair go to WISE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE /BEST AUTO REPAIR THAT BACK UP ALL THEIR REPAIRS TELLING YOU COST AND PROBLEM BEFORE REPAIR IS MADE IF THEY CAN'T FIX WILL SEND HELP YOU GET SOMEONE WHO CAN BEEN ON THAT CORNER ON 7 MILE FOR YEARS BLESSINGS GUYS MANY
