A professional family ran business husband, wife and children love it. It didn't take them long to come and resuce me and my cousin who was stranded yesterday evening on 8 mile and Woodward. I will definitely give them a call in the near future. Thank you for your service Wilform family

Fraudulent scandalous company be smart take your hard earned money elsewhere He will scam you, lie to you and put defective tires on or put the wrong size tire on and deny you a refund like it was your fault. Provides no receipt and takes cash app, cash, and Apple Pay do not use this company if you want the job done right.

I have only kind words! We were facing a 3 hour drive home on a donut tire. Called Tire Hunter and he was happy to get us back on the road with a full sized tire in under 10 minutes. Great, helpful service!

Stay away do not go here! Trust me! I bought a used tire from them on Sunday 12/4/22 it was flat by Thursday morning 12/8/22. While the young guy that was working was nice he didn t have a clue what he was doing my bolts weren t on tight enough and you could hear the tire wobbling while driving.. waste of money. It s sad because I m all about supporting black owned business but this one needs some MAJOR improvements. Once again stay away from this place!

Paid $60 for weight balancing and a used tire. My car drives worse because of this dry rotted tire they installed with out weighting it correctly and they scratched the rim horribly. Those rims are around 200 each. Basically paid $60 to screw myself over. Do not recommend this place even a little bit.

Great new tire shop in The D on the west side! The team of Kyle & Dre did me proper. Set of tires, installed and balanced all at a great price. And, although the Lords Day, they were open on a hot Sunday and I got service with a smile!! I ll definitely return! You should check them out and support a new business here in The D!

How do they expect to stay in business when they lie. I called them at 5:33 and asked if they could plug a tire for me and made sure that the hours on Google map was correct. They advised that they were not staying open until 8 and if I can get to their shop by 6:30 they could do it. I arrived at 6:01 they were closed, lights off and gate secured.

Worst ever never again I sent my sister and she said it was the worst ever first he said he will be there n 2hrs it took 5hrs so he came at 11 something at night then took him a hour to find out that he brought a bad tire she asked where is the place he get the tires from he said on 8 mile and Hoover which was far she was on 14 mile Clinton twp and couldn t wait so just waited till the next day said he will be out the next morning at 8am didn t call she had to call at 1030 am to then wen he came I asked if he could put air in one of my other tires he said he could the night b4 bt wen he came back said he dnt add air in people tires only took 5 dollars off so never go here if want things done right

I requested roadside assistance through curbsidesos.com, but then I realize that I didn t have a spare tire so I called tire hunter to cancel and they told me that they could replace my tire for $60 more. There was some miscommunication and the driver thought that I still wanted it to be canceled, so after about two hours I called back and the driver was very apologetic and we cleared up the mistake. The driver texted me at 2:27 AM and said that they would be here in 35 minutes. at 4:30 AM nobody had arrived, so I called and left a voicemail. I then finally found somebody else to help me, and received a call from the driver but was unable to answer. I got a text that just said do you still want it to which i responded no and just got the response ok . I understand mix ups and miscommunications, but I waited for over four hours and got absolutely nothing. I m not sure why the driver would text me and say that they were 35 minutes away when that very obviously is not the truth. I will not be using this service ever again, and I will be recommending anybody in the Deerborn area uses a different service as well.

My experience was amazing. The mechanics were very knowledgeable, the service that they provided was excellent, and give me advice on how to properly take good care of my tires and what to look for when they are going bad.

Went to 5 different tire places who did not have my tire finally on my way home I pull up here right before 7 minutes before closing and I was greeted quickly, they found my tired and it was a reasonable price I seen nothing but team work. I will be returning and will recommend to my family and friends finally a black own tires shop I can continue to support#blackOwnedBuisness

I had caught a flat and went here and they were able to get me completely taken care of, they even pointed out a nail in another tire that I didn't even see. Very helpful and friendly and I appreciate the fact that they were open late. Thanks guys! Fyi: They take cash and cashapp... that should be noted on here.

Garbage place, save your money!!! Horrible customer service and they have no idea what they re doing!!!! Lifted up my car wrong and scratched my paint!!! Lifted it wrong and it bent the door too... refused to make it right and said sign says they re not responsible for damage!!! Garbage place man

Raised price on me after he replaced tire with a worse used tire, took the wheel off and wouldnt give me it until i paid him a total of $250 to change a $20 used tire, police where called and waited as i put my spare tire on and took car off property, sob kept my rim and tire, filing law suit against him per police advice.
