I brought my car in for critical repairs last week. And to my amazement they did an excellent service on my vehicle. I m very pleased with the results and I highly recommend those who are interested in having their car repaired and be satisfied for the price you paid for these days. This is my second time using this shop they do Great work good No price if you have a problem, they tell you to bring it back and they take care of you. I highly recommend excellent customer service.

The entire staff was great! They provide honest recommendations and even a provides a free shuttle to drop you anywhere you need to be until your car is finish. Make sure to ask for Nikki!

I'm feeling as though, I was ripped off. Payed a dollar shy of 1,400 too have my heat fixed. Only for it to go back out in a matter of hours. This took place on 11/29/23. Only to be told parts were ordered, Would be in the following day. Needless to say today is the 4th of December I have yet to hear anything from this establishment. I concur with the other young lady. If only 0 was an option, as it relates to ratings. Rather than giving any stars. You've only earned this accurate rating .....

The engine in my 2014 Kia Sorento blew. The entire staff was amazing! I was emotionally distraught, and they helped me relax and feel comfortable with their humorous yet professional atmosphere.It took SilverRock over a month to approve the repairs. However, as soon as the approval was given, repairs were completed in 2 days. They even knocked off the $200 deduction that the warranty company, SilverRock, insisted was my responsibility. They did exceptional work, and my car was nice and clean after the repairs.I can not begin to express my appreciation enough for such a wonderful experience.Thank you!

I brought my car in just before the New Year because I had a leak. They told me it was a valve cover gasket and engine oil filter adaptor. The day after getting it fixed by White's I see it's still leaking the same leak. So I took it back then they said it was oil pan gasket. I took it home still leaking. So I took it back now it's the oil housing unit. They are some scammers never do business with these people. How could you look at something 3 times and have 3 different answers all of these are connected to each other. Scammers

If 0 stars could be given they would be. They will try to scam you. My sister brought her car in to get a flange and gasket done. They said they would charge her 200 for each. When she looked at the car afterwards it was not either of those they just welded a sleeve on mind you parts of the weld were incomplete and done horribly. On the receipt they put 200 for the resonator and 200 for the labor. The car was in the shop for maybe 1 hour...Afterwards my dad called and I was in the car for this phone call as well. He brought up that she was upset with being charged 400 when they didn't do the work they said they were going to, he said it's all on your receipt and my dad stated that the work they did was not $400 and he wanted them to give her $200 back. Sam who is the manager was saying "hey I wasn't the one that dealt with her car but were nit giving you the money back" then after going back and forth he said "okay tomorrow at 8 am have her come in and we can do an extended tailpipe on the house." That was the end of it. My dad gets a call from my sister who is LIVID saying she brought the car in and they did not do the tailpipe but they did however lie and say her catalytic converter had holes in and tried lying to say hers had special metals and diamonds in it..... they told her it was going to be $800 and she left and did not pay.... the catalytic converter on her car is perfectly fine and it is NOT made up of diamonds or any metals. They're a joke. She lost $400 and they did not fix it on the house like they saod they would either.

Con artists at its best here, if they ask you to finance your repairs definitely run, get in your car and leave. I had a simple tire rod replace they quoted me $850 for a Jeep

So I went to this place after reading the reviews didn t tell them I worked for state of Michigan. I had diagnosed my car several places so I was aware of what s going on exactly . I went there and met Sam and Nino . They said it would be 35 dollars to check out the problem I agreed I handed them the key 30 minutes later they came back with the same diagnoses that i already knew which it seems they did the proper diagnose Then quoted me 325 with a written estimate which every other place wanted 500 and up . They worked on my car and fixed the problem . I haven t had any issues since .also they Gave me my old part took me inside the garage and showed me everything done . Which I hate how a lot of places don t do that . The place is great , the service is great , the staff is friendly I couldn t ask for more. they gained a customer for life. Everyone should check them out .

I m a start off and say they did do the work. But I had to come back up here three times. I bought all the parts I needed to be put on the car was up here for two weeks and they still had not put the parts on the car until I came to pick the car up and the parts was still on the front seat. My husband has worked here for the last 6 years before the new owners took over the place It was horrible. We wouldn't tell anybody to go there. The old owner was just looking to line his pockets. Since the new owners took over, there has been a huge change. They are more professional in the way they do business. They are more customer oriented. We have started referring people now to come get their work done there.

Very overpriced. Rip off artist. They like the high mystery fees in the middle of a huge paragraph of charges. And they have a crooked reputation of getting you signed up for payment plan companies knowing that they're overcharging for their services
