I will not be coming back here. Do To poor service from the staff, I ask them to please do the door jams , rims and the guy got mad .They didn't spray air freshener for carNever again will i.go backThis Why I go to jax car wash....

It's been okay for awhile but the guys they have been having lately are acting weird an I think they made a price up I been paying 10 for just the outside an 20 for in an out now they talking bout 15 for just out an 20 for in an out that don't make no sense to me!!

It was $17 for my car to be washed. I got in and just said,"never again". My floors weren't vacuumed, cupholders and dashboard wasn't cleaned. Backseat wasn't cleaned. They didn't spray air freshener and bird poop was still on my trunk. This was done 7/3/2020. I felt like they just took my $17.00. I was disappointed. They went up in price and down in quality of service.

I have been going to the wash rack for at least 5 years if not more. Today I was not as happy as usual. They left trash in the van that I had to bring to there attention. They did not spray the fragrance as usual. It was like they were rushing me through. The owner was not there and I did not complain because some of the small things I did not notice till after I had pulled off. I will continue to support this business with the caveat they return to their fine detail work.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Paid $22 for interior and exterior cleaning and left a $5 tip. Jokes on me because my car is still dirty on the inside. Of the entire interior only the dashboard and slush mats were cleaned. Someone heavily sprayed a bubble gum freshener. NOOOOOO!!!! I did not request a spray. 2 stars for a nice exterior cleaning.Service: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

This used be the best car wash but I find that when the owner isn't there the workers tend to fall off. I shouldn't have to remind someone to clean the dash board, wipe down the inside of my doors or not leave trash on the floor....like I'm so disappointed today.

Did great on my MKS. Asked if they could wash sides of undercarriage and they attempted to while not part of their service

They would be a lot better if they took their time they did not do a good job on my carpet I had to go back and have them do it again, And they charged me $15 bucks for inside out i have a 6 cylinder car.

I love this place they are very professional...the owner is very nice, he even helps his workers wash the cars...It's always fresh free coffee, tea,doughnuts& free newspapers..its very comfortable sitting waiting on your car...everyone is nice.i gave them a 4 star because.He need to make them men keep that bathroom clean, that restroom is no place for women to sit comfortably...MAKE IT A LADIES ROOM &build them men an out house.., or buy them a porta John...LOL...also i left a big tip..plus paid 20 dollars for a full service car wash...the guy that does the vacuum or wiping out the cars assured me,he would make sure to wipe my dash board and middle console clean..and he didn't, we had to go home and clean it ourselves, better...but everything else was perfect this day.

Worst car wash ever. I was charged $13 for a regular hand wash & I still had spots on my car. To top it off the workers had the nerve to open my car doors without even asking. I wouldn t recommend this car wash to anyone.

I usually wash my car all the way from Eastpointe, if I can see any word more than Excellent job I will use it for them...Keep it up my boss curse I've worked there before...

Love this place. I drive from the east side of Detroit, to come and get my car cleaned up. Great service and the owner is cool guy.

My car was still dirty my tires were armeralled n still dirty when I came back the boss did my car himself n gave me a card for a free wash. Inside n out $20
