I needed a tune up and some new tires and the gentlemen here really took care of me.Henry was the person who assisted me from beginning to end. He was so courteous and professional, very helpful and informative!Quan was one of the mechanics who worked on my car, he was polite and friendly; a real chill guy.All around I am truly satisfied with the work preformed and the professionalism shown.Not to mention they have a spring sale on new tires that are VERY AFFORDABLE! Between good pricing and bomb customer service, this shop definitely has a customer for life!!!I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Excellent work !!!!!!!!!!! They were very fast and good and yes they take warranty! I ve been going to this shop for years and I haven t had an issue ! Service was top tier and HENRY was very helpful and very friendly! I definitely recommend and I am a women. I ve never felt like they got over on me trust me!

I have dealt with this establishment for several years and multiple cars, I am always treated with fairness, they listen and explain, and welcome you back if there are any problems. My car issue with today s visit was resolved in minimal, and I feel the cost was very affordable. I would definitely visit this establishment again and recommend to those looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

I have been taking my vehicles to University Auto Repair for several years and have always been satisfied. They live by the golden rule, and their customer service is excellent. They are the best! 10/10 would definitely recommend. I was in the area visiting from Alabama and damaged my car. I called every repair shop on Google in the area. From the start Rob was ready and willing to help. The whole staff stayed late on a Saturday to repair my radiator, ac condenser, cooling fan. I called around 1:30 and was told to come on down and they would fix it. Rob the manager drove an hour away at 2:00pm on a Saturday just to gets parts so that I can get my repairs and be back on the road for work Monday. Car is running great and everything looks beautiful. Thanks Rob and the rest of the staff.Service: Electrical

This is the shop to go to. They repaired my daughters exhaust system, tune-up, brakes. They put a new motor in my 2006 Cadillac. He put a new motor in my 2016 Ford transit. They replaced the shocks in my 2010 Escalade as well as a number of other repairs. They do an excellent job. I took my vehicle in for a no start no power and they charged me 850.00, for 47 mins of work, no parts were purchased for my car just a flat 850.00, I ll see them in small claims cause this is highway robbery!They use to be reasonable but my last 2 visits have been over priced! Not getting away with this over charge!Service: Engine repair

$2200 for a full brake rebuild. After they had my car for well over a week, I was told that I needed to get my brakes bled by another shop when i picked it up because they weren't able to do it. I have now had my car back for just over 100 days and the brakes completely died on me again yesterday. Go literally anywhere else but here.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My experience at University Auto was great. Sam took very good care of my car. He was able to tell me what was wrong and was able to fix it right away. I also like how they make sure you are satisfied with their service before you leave. My mom has been going to them for over two years and I definitely will be a returning customer. Owner was very patient, completed task at hand and made sure my experience was 5 star when my car was in his care. However, the receptionist was very attentive, beautiful spirit and communicated excellent. The company is very well ran and overall great.

They took great care of me the Customer Service was Wonderful they was patient with my Warranty company who was a little Difficult at times, but they got my running good as New! I needed an alternator replaced and I bought my own alternator. They charged me 150.00 to put in and said they originally wanted 180.00 cause it depends on what all they had to do. It only took the mechanic less than 30 minutes to do the job. I will NEVER go back again and I DON'T RECOMMEND this shop to anyone

This place is under new management and the service is very good, all you have to do is ask for the full inspection, and you're off and rolling with Rush, the prices are responsible and the service is very good and helpful towards keeping your car on the road .

I had a leak in my brake line on my left driver side all they had to do was replace a few feet of brake line. They charged me $450... everyone I have talked to since has told me I was overcharged and the prices I have heard for the exact same job make me sick to my stomach. Price gouging for a simple job, they will never see me again.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I've been coming here for years and always was giving good service. The new receptionist is exceptionally nice and with her added to the team University Auto will always be five star in my book. I recommend all my friends and family to University Auto.

Beware of the guy at the front desk...I had my car towed in for a no start and prior to that i had a diag code scan and found out why it wouldn't start .. But Doug the guy at the front desk called me and said I needed an engine..and charged me 250.. Dollars. For an engine scope... And. 5 min later called me and said he had a guy at the shop earlier to inquire if I wanted to junk my car..... Just know what you need when you take your car there. This seem like a scam
