This was the most professional experience that I've ever had dealing with my car. They are excellent in follow up, reminders through text messages which really helped a lot. They had a wonderful wi-fi waiting area that was plush, and quite enough for me to work on my laptop (and I got a lot done). I would recommend them to anyone. Very friendly and polite. Customer service is alive, here!

United Car Company was the best mechanical experience I have ever had. They inspected my vehicle for me and the mechanic figured out the issue super quick. I was in and out within a couple hours! Thank you so much, will absolutely be back.

United Car Company is one of the best car places that I have experienced! The owner n staff treats you with great hospitality n warm friendly greetings. I recommend every woman to come here for any car job! They explain and keep you in the loop about your car care! I give this place a 5 star rating!

Absolutely horrible! The first time I come here they had a wait of 3-4 hours. Only for them to tell me I needed an oil pan and new shaft. I call back to make an appointment, but they tell me i have to go thru my warranty. I CALLED 4 different times to see when they could do the work. And each time I never received a call back. It took them 3months to call me back only for me to come in here again and wait 3 plus again for them not to do ANY work on the truck that they previously knew needed to be worked on and tell me yet again they have to call the warranty AGAIN! Waste of time. Please do not go here. Just a waste! 0

Okay let tell it how it is. I make 15 hr 40+ a week. Have two Nice Trades. Both 4 wheel drive, runs and southern vehicles "NO RUST" which all Michigan vehicles have now a days. I come in to try to move up to a nicer vehicle that is more convenient for my family. Also a payment which Id hate but hey credit could help me. I could not pull on the car lot to park and was told to park in the grass. Which I though was illegal on city property. I then come in filled out a application with west lake financial which I have dealt with before being a car sales man for 7 years. Scanned the lot only to find some dirty vehicles other that 2 clean out of 35. One Jeep Commander had black mold all through it on the carpets and seats. Also bout knocked me and my friend down trying to look at it. Looking at others thinking "hey they might got some good deals here" Due to dirty moldy cars. Maybe the price be the same. Now I know NADA PRICES and West Lake usually goes off that. But the thing is if the car sales person / finance manager says its clean and SS model the price goes up even further. When its a BASE model and dirty as the day they got it. - We eventually walked back in to be told the only option is the broke down van in the back that has been there for looks like 10 yrs. I told them both my cars are worth more than that. I wanted to be fair and take $1000 a piece for two 4 wheel drive (94 S-10 & 96 Blazer) NO RUST NO PROBLEMS. Tell me why I would trade something like that for a junk car. Which I was told they are not gonna take my trades. I then went to find the owner which seemed nice at first but explained my situation and he told me he only take trade in 06 or newer. But had a lot full of junk at the car lot #1. Which had no Value to mine. If I would of bought a car there I would bring 5 people who would of bought too. This place is unfair and has really junkie moldy cars. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !!!!! NO STARS IT SHOULD BE !!!!!

United Car Company looked at my vehicle, determined, and fixed the problem quickly. They were professional and extremely courteous. I will definitely be returning here for all my vehicles maintenance needs.

This is a great place! Their not like every other car lot they actually know about cars their not just selling them but they fix them ... They have their own mechanical place i went in very friendly enviroment ty is the one that helped me find the perfect truck really in the same day... And you know how some places tell you theyll have your car ready this day this time? and then you go up there and it isnt ready...Well they had it ready no hassle no run around! The process was quick and easy! And he made sure that the car fit me and that it was what i wanted! Ive had my car for a few days and no issues! Am i happy!? Yes very!! Dont waste your time at these other car lots that promises you a gaurantee approval then you go up there and find it isnt easy and that you just may get denied.STOP BY UNITED CAR COMPANY YOU WONT REGRET IT! THANK YOU TY!!!!!

(Alonda)Professional, kind, and knowledgeable of my vehicle. If you need to wait on your car, they have a comfortable little area with cable. And I was able to charge my phone as well lol.So if your looking for an mechanic you can STOP!!! UNITED CAR COMPANY on W. 7 Mile is the place that cares about your SAFETY.

Great place to get your car in shape they inspected my car told me what needed to be done, I made an appointment, and then boom they change my oil, my brakes and back rotors all within 1hr and 30mins in and out... I definitely recommend this place they even have cars you can actually afford...

Service is great as always never had an issue and they are very detailed and what they do I recommend it to anybody that needs any auto repair from body and Jim to a minor oil change
