If you want excellent service and time is of the essence Unique Auto Care is the answer. From the moment I telephoned and told what I needed I was told to come right on in. I was greeted by an awesome lady that made me feel very comfortable with my decision to bring in my car. It was very clean in the waiting area and I really did enjoy looking around at the art displayed on the walls. The mechanic had my car in and out purring like a kitten in no time at all. Great service, clean and an awesome staff, oh and the price was easy on my purse which was Unique!

As always something went wrong with my car but not to worry at all Gus and team At Unique Auto Care took care of the matter fast and delicately WITH great prices! GO IN TO THEM AND ASK FOR GUS! The team is amazing.

I absolutely love this place. I've been here twice and the each time I was more than satisfied. Gus told me he could fix my car with no issues and he did just tht. Great guy and love what he does. Fast service great customer service....just a great place to get your car repaired. Don't just take my word for it ....check them out!!

This place is great. They fixed my gasket gave me a complete tune up and fixed 4 valves. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff and technicians. They even found a potential problem and told me that I could hold off for a while though. How refreshing to do business with honest mechanics. They didn't try to sale services I didn't need. The wait wasn't long and they do good work. I'll be back. I really like this place. If you need car repairs this is the place to go. It's your safety your transportation and your money. Happy traveling.

I went there for a wheel alignment. I couldn't get one done until other things were fixed which was cool. My problem comes in when the mechanic told me he tighten one of the cables on the battery post. It was loose I will say that... But he never tightened anything I just put the cable back on today I left there yesterday. I'm tripping because if you lying about something so simple you can't be trusted. Other then that it was clean and welcoming.

Gus is the best!!! My car was at another shop getting work done, and they noticed my back tire had a leak but didn t have my tire in stock. So without a car, and being too stubborn to pay for an Uber, walked 30 minutes in a freaking blizzard to Unique Auto Care to buy the tire and bring it to the other shop. When Gus saw that I was going to walk it back to the other auto shop in a snowstorm, he personally drive me there with the tire to drop me off safely. And the tire was a great price! I don t know many people that would go out of their way like he did, and this establishment is managed by very kind upstanding people. Highly recommended. Thanks again, Gus, you were an angel today.

You can always trust Gus & Roz. I started taking my car there just for minor things like oil changes a few years back, but now full service on all my family vehicles. I would not recommend going here at all. I went there for a suspension inspection and a wheel alignment twice. The first time the mechanic told me all that was wrong was my car needed the alignment, which I got. After that was done he told me he couldn't completely do the alignment because I needed to replace a camber kit on my front tire. I asked the mechanic if the rear tires needed them as well and he didn't know if they did or not. "But you did the inspection right?". Of course he didn't. He just took my money and told me he did. So I left and went to Firestone for my inspection..long story shorter, they found a page worth of things from minor to major issues Unique Auto intentionally neglected to check for even though they were paid for. Worst service period. Do not go here...

I was told my car would be taken into the shop in 25 minutes, after waiting more than an hour I saw my car was still on the street. I asked for my keys so that I could leave, the receptionist left to get my keys.It took the young lady more than 10 minutes to return, I walked out to the garage and a mechanic was pulling my vehicle onto the floor, I politely wished him a good day and drove my vehicle away.In the event there is some type of problem that causes a delay greater than twice the amount of time quoted, I suggest said venue should apprise the customer of the issue and allow the customer to decide what action to take.The business should NEVER decide for the customer ok you can wait!!!

Some reckless douche bag rear-ended me in a parking lot and left a big dent in the bumper. I wanted to get an estimate on the cost of the repair before filing for an insurance claim. I found Unique Auto Body on Google and decided to stop by after work. I drove in without expecting to get any work done, as I tend to be wary of shops like this. However, the guy who looked at my car was very friendly, efficient and down to earth. He explained to me the different ways he could fix the dent and suggested trying the most straight forward method and see how it turns out. I was surprised when he said he could get it done in half an hour for $50. In the end, I only waited for 15 minutes, and the car looked great!!! This was my first time going to a repair shop, and I couldn't be happier with this experience. I am very grateful for his service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who seeks auto repair services.

This shop fix one thing then you have to come back for others repairs. The mechanic loosen or take something a part so you have to come back to have something else repair. I had a wheel hub replace with them and they tell me that I need rack and pinion replace. Nothing was wrong before I came there with my rack and pinion. Because I took it to another shop before them.

The last time I went here I was told I needed a fan for $600.00 that only ended up costing $379.00 down the street at radiator exchange. Then they tried to get me to sign up for a credit card with them so they can freely go into my bank account and take it out. Hell no. They tried to play me the lady at the front couldn't even look me in my eyes to tell me how much it was...this place used to be good . All about $$$$

This is the kind of place you're glad you found. My experience with Unique Auto Body was fantastic. My specialist s name was J.R. I was in need of a car stereo system. J.R. was patient and detailed when explaining the process and parts needed to install car stereo system. The price was reasonable. The shop finished installing the car stereo system the exact same day, as he said he would. I was amazed when I saw my new car stereo system. I drove away a very satisfied customer! Unique Auto Body deserves a 5 star review to me because of shop presentation & good customer service. I'll certainly recommend Unique Auto Body to everyone I know! #cntlivewithoutmyradio :)

My hubby adores autos that is why it really annoys him whenever one of his cars requires repair. One of the cars required fresh brake system the other day thus we brought it to Unique Auto Repair in Detroit, MI. Their service was excellent. These people are experts in brake repairs, transmissions along with other automobile maintenance you can imagine. The mechanics offered us an exceptionally great deal as well!

I went in thinking I might need winter tires since I'm from the south and am not used to driving in snow. JR took a look at my tires and my whole engine system and told me that I didn't need snow tires and that mine were in good shape. He also gave me a run-down of everything under my hood and was very helpful and knowledgeable about my car. Never once did he try to push me to get anything that I didn't needed. I ended up getting some parts that flew away from the front of my car and nothing else. But if I ever need something I'll definitely be coming back. I'm normally very wary of auto places because I've been to so many that always seem to push me into things I don't really need so I'm so glad I found a trustworthy auto shop and will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Excellent service! The employees of Unique Auto Repair in Detroit, MI take your automobile evaluation significantly, address you with respect, and tend to be simple whenever providing their own analysis of your respective automobile. You sense that you are in good hands. In case I got an auto repair shop, I'd personally love to employ them to become my mechanics.

This place isnt all that good and great as ppl make it out to be. Let me tell you why. Number 1. This shop has been understaffed and underdeveloped for a long time. It has same ppl then and it has the same people now and if you see any extra folks around their probably guys who are filling in or was called to do a favor which leads me to number 2 labor rates and quality. Their labor rate is $85 an hour (high right) with mediocre quality. If I'm listening to an album I'm listening for repeat value, in this case the comeback value isn't that good once something it's finally fixed. Number 3 License Shop Dollar Tree workers. When something is wrong with your car or truck and you take it to a shop you would hope that the mechanics can explain what went wrong, how and why, here it's half explained and sometimes half-done because of my favorite word "reasons" and would still leave you the bill for it even though the repair isnt completed plus it surfs back to the 1st point that i made. Thus leaves you to question and figure out the rest during or after repairs. Now don't get me wrong there are two guys in particular who I like and I will consider them nice people because they are and would bend backwards to help you as much as they can. But that doesn't escape the narrative that I wrote.

Went for a estimate, was told it was my lifters and not my pulley making noise like I thought, the noise was coming from my engines lifters because I had no oil,a simple oil check from them would have solved the problem, altho they lifted the car and took apart the pulley, meanwhile I could have blew my engine cause no one checked my oil levels
