Used to be a good shop but now these guys have no idea what they re doing..cracked my exhaust on the lift and when I went back to see where my oil leak was coming from they said it was my oil pan gasket and they were unable to do it. These 2 brothers kept our cars alive for over 14 years. We consider them our family and although we have moved to California we will forever be greatful to them. They serve the community with their hearts with love like family. Every time I would go to them for my Corolla and my husband his Grand Prix Freddie and Sal ALWAYS took care of us!! On May 5,2023 I take my vehicle to this place to get full brake replacement , full rotor replacement wheel bearing and tire rod. I provided them with my own parts and accepted the the price of $450 for labor. My car was done within a hour. I picked my vehicle up the next day and it was fine. I requested my old parts like I always do and a receipt of what they did to my car never received neither. Brakes started back making the grinding /rubbing noise as I stop and screeching noise. I call as I drive back up to this shop. Sal inform me because I got parts from Holbrook something about they parts being cheap they will do the Same for thing. But I can allow them to get the parts from autozone but I will be charged for parts and labor again. I m not a mechanic so to entrust into a shop that certified and have license to perform work on customers cars after they performs an estimate is sad and pathetic. Do not trust these crooks they will scam you out of parts and your money I ve should ve know when they requested money instead of credit card payments.Service: Auto brake replacement

Fred and Sal A1 as far as quality of work, but prices beyond overcharging. Recommend getting a 2nd opinion on their estimates when need of repairs. But definitely do good work.

I had a horrible experience I went for a starter with in a week the starter had to be replaced not to mention the 3 alternator belts they had to replace claiming I needed it so bad but each time within days it fell apart not to mention they said my belts weren t getting tension so I also had to replace the tension belt I have had to have my car towed 6 times in a matter of 2 and a half weeks and I have paid for 2 rentals and missed work due to their negelance when I called to tell Freddie one of the owners the 3rd belt broke off he told me he would replace it if I bought it I refused I took it to another shop only to find out he was doing the repairs wrong and now I have to come out of more money I advise any and everyone to be very careful when going there I am working on taking them to court . Praying this doesn t happen to anyone else!!! Beware!!! Please!!

Showed up today to look at an 06 trail blazer listed with no problems. I had called and asked sal to send me more pictures bc I live an hour away and he refused. I also asked if he had looked at all of the front end stuff that commonly goes bad to which he angrily replied " I'm a mechanic, yes I looked at everything". So when I get there it has 4 different lights on in the dash and the 4 low didn't work, I asked him about one of the lights he said no codes showed up but when we talked about it again a few minutes later he said it was a speed sensor in the front right tire. The lobby reaked of cigarette smoke and was very dirty/ trashy. Will never go here again.

Great people I just lost my husband 3 weeks ago and my van started making a funny noise then my battery light came on..I panicked then I remembered we had used this shop once before turns out my alternator was going bad and was not charging my battery and eventually my car would have either cut off on me or not started the guys were great and made me feel comfortable ...please give them a try next time your car needs work
