Twins is the best!!!!! Mike was so lovely helping me and my mother he was patient and had a good sense of humor. The process was easy smoove and quick and the dealership is really nice smelt good and everyone was welcoming

The experience at Twins Auto was awesome. They work with you and the prices was very affordable. You should check them out. You will be leaving in a nice reliable car. I just got a 2019 Kia for a real nice price.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Everything was straight-forward and to the point. Daniel really took care of me. I did have to make a couple trips back to correct some errors in the paperwork, but I was not upset. Mistakes happen and I know it wasn't on purpose. Thanks Daniel and the Twins!

This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had a car dealership. My experience with the sales person was TERRIBLE he was rude short tempered and wouldn t listen to me.I understood at this time the repair shop is under construction but it took them 2 weeks and a few days to repair this vehicle, totally unacceptable. For my inconvenience there was no compensation the things they did where the thing that should be done to a vehicle that is being sold. Car wash oil change detailing and then did a poor job on those things.When a vehicle is purchased the expectation is to drive it the day you buy it, this was not the experience it took weeks before possession of the vehicle was taken. The vehicle was purchased Mid January didn t get it back until February 8th. There was no type of compensation beside I m sorry there s nothing we can do just wait and it will be taken care of. As the dealership that sold this vehicle be prepared to offer your customers real help not just half understanding and apologies. I am very dissatisfied not disappointed because I heard and read bad things about this dealership.

I will continue to buy my vehicles here! The environment is great, smiles as soon as you walk through the doors. Very helpful salesman, honest prices, no long waiting. From the buying process to driving home, a breeze. Feeling grateful you had a chance when you ve been turned down at other places or mislead. Twins auto treats you truly like family. They make sure you re comfortable and confident you have exactly what you need and can afford. I bought a Pacifica from here 5 years ago, good experience then. Good experience trading it back to them, and into a basically brand new explorer. Very very satisfied and I will continue to recommend anyone who needs a car to Twins auto sales. Thankyou so very much for making our day.
