I ve went here a couple times with previous cars and didn t have a issue with a regular oil change. I went and got a oil change about 2 months ago on my new car. Paid almost $70 for synthetic oil change on a car that s just 2 years old. As u can see my next oil change is due around December or 58,000 miles. As of now my mileage is only about 47,000. My oil light should not be on. Not to mention the oil was low when I checked it. No way I should have to add oil already. Never going here again!

My first time there, I had a oil change and radiation flush, the 2 gentleman there was very pleasant. They was walking me through to what they was doing..... ( I will visit again )

Cool guys here recharged my ac. It blew ice cold for 2 days but leaked out because my car is a pos. I ll be back though if I need a oil change or something.

I have been patronizing this business for over eight years since I lived in the state of Michigan. I ve only had positive experiences with three separate cars the customer service skills and product knowledge are amazing. Not your normal oil change place they re more like a family taking care of you. I recommend recommend anyone who wants excellent car care to come to this establishment if you want excellent service and awesome customer care. This place is a joke. I went today and I needed to change the oil of my car, off course I saw the 16.98 announcement that they have. trying to go in this guy closed a spot with no reason and he didn t even say a word, 3 minutes after he opened it again and let me In, then I said that I was coming for oil change just right after I said that he charged me $37, I asked that what about the announcement outside about the 16.98 and he started to walk away and say take care . this guy didn t even give service or a explanation of why he was charging more. i was almost 5:30pm and it was august 18 time and date were normal. didnt find any reason why tried to charged me more.

I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. I had just purchased a vehicle from the dealership and noticed it said 8% oil was in car. So I immediately stopped at this place and paid for an oil change. After picking up my license plate a few days later, my salesman noticed I paid for an oil change and stated his mechanic forgot to reset my dash info and I was scammed out of an oil change!! I am currently disputing my bank transaction and if they continue to lie, I will see them in court! DONT TRUST THEM UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR SURE WHAT YOU NEED. I WILL GET MY $64 BACK!!Service: Oil change

Be careful here!!! They told my husband his oil filter housing was leaking, there is no such part. His truck had been running funny but getting regular oil changes here. He decided to bring his own oil and filter and have them put it in. The employee got upset and yelled that he did his job. My husband paid, left and will never be back.

I paid 85 dollars altogether in my old oil change now I m coming here because it s a lot cheaper I m paying only 60$ for dexos oil prices are way cheaper here period.

This place is very unprofessional. When my son communicated to them about something they did wrong, they were very unruly and and when told we would report negatively, the employee started cussing at my son and yelling. Do not support this type of behavior.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced whoever opened the store on July 16, 2021 has a terrible personality and should not be working with the public..he was rude and disrespectful..would not recommend this place to my worst enemy..wish i could give this place no stars
