I went to this shop and got the two doors on the driver side replaced and fixed, and also got the broker fixed on my chrysler 300, they did a fantastic job and im 100% happy with the results!

I had my tire damaged while driving on Telegraph and I had to pull over. I noticed The Collision Shop from where I had parked and walked there. While they didn t focus on repairing tires, they were able to help with getting my spare on so that I can get to where I need to go. Really appreciate the help.

This guy in there, I think his name is Mike is a real character. I went in there a couple years ago and he was explaining to me how he owned a couple shops collision shops on telegraph etc! Very arrogant person!! So I never got the job done! So fast forward to a few days ago I told myself let me go in his shop and talk to him about my car I was in a accident in to see if they pay deductibles, so I walk in there he on the phone just talking about nothing, money ain t a problem etc etc! So he talking on the phone for like 4,5 minutes about literally nothing! So I get up to leave then he say may I help you?? Lol he s a real who cares what you got just do the dam job or take yo azz home and let somebody else run it! Very arrogant person, just get out the way if you supposedly own businesses!!!!

He had my car for almost two weeks and never started on the job. I gave him a $2500 deposit and was renting a car and explained i needed it fixed soon as possible. He lied over the phone and said my body work was done to keep me from taking my business somewhere else. Then he wrote me a bad check to give me my money back. LITERALLY THE WORSE CAR SHOP! Mike is a scammer! I dnt even write reviews but I had to! They pay for a portion of your deductible so when they mess your car up you can t fight it. Loopholes I later found out. Got my car back 5 months after he said and my car wasn t even completed! 10k for a half job. Toyco auto body does not have an auto-body repair license with the state of Michigan as required by law. The owner Alex Johnson has an extensive criminal record for theft by conversion and taking funds under false pretenses. He does not even have a Michigan state drivers license. The companies agent is his wife Chelsea. Just look him up in the Fox 2 news Detroit's Hall of Shame. Consumer beware.Service: Body & Trim

Mike the owner and his son Alex are the best and live by their work. I had my daughter take her car here for repairs and they did a beautiful job. Alex is the best knows how to talk to people and provide a wonderful service. Mike please be as proud of your son as I am

The front end work they did on my car is incomplete. They put back on a broken part and im missing the cap on the bumper. I ve been trying to get them to fix my a/c hose for 3 days now.

Work was done poorly, paint is beading, they overcharge for loaners though they advertise that they are free, and the loaners they give to customers are extremely poor on gas and are filled with Bondo which gives off red flags.

I Explained To the technician what was wrong with my car. He said he understood and charged me 150$. Then return my car with the same problem but put a Band-Aid over it. He just popped my dent out never fixing my front Fender. A bunch of SCAMMERS in that place!!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took my car in on Monday had it back on Thursday. They did a beautiful job and the owner was very polite and nice to me. My husband and I are seniors and the owner was very helpful. They even provided us with a loaner while are car was being fixed.

Took my car in on the 17th it is now the 28th and I still haven t received a price on the repair nor a call, I ve had to call them and I keep getting the same run around for a minor repair. I had an accident in 2018 where my entire front end was smashed. They took care of my vehicle and it looked brand new when they were done. BEWARE!!!This shop will try to scam you. Made an agreement with Mike to make payments on the $540 in storage fees that my insurance carrier wouldnt cover because this wasnt one of their preferred vendors to release my car...When i arrived at the shop I was told by Lisa that all I had to pay was the $500 deductible and she would wave the storage fees and she would deal with Mike if he got upset about it...Reality was that I didnt even owe them the deductible because They DID NOT REPAIR THE CAR AND MY INSURANCE CARRIER TOTALED MY CAR OUT!! When i made it known to them that I was aware that they scammed me out of $500, Mike stated he would only refund half...They new up front my situation and they pretended to care and wanted to help make this process easy and stress free...I an filing a complaint with the state licensing board and the BBB.. You cant expect good things to happen to you when you willingly choose to kick people when they are already down....

I've taking my f150 truck was hit in the rear . They repaired my truck in a manly matter and look even better than what it looked before . They are very professional with very friendly service I highly recommend this shop.

Thought I had lost my vehicle in total wreck until a friend of mine recommended the collision shop, after they completed my 2014 Camry it came out looking brand new as if it were never ina accident great work honest staff Steve is the man I appreciate you

Worst experience EVER!!!! If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional and dishonest. They overcharged me for crap work and never finished the job. If the manager Sam wasn't so busy hitting on me maybe he could've have got his job done. There were other customers in the shop complaining of work never being finished as well. All in all this is the worst decision I ever made DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU

TERRIBLE, RUDE AND NOT UPFRONT. The prices are terrible and they are always trying to con you into spending more money than you need. When I tried to talk through it with them.. MIKE was terrible and threatening.

Took my car there for Collision what a nightmare was cursed out by the white guy that looks like he's on drug Insurance paid them off my car paint job started to fade after three months take your car somewhere else pleasedo not take your car there please
