Best place in Michigan for turbos, injection pumps, fan clutchs, particulate filters and cleaning and service for anything diesel! 5 stars! They also have locations in Blissfield, Grand Rapids and Edwardsburg Mi.

JBJ Trucking llc had a great experience with Superior! Scott Lawrence actually had to build my discontinued part and got it delivered to me prior to my promised delivered date. I appreciate the commitment to help me get back on the road as soon as possible. I d definitely use superior and work with Scott again if need be.Walter

I needed a fan clutch for a Monaco Diplomat Motorhome. My mechanic was unable to get one. One call to Scott and we had an order placed for a new Horton fan clutch, same day. It arrived before the date that it was supposed to be finished at the manufacturer. Scott followed up twice, and once after we had received the part. I highly recommend Scott and this organization!

Turbo went bad called superior turbo Talked a gentleman named Scott on the phone from the turbo dept. helped me tremendously getting me back up on the road answered all my questions and some. Great team over at superior turbo. Highly recommend great customer service and no beating around the bush.

Had a series 60 head dropped off almost 2 weeks ago by my mechanic told me the head was on the bench to be looked at on the 28th found out Cummins dropped off about 19 heads my head got set aside. Come to find out my head was still sitting on the pallet where it was dropped off and had never been moved. At least you should have told my mechanic so that I could have made other arrangements. Went here because you are local unfortunately you put a large company in front of a little company to which I understand to some extent, I am not a multi million dollar company all I am saying is this could have been handled much better.

My trucks turbo went bad, I called Superior and talked to Scott. Really appreciated his easy explanation, as a woman I find it hard to speak to some guys in the trucking industry, however, Scott was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. 100% recommend

Tim is the man. The staff there are awesome as well. Really didn't have a room to see me. But being from Kentucky and had to get home. He fit me in the shop some how. Great shop!! Very helpfull and reasonable. Thanks again!! If I need them again will definitely come back.

Superior has been extremely dependable, understanding and thorough on estimated completion times for things we have sent in. the entire crew there has always gone above and beyond. If you are a diesel shop or a diesel truck driver and are looking to get injectors tested/or replaced or are wanting to get a new turbo/ or reman, these guys are the one!

Repairs not 100% allegedly. Take your truck in again and again and again to fix one initial repair..allegedly. Poor communication on repair times and longer than you planned allegedly. Maybe they don t understand the thousands in income drivers lose when the trucks go in again and again to fix the same thing? Allegedly

Brought my turbo in to superior and told them I needed a rebuild kit, they told me they had one for me and even though the kit said it was for an HX40 when my turbo was clearly a WH1C they assured me the internals were the same, okay cool I thought. Get home to rebuild and quickly realize that only about two components in the entire kit appeared to be the same. Superior would not return the incorrect turbo kit that they sold me for triple what it was even worth to begin with. So at the end of the day they wasted my time and money and I should have listened to everyone in the diesel community about these guys out to screw people.

This is the 1st parts supplier I call when I need quality name brand parts to repair and maintain the various makes/models of semi-trucks owned by the company I work at. The fleet is powered by Caterpillar C-15, C-15 Accert Diesel Engines along with several Cummins ISX and N-14 Diesel Engines. Superior is a fantastic source for turbo chargers, fan clutch s, charge air cooler tubes, boots, clamps, heater hose, etc.. They can perform cylinder head testing/repairs, and have a large machine shop. Superior has some very knowledge employees that can help you decide on which version or style of a part suites your needs and budget. They have a Clean Room to stop dirt and debris from contaminating the fuel injector testing, repair/rebuild department. I have always received great service and they sell quality name brand parts at an excellent price. There is a truck repair shop too, but since we do all of our own repairs, I do not have any experience with their garage, so I can only comment on their parts and rebuild department. I recommend this parts supplier to everyone I meet who needs replacement parts for a Diesel engine!

READ THIS before you decide to lose your money here!In december 2018 I decided to rebuilt a DD15 cylinder head because it was on back order. Paid 2200$ for the rebuilt. My mechanic installed the head and after 5k miles the head went bad again. My mechanic took the head down again to take it back to Superior because it was under warranty. They didn t want to cover the warranty because they told me that the mechanic was to blame. I paid again for another rebuilt. Went back to my mechanic. He brought out a engineer from detroit diesel factory to inspect and install the new head from Superior. After inspecting the new head he refused to install it because superior destroyed the head from the first rebuilt. Went back to Superior spoke with the manager and owner and they agreed to refund only the money paid for the rebuilt. Not including 5 months of time lost, labor cost etc. The mechanic was paid twice for labor and now I ll to pay over 5500$ for a new head. I ll have to take them to court to recuperate the money for the new head and 3k for second time installation. Be smart, AVOID SUPERIOR and Buy new parts!UPDATE 2/4/2020LIARS! LIARS! LIARS!Why would you give me my money back if you were right!? Why!? All the valves were bent because your smart employees cut it too much!!! All the time my mechanic stating that he did the job perfect that s why second time I had to pay a detroit diesel engineer to come and install it. It took him no time to realize that the job was done by ROOKIES! I can give you right now at least 5 different people who rebuilt their cylinder heads at Superior diesel and it didn t last more then 30k miles! STOP WAISTING YOUR MONEY HERE!

Good for parts but not for testing equipment. Took injectors here for spray test because I had one faulty injector and wanted to check the rest for efficiency. All tested at 100% functionality, even the the faulty injector. I will not have any equipment tested here again.

I took our 6.0 Ford Powerstroke here for some repairs, and will continue to do so. We pull a 12'000 5th wheel with it. The problems were accurately diagnosed and quickly repaired. They do know they're way around a diesel truck, and fortunately for us are very well versed with the 6.0 Powerstroke. The staff was very polite, responsive and efficient, they put up with my constant questions and checking. They also drive diesels themselves. The facilities are not in the best neighborhood, don't let that worry you, and it has the hum of constant activity. I'm not saying my repair was cheap; a good mech never is; but it was professionally well done. I feel we got an excellent value and peace of mind.

Had injection pump rebuilt off my 1993 Dodge. Had so problems in the beginning but James made it right. Great customer service and my truck runs fantastic!

Called and made sure they had a rebuild kit for my turbo before I drove 1.5 hrs there with the turbo in hand. I drive there they sold me the wrong kit, told me it would work, so I get home.. everything is different and they will not return it. Very poor service with pricing through the roof.

Don not wast you money herebrought my fathers 06 f350 in for a egr cooler replacement they said he also needed a few injectors and glow plugs, so we told them to get them done too, when it was time to pick it up the truck had electrical issues that were never there when we dropped it off we took it back but they said that problem was already there the guy kept making excuses after excuses that it wasn't their fault so now were are stuck with the problem the cluster lights wont turn off even if you take off the key , i would never bring anything here to get fixed
