I came to superior mufflers and had the best customer service experience ever with a young lady by the name of SarahShe was amazing very helpful and just a joy to be around...so if you're having car troubles and it's gone take awhile SUPERIOR MUFFLERS is the best place to come hangout while getting your car fixed.Good people Good service Good business.

This is hands down one of the best shops I've been to. Consistent pricing - the price I paid was the price they quoted me. Honest mechanics - they were very responsible with how long they thought the process could take. I was never promised that it would be ready at a certain time only for it to turn out that it wasn't ready.Barring user error and your own bad attitudes you should have a great experience working with the mechanics at this location.

I needed my muffler fixed among other things the staff was very helpful and welcoming. They are very professional and knowledgeable! Im definitely returning for any other repairs needed in the future.

I can't thank this shop enough. I brought in my weird lowered Subaru, and they had no problems working on it. I had taken it to two other shops the same morning who just turned me away, but Superior Muffler not only helped me out, they got me out the door with cash still in my pocket. I'll definitely be back and absolutely recommending this place to everyone I meet. Thank you.

I had such a great experience at Superior Muffler! It was so great that I had to share. They really made me feel comfortable and like family. I felt as those they were very honest with me about what was needed and my options. By far, the best customer service that I have ever experienced!! Excellent estimates.Honest AWESOME mechanic!Tune up on 2002 Dodge Dakota.Mechanic noticed the brake hose had rotted.He also changed the tail light bulbs. Now my grandson can get to work safely. We will be returning

My elderly parents went here, and they took them right in even though they were super busy. My mom was worried about having her car for her doctors' appointments. They understood her concerns and helped them right away. The technician even found money my Dad dropped in the car and returned it to him. This is an awesome place! Not many businesses are nice anymore. Thanks, Superior Muffler, for treating my parents so wonderfully.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, the employees and the way they took care of me and my car needs. They were able to give me a quote over the phone and get me in and out the same day within a couple of hours. They are honest, hard working and very accommodating! My vehicle's exhaust was growing louder and louder every day. I tried to fix it myself and I made the situation even worse. I took it to Superior Muffler and within a couple hours they replaced the parts and my car's exhaust was quieter than ever. Very professional and very reasonable price too. If anyone is looking for a great auto shop with great prices i highly advise you to go to Superior Mufflet shop, not only do they do great work on exhaust system but they are also a great affordable auto repair shop. Again I higly recommend Superior Muffler Auto shop for all your car or truck needs.

Absolute worst service I ve ever felt with in my life they communication skills are nonexistent and they re extremely unprofessional the mechanic that was working on my car would not speak to me he relaid all messages to a brand new receptionist that really didn t know much about the business and they hung up in my face and told me to come get my car after having it and doing nothing to it for a week I give them a F for there service all around

I m here now it s madnessTheseGuys are all liars they fix things that you didn t ask for charge prices that you didn t agree to and expect you to pay when you can pay i am still sitting out here hour or 45 minutes trying to get my our car this is actually crazy wow what a waste of time
