This place is just amazing. Let me first say Angelo and Ty were awesome. I might have gotten on Angelo's nerves I call so much, but he never showed any type of disrespect or negative negativity. Nothing in that order when I say I thought what was so good was going to turn so bad and in the end it turned out phenomenal. I got my brand-new 2021 truck from them. I had an issue I contacted them when I say they gave me nothing but the utmost respect and love. My issue was resolved and fixed before I could even blink an eye. Not only did they go beyond and above they also made sure I was comfortable. They made sure they stayed in contact with me. They do not play any games I m telling you you re good. if you re positive if you are honest, these are the people to deal with because they have your back Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart One last thing, Angelo was phenomenal. Ty was phenomenal them two hands together their unbreakable.

Yeah so I would avoid this place if at all possible. They literally bump their prices up when filling out and submitting the paperwork to the lender to give themselves a bigger kickback on the vehicles they sell. Very shady car lot.

Saw the ad on Craigslist. Went to the site and applied to finance a loan. They told me i needed 4 grand down. Ad on Craigslist clearly says, "0 down for everyone." Somebody is lying

First off Nino and Tiger were so cool and made me feel very comfortable bought a challenger and fell inlove! Had a minor issue that they fixed same day haven t had any other problems no lights on and I m getting compliments on the the car daily!!! My dude is now ready to get a car from them thanks again guys ..Lisa

I bought a car from them June 15th. From day one it s been giving me issues and they haven t been helpful at all. Fast forward to 3 months later and I m being told my car has trans issues, electrical issues and a/c issues and they still have done nothing to help me ! On top of that the car had no oil in it when I got it, it needed all kinds of fluids in the car ! I keep getting the run around about everything !! I m completely annoyed with this car and the service they give. I do not recommend getting a car from them at ALL !!!!!!!!!!

Best business hands down. I found the company scrolling Facebook and my husband made the call. I was sent a link to do application with bank and was approved. It was simple fast and also Nino was kind and very family oriented. He did not lie to me just to receive a quick sale. I advise if you re looking please come and find out for yourself!

Advertises their cars as having clean titles but they're rebuiltSo they responded to my review with a straight up lie. They have 2 Cadillac XT5s on craigslist, both say clean title but once you get there they both are rebuilt. Which isn't mentioned until after they have run your credit.

We bought a car here in July, and the starter isn t working already. We had a great rapport with the sales people at first, but since then we found out they messed up all our paperwork (gave the insurance company their email and phone number as OUR contact info, causing us to miss messages from the insurance company which caused our premium to increase). I scheduled a time for them to look at some issues with the car, and when I arrived they told me they have no room for it and asked me to come back another day. They ve had my plate for two weeks and did not notify me until two days ago, and now my starter has completely gone out (a problem they ve been aware of and promised to fix) and they will not return my calls. Sincerely, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible place..... warning do not spend your money with these people they are unprofessional and the cars are not worth the price....they sold me a car with a leaking windshield and check engine light and promised to fix it immediately....they sent me to the repair shop and the repair shop gave me the run around and never fixed the problem I explained what happened to the auto sales persons and was gave more promises and was gave a nasty attitude as if Im not spending thousands of dollars.....I want this company out of the neighborhood

SCAMMERS! I ordered a part and I never received it. After ample time of waiting for it to arrive, I called Special Way Auto to cancel the order because it never came and they were extremely rude over the phone. Frustrated and getting no where I decided to end the conversation and let it go a few days and have my secretary call back on the status of my refund (again to a part my shop never received).My secretary called and he was extremely rude to her. Absolutely unwarranted and unnecessary! He wanted to discuss my conversation with her (to which she was not interested in) and she was calling on the refund only.The man would not give his name. He would not allow my secretary to speak to his boss. He would not service us and specifically told my secretary that he will not issue ANY refund unless I call and apologize to him. Never in all the years of business have I ever heard of such poor customer service and ignorance. Taking my money, not sending my order and refusing to issue a refund is STEALING. Needless to say, I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. These people need to learn out to deal with the public and how to deal with problems that occur in business. Trashy business all together (said by my secretary).

If your looking for reliable transportation for a reasonable price this place has a lot of low mileage vehicles with fair prices and you can cash out or finance and drive off the lot with plates and insurance!!!

This is my second review I don't know what happened to the first but DON'T BUY HERE, they are not good people they sell bad cars and they know it. They sell you an expensive warranty that you can't use until 3 months after you get your car. I've had to replace the engine, transmission, rack&pinion, all four of the engine/ trans mounts, power steering pump, fuel pump, starter, and more before having the car a year. They lied and said they replaced the transmission and they didn't. And that was in the first 30 days of buying it. I didn't know about the lemon law but it protects you against people like these that target people who are in need. Please don't let them continue to take advantage of people in the community. They do not care and if you think you got a lemon contact the financing company immediately and let them know that with a list of the repairs. Let's not keep paying shady companies to take advantage of us.

I think the salesman George was very accommodating. I experienced some minor issues when I first purchased the car. I took the car to the shop that was recommended and the staff there was so helpful! I love my car, although I do have to have some minor repairs it s kinda expected when I have a used car.

I went to many dealerships before coming to special way. Karla was extremely helpful and kind. She put me in a vehicle that I had my heart set on. Absolutely good and honest people here.
