Returning customer from earlier in the week. Fixed my original tire on Tuesday. Came back Saturday because it was still leaking. I just requested a new tire at this point. But they didn t consider the new tire with a discount because the original fix didn t work. Not satisfied with that business decision.

Went to get 2 back tires from this place got now my car won t go over 30 then my traction control light start flashing and the car goes into safe mode smh But everything was fine wit my car b4 I went there, I guess u do have to be a rocket scientist to change a tire lol .. and this ain t no fake review!Service: TiresService: Tires

Needed to get an emergency tire replacement because mine was bald and on the wires. I usually go to Detroit tire but they were closed so I came here. Got a used tire on for a reasonable price and it doesn t even look used it looks brand new. Also The young man who changed the tire did it very quickly and he was very friendly. I will be back if I need another tireService: Tires

These guys took care of a tire issue I had within a 15-minute time frame late on a Sunday afternoon. Great service that got me out of a jam.

I took my car there to get my gasline replace an when i got it back my brake light was on. I also looked at the repair an they zip tie my gasline. very unethical. The zip tie will break easy from the cold. very unprofessional. You suppose to use a metal clip no zip tie. They break easy

I was about a mile away from this place and caught a flat tire! I knew they were up the street, and I've seen many cars go in, so I thought I'd try to get my flat fixed. I was in there maybe 15 minutes and left with a brand new tire at a good price!

Very reasonable prices for used and new tires. I've been coming and sharing their consistent service to everyone I know for 7 years. I don't have pictures because I was sharing information this time. Keep up the good work!

They were very nasty not professional. Did not have tires in stock. I asked if I could get a plug I was told it would be a 10.00 charge just to check. I was trying my best to keep the business in the city. I had to go to Nick's tires in Redford they were nice respectable cheap priced tires.

Quick, fast serviceDown to the business. No customer room service. They do their job and get you on your way as quickly as possible. Very proficient in changing your flat tire.

They were open on Sunday. I need a tire plugged and they got it done for me. It took them no time. Polite and quick. People were coming and going because these guys were on their job.

I get there sat in the car for a few minutes I go in to let them know I needed a tire dude already had an attitude I seen you, you just pulled up okay cool no pressure then I wait over 20 minutes even went to the gas station I come back sit for another 10 minutes for them to tell me oh we don t have your tire if you seen me pull up why not let me know upfront you didn t have my tire it s mid day you know what you have an don t have in stock then I say well I have a donut under my car oh we don t drop tires okay I ll drop it Then he preceded to tell me he s not putting on my tire go elsewhere I went to DETROIT TIRE & WHEEL ON GRANDRIVER THEY HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS VERY NICE ALL I NEEDED WAS A PATCH AND EVEN TOLD ME AS LONG AS I HAD THE TOOLS THEY'D DROP MY DONUT IF NEED BE !!

This tire shall always have the tires you need however the customer service and wait time is unbelievable I'll pay you for my tire and then went to go work on somebody else Tire which was understandable but the other person had just pulled up behind me I waited 45 minutes how to get tire change

The manager is Buda and the owner is Jonny. Thoses are the best people to deal with over all. The owner is a very nice guy. He does his best to help out tge customer. I use to go somewhere else but i think i will just stay with him from now on to service my tires. Best place on Detroit's Westside.

They are more expensive than similar used tire shops in the area but if you're in a bind they'll do. The staff are pretty quick and have you in and out.

Best place to go get your tires and get air in your tire,they put the air in for you and you don't have to get out of your car. I highly recommended this place.

Horrible experience. This inconsiderate, Money hungry, shop either stripped my moms Lug nuts or didn't put them on tight enough. They put a tire on my mom's truck and when she got on the freeway the whole tire rolled off. That terrifying incident could've cost her, her life. The young black guy that works here made a decision that he wasn't authorized to do.!!! Bottom line they are careless and they only care about money it's evident , The shop need to hire a professional license mechanics to do their repairs. Their carelessness cost us time and money. 0 stars STAYYYYYY AWAY!!!

They do not seem to have a Mechanic. I called multiple times, but they keep saying the mechanic is not in. I can not say if this a fair review because I have not been able to ever use their service.

DON'T GO DON'T GO COULDN'T FIX A SIMPLE PLUG FOR A TIRE. PUT PLUG IN THE TIRE ACTED AS IF THE HOLE IN THE TIRE WAS TO BIG TO PLUG WELL THEN PATCH THE TIRE FROM THE INSIDE SIMPLE AS THAT WANTED TO SELL ME A NEW TIRE WHICH I DIDN'T BUY AND THEN WOULD HAVE PATCHED MY TIRE AND PUT IT UP FOR RESALE AT HIS TIRE STORE FOR RESALE FOR 45.00 shiesty ARABS WITH US DOING THE DIRTY WORK. AND PLUS HE WANTED 20.00 TO PLUG A TIRE EVERY ONE IN DETROIT CHARGES 10.00
