They didn't have my part in stock so they gave me a list of shops in the local area that did have it listed in their inventory. I'm thankful for that extra effort in trying to save me time.

The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely helpful and polite! Although they didn t have my part he searched for me who does have it and found it for me instantly and then gave me the website to find it on! Waited patiently on the phone for me to jot down everything. I saved their number for the future. Two thumbs up

I bought for him both side fog lights for a Buick Enclave and paid a very expensive price. But it turns out he gave both of them as right side and when I went back to him, he was going to give me a fog light for a different car. But he won t give me a refund or even store credit although it was his fault. Terrible service I recommend you never go there, the guy is a complete ripoff and very bad at business. He doesn t even deserve one star. Very disappointed.

They sell body parts thats not reperable, and they don't give full refund, thats stealing money from people, yell should be honest with people

They sell something else cause clearly they don't sell parts, and this is really sad because of lot of parts that I buy and need they have but I guess they don't care about the business I'm a business owner myself and I thrive to make sure my customers are happy and do everything I can to be professional ..I have called at least 10 times to purchase parts and to date 6.21.2021 i have yet to get a part not once..never answer phone , wen they do answer they say they are going to check 4 t he part and call back, I never get a call back most unprofessional place ever..will not call bak

Bad service..... had us drive all the way there after telln us it was a good part come to find out if was damaged. With business of my own to run plus deadlines to get my customer's car to them in time this is unprofessional.
