Good place to get your alignment and balance for your car but you got to be there super early if you want to get out within an hour

Do not go here for an alignment!I dropped my car off at 3pm and was told it would be done by 6pm and they would call me. They must have forgot about my car because I received no call and showed up around 6:30pm to ask about my car and it was sitting in the same place when I left it. All of a sudden the shop claimed they were no longer busy and would work on my car right away. Another hour later it was done and they charged me $100 although I was originally told $80. I also did not receive a receipt or paperwork showing the before and after specs of the alignment. I got my car back and it was worse than when I left it with them. In order to track straight I had to hold my steering wheel to the left. The shop was already closed by the time I test drove my car so I went back the next day to have them look at it. They told me "it wasn't that bad" and I needed to drive the car for two weeks in order for things to straighten out. I said no I shouldn't have to hold my steering wheel to the left in order to go straight down the road and they told me "You obviously don't know anything about alignments". I kept demanding that I get my money back and they told me, "take your car somewhere else and if they can do a better job than me I'll give your money back". So I did just that. Took it to Los Altos and explained what happened. They laughed after hearing the bit about having to drive the car a couple of weeks in order for things to track straight. In the end Los Altos did the job for only $65 and they found the toe was completely off. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Los Altos does a much better job in a timely manner and guess what? They also give you a receipt and paperwork showing what they did!

Tony was referred to me by my guys at JRL springwell/Pershing,,first time at this place ,,so big inside n very clean that place is ,,runs a honest business,,had a axle issue and instead of him taking my money for a alignment n my axles breaking ,,they were wasted btw,,,he saved me so much trouble in the long run,,thanks for that ,,did my alignment the next day after the axles were replaced in 35 minutes,,fast but accurate work ,,no more to the left when u let go of the wheel !!! 2200 waterman is the place

Very busy and crowded. Must be a good place but I wasn't able to get my car serviced. He was so busy he did not know when he could get to my vehicle. He needs good help.

This place is very slow but cheap prices and you got to make sure you keep an eye on your vehicle when they working on it as you should in any place ask questions and lots of them.

Because you should recommend a person or a business as soon as they abuse people because it is not possible for them to charge you just for lifting a truck and they say that they already did it to them as soon as they don't even touch it.Porque se debe recomendar a una persona o un negocio en cuanto abusan de la gente por que no es posible que te cobren tan solo por levantarte una troca y ali�amientos dicen que ya se lo hicieron en cuanto ni siquiera lo tocan.
