The service was great, I did not have a super long wait even though the parts I brought from auto zone were the incorrect size. The guys at Redford Auto got me the parts I needed and the service done in a timely matter at a good cost.

Nick is great. He works with us and he is fair. He s about his business. They make sure they quote you a fair price before doing any work. Good location on 8 Mile Rd.. I have no complaints.

This place is very professional and very detailed. They let me know exactly what was going on with my car and fixed everything that needed to be fixed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that s in need of car repairs. Don t worry about having Matilda daddy here. Lol!

This is the best mechanic I have ever been to! They came and towed my vehicle in a timely manner and explained all the work they did to my vehicle in detail and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Redford Auto!

I love Redford autoFrom the staff to the services they offerThey have a finance option that save me in the midst of bills and getting my car fixed. I will continue to go to them. No problem too big, no problem too smallThey also have several locationsThe owner is most definitely a family manHe makes sure you feel welcomed, heard, most of all he is honest, and his staff falls in line with how he carry himself and his businessDid I mention I love it up thereThe follow up call to see if everything is okay melted my heart. Not too many shops do any of this.

The boss Ali is an honest and fair businessman. The staff there shows everyone much love, and respect at all times. Their work is very thorough. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs a repair done on their vehicle.

My Cadillac truck was towed to Redford Auto. It wouldn't start. The fog light and signal light would not go off which kept draining my battery. I got to their shop to talk to the man in charge. He was very busy with other customers but he took the time to explain to me that once he find out what's going on with my car, he would call me. I was skeptical about leaving my Cadillac Escalade. He had it towed to one of their other shops so that they could figure out what the problem was. A couple days later he calls me and said the remotes needed to be program and that my car was ready for pick up. I haven't had any problems with it since. He was very professional. They took good care of me. I would recommended Redford Auto . They are great!!

Called about my 96 saturn and first thing they said no we can't fix it it's probably rusted underneath. My car is very clean but instead throwing insults should kf said you simply can't fix older model vehicles. Needless to say my control arms are fixed and I'm on the road in my 80k Mile nothing rusted clean quiet saturn sl1 which by the way dum dums can be sold for at least 8k blue book value. Thank u glad God made you speak honestly now I'm blessed with a better auto shop

These guys are great! They are very knowledgeable, quick and affordable. They that brake booster replacement is 300$, but when I brought my care they are asking 600$. They are just greedy and want more money from you. So unprofessional

They got my van in and out. I needed a new transmission and they took care of me. Right on time for me to have court and to get back to work. Got my van for 2 days and they even texted me to just do a follow up to see how s it been running Definitely recommend them to do any work for you. They are honest people and they gave me a free tow to get it to the shop. Ali is the best. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. This place will rip you off bought car parts for these guys to install on vehicle I needed worked on. First they don t put all my parts on (suspension)so when I pick it up it drives really bad. I ask what s going on he gives me attitude like I m trying to scam him. All of the parts were in trunk and back seat. I told these idiots where everything was and still they act oblivious. Next they try to wheel align car omg they had my wheels freakin schreeching on street. So again talkin to the ali guy he says he has a Bentley or Benz, I guess saying to say my car is less then or watever. He is arrogant for no reason when he steals from are community. PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. OR GET NEW MANAGEMENT. In younger days I would have tuned him up but he will catch right one. Thanks And F this place. Thiefs

Very unprofessional I brought my car here because I needed suspension work. I was charged $400 for parts and labor. Part of the job wasn t completed and rather then telling me that. They just told me my car was finished charged me full price I was at work and had my wife pick the car up. I got home looked at the car and the new shock was still rusted and old. I took it back and they didn t give a refund on the labor just the part.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I must say the owner and staff are like family to me now. I ve been dealing with this shop for over 25 years. All my vehicles they ve worked on have done great work great service and good prices. Recently had a motor put in my 2011 Chevy Equinox running way better than before! I recommend this shop 2 thumbs up!!

They came through for me and my family. Had taken my car to 3 different places that promised they were going to fix the issue and all of them just made it worst and charged me crazily. This shop took my vehicle quoted me 3 times each one lower then the price before and had my car back on the road.

They will get you together. Work with you on payments, pricing and tries to get you in and out as quick as possible. It very much helps to know what you're talking about to describe the issues you have with YOU'RE CAR to better service you. If they think other issues are priority they will encourage you to fix that first and move forward with other fixes. If your car is non drivable or limits you from driving they will tell you that. Very reputable have taken 3 different cars there all have been fixed without further complaints.

Who do u think you are turning away customer's because u don't feel like fixing the car. U better be making some community contributions in that area trying to make it better than jacking up prices on small repair jobs. Don't go here y'all I'm telling you he is a typical business owner. They take all our money and don't do anything for the surrounding areas.

Prices are very fair. If you don t have the money for a diagnoses. They can obtained financing for you. They will take care of any problem and work with you, for any situation.
