I needed help because my brakes were squealing and happened to drive by this shop this morning. I was so pleased with the friendly service, patience, and kindness of the manager Frank. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything for me and even showed me what he ll be fixing on the car. Very professional and got me in and out quickly for a great price. Highly recommend!!

I called 10-15 places looking for a tire for my impala, and Precision Tune on 8 Mile not only had the best service, but the best prices as well, they didn t have the tire I needed in stock, but Frank the manager made a call and had one of his guys pick it up, and I was out the door within 30 min. You can t beat the combination of great service, and great pricing, I won t be going anywhere else for tires or any other work needed, as they are a full service shop. Ask for Frank, he will take care of you.

Not pleased with the services I received. I took my truck to have my head lights restored. After two attempts the headlights are in worse shape than when I started. I was left with clear coat all over the front of my truck and the headlights.I also requested a wheel alignment. My truck continued pulling to the left. Upon returning to have it looked at a second time. I was told the technician had forgotten to state that I needed new tires. That seems like a big thing to forget to tell a customer.

First met Frank a few weeks ago. Did my Uber review and looked out. What he said over the phone is exactly what he did. Came in today for a set of tires, was honest and found me a price that I couldn t get anywhere else. Great staff, will definitely be back!

I came in on Tuesday to get oil change it was too late but he told me if I come back tomorrow at 4 he would get me in & he did. I got there at 4 an he took my truck right back. There prices are reasonable & great customer service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a good experience here 8 months ago, I had went to have my brakes checked. The technician told me I didn't need brakes after taking all of my tires off and inspecting my brakes. Fast forward to yesterday, I returned to have my front brake pads changed, the technician here this day said I needed new brake pads, rotors and calipers. They quoted me a price over 500 dollars! Mind you the technician didn't even take any of my tires off! I went somewhere else and got my pads changed like I had planned in the first place. I don't advise going here unless you want to get cheated!

Got my oil changed with a Groupon. I was in and out super fast and the guy there was really nice. They also honored the price and had no problems with the Groupon. The only thing is I had to go twice since the first time I went on a weekend since Google maps said they were open. I showed up and it turned out the hours were wrong and they wouldn t be able to see me that day. The guy was nice about it though and I went back a few days later. I would just recommend making sure the hours posted are correct..

Provide absolutely no details when you call them. The bald guy that works the counter is 2 yards short of being rude. I called them and said there is a noise coming out of the front passenger wheel and they said bring it in. When I get there they told me it s $45 to have a look, you could have provided that information before I drove 20 mins to see you. Want to add that the mechanic Fadi on the other hand is a stand up guy and the only reason I returned to this location in the first place.

Call schedule an appointment and they got me in same day. Very friendly, fast service I was in and out very quickly. They answered all my questions. I strongly recommend going to this location for your regular maintenance service needs. I was very impressed

Absolutely terrible, if I could give negative star I would. They tried to play me because I'm a female and charge me a crazy amount of money for something I didn't even need for my car. Worst mistake ever because I actually know about cars. Don't go unless you want to pay extra and be treated very rudely. NEVER AGAIN.

This is a new owner and he is the best! the whole crew was nice and that's rare at an auto repair shop. they were fair and honest, which is also rare at an auto repair shop. this place will not take advantage of you. I ve been here about 3/4 times now and I m going to continue to come back even thought it s a 25 min drive from me. Michelle at the front desk is down to earth and you feel like you re talking to a friend. Compared to other places they re the cheapest and find whatever issue you have! Precision power was out one day so I had to go to another place, that place did a diagnosis but found nothing. I went back to Precision and their diagnostic test found the issue right away. I feel like they re honest and reasonable!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair
