Doug & his crew are very helpful and do a great job. They received a set of tires via TireRack & installed them for me, and everything was as smooth as possible. The price was right, as well. I will be returning for full-service work as needed. I highly recommend Pointe Service Center for all of your automotive needs, from gas to tires and beyond.

This is the shop where my crew and I met and started working together. Nothing but respect for Doug and his team. I cannot think of another full service shop like Pointe Service Center. Full tow service with multiple trucks, gas station with a snack bar and a 3 car service garage who isn't scared to work on a BMW M3. We learned from them and structure ourselves to be like them. Very grateful to once been part of their team.

Roy does a great job with your car, the service is incredibly quick, and the prices are great. PLUS this is an AAA certified service center so AAA members get a great discount. If your car needs work, check this place out FOR SURE.

Went for an oil change today... I didn't have an appointment, and was glad to have them take the car. However, it took nearly two hours (with the person ahead of me finishing up and one jump in between), and my car reeks of cigarette smoke now. I also did not get any information on pricing up front (at least partially my fault), seemingly because they were just eager to get my keys. I will not be returning.

Fair statement, Doug is only honest mechanic on Mack Avenue and general area. Work is completed on time, within budget and with care. Got a flat tire on a horrendous pothole on Mack and had to have my car towed here to replace it at as they were closing up shop. They went above and beyond by staying late to get me a new tire and replace it for me, all for a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Very good customer services, unfortunately they could not help. They did refer me to a dealership that could. My problem is solved! Dave the owner is really nice, thumbs up!!

Very bad experience I was told they would be able too fix my car i brung it monday april 9th now today Apr.11th and they didn't fix anything & gave my car a flat tire as well and tried having me buy one from them.. I basically paid 138.16 dollars for nothing. I do not prefer u too take your car too them save your time and money!!!!!

Even though they were busy the mechanics took time to answer my questions. They were courteous and their promise to have an answer for me regarding my car, was exactly the time they said it would be.

Very expensive and terrible customer semrvice. They will nickle and dime with fees and such. Much better options in the area, Grosse Pointe Auto Repair is better overall.
