My absolute favorite location in Southeastern Michigan. The only sales associates that I look forward to interacting with. Excellent customer service especially with the random questions that the average customer has given due to issues with diy related repairs. Between MJ, Shay, Craig, Corvette and Don going above and beyond what they are required of is a great blessing to the community, culture and corporation at large. This is my go-to parts supplier even though it is possible to get cheaper prices the lower quality and lack of a reasonable warranty is cause enough for not trying to save a few pennies upfront and save money in the long-term ownership of your vehicle.

Friendly service and they had the parts that I needed. Only issue is that one person was at the counter on their phone and didn't ask what I needed, but another employee came over quickly once they saw that and helped me get what I needed.

Poor customer service, floor needs to be mopped and buffed. Items on shelves are dusty. Entrance and exit doors are filthy. Do not touch them unless you have gloves on. Nasty parking lot there's always trash on the ground. I would rather drive ten miles away to a clean parts store where they are focused on helping customers.

O'Reilly's Auto Parts always have competitive prices that's why I switched from AutoZone to hear they even send me coupons in the mail that are very helpful after you spend so much money of course put 10 and $20 coupons go a long way nowadays so this is my auto parts supplier.

I didn't buy anything, I just went in to inquire about bike accessories but I have to go to a bike shop and or Meijers for what I need. The two gentlemen working there were very helpful though when they had mentioned it to me.

Trash. Manager of the store named mike is rude and unprofessional. Called to order part that wasnt in store from different location. Ive done this a few days ago and successfully paid but apparently they "dont do that". The manager had rude words to say like "what i say goes here". Inconsistent and will never buy from them again.

Helen, a cashier, is the rudest and most inefficient person I have met. She yelled at me, refused to honor my warranty and receipt for the purchase of a battery I had just purchased and needed to return literally one hour later; called me sweetheart, and refused to answer any other questions I had because I disagreed with her fact that she could not give me a refund. I never used the part and needed clarification on the matter. She was downright nasty and stepped in my face because I chose not to be serviced by her after waiting one hour for her to call another supervisor on guidance on how to handle a dispute that she had; the receipt and warranty spoke differently. Helen chose to totally ignore customer service satisfaction priority as written on the receipt. She also challenged me to report her. Im so done with this store and OReillys if they hire someone so rude and full of false self confidence that she can treat people anyway she chooses to. She even told me to record her on Facebook live. Ghetto service for the money I spent and planned to spend is not worth my entire day being ruined because Helen (would not give her last name) chose to be rude and discourteous to a loyal customer that is also a viable business owner.

Too pricey and I called twice placed on hold for 20 minutes which I don't mind being placed on hold. Hung up and drove to the business got in there no one was in there. Why she had me on hold if you decide to go there expect to empty you wallet.

Called in advance & the professional clerk (Shay) had my parts at the counter waiting for me. It was very much appreciated because the temperature was 91 degrees Fahrenheit with a heat index of 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

They're are bored, desperate woman that talk to much.. Never have the part i need. While the guys are always on there phone. But when you call there to busy get a new set of employees. You might make some profit. Milking the clock..

After nospeaking to customer when walking or helping the cashier walks out with me to smoke a blunt in car while on handicap parking!!! On yeah he is still working on clock - dread head

Terrible customer service don t have knowledge of products they sale and give u a hard time because they sold u defective part go call the one on east warren lot better customer service and they have knowledge of products they sale out store

I have a Defender with a 200tdi that was imported from the UK. Finding parts locally is pretty rare. The crew at O'Reilly on Gratiot near Van Dyke have been really helpful finding belts and such when I'm in a pinch.
