Trayvon went above and beyond! His customer service skills are amazing . I couldn't get any help at the auto parts store across the steet when trying to find a oil filter to fit my vehicle and was about to start guessing. He came off his lunch break to help me and gave me 2 different options. Everything fit perfectly on my vehicle. Thanks again. You definitely deserve a raise!

The worst store I've ever been in. Two women had terrible attitudes. If you don't know exactly what you are talking about they will come down on you hard. Being ridiculed and scowled at is something I did not expect.

My go to spot for automotive parts. The service here is superior and the staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I prefer this to the competitor right down the street. Also they will scan your check engine light for free and install wiper blades. 10/10 would shop here again.

Great little place .Has all the auto parts you need.Also sells tools and car accessories.Staff is super cool .Clean and well kept.Parking lot is huge .If this place doesn't have it they can order it and if the can not order it go to auto zone down the street. If the zone does have it you don't need it.This place disposes motor oil, brake fluid, and transmission oil.Good times found here

Herman The employee said the store closes when they lock the door ... He was upset he had to do his job at 2 minutes to 8 pm him doing his seemed to upset him an awful lot . We arrived at the store at 7:52 to buy one package of fuel line and the guy was staring at us inside and ignoring us while we knocked on the window asking why they were closed when it's not 8 o'clock so the one employee let us in and as we were ringing up Herman felt the need to tell us about how the store closes when he locks the door not at 8pm .... I never go to the store anyways and also we have removed a commercial account because they suck so bad no one knows anything and everyone is extremely rude you can go in the store anytime of day and everyone seems pissed off to be working even the manager is extremely rude they refused to do basic tasks like warranty parts they try to find every reason possible to not warranty the part they claim that is not in the system and make up all kinds of excuses it's terrible ..AutoZone for life!!!!!!! I also called corporate and complained

Prices way to high! 1 passenger wiper blade 28.00 I got the driver side on Amazon for 13.00 I needed someone to put on is the reason and a 5.00 dollar tip

Had a battery that was supposed to be delivered to this store.. and never got the email.. so I tried 5 times to call(spaced about 30 minutes apart) to see if it was there.. with no answer each time with 15-20 rings.....

Very, very good customer service with the lady that helped me . April was very knowledgeable in double checking to make sure l'd the right thermostat and transmission fluid for my car.

Ordered two parts from O'Reillys one of which never got there after two weeks asking them to order it! Second one I ordered I showed up to get it and could see the part I ordered with my name on it behind counter after staff told me they already sold it to someone else? When I could see it right there so I walked back there and grabbed it and I said "What is this then?" staff response " Oh that is what you wanted?" even though I asked for it by exact name on the box! Lol pathetic. Then to make matters worse everytime I walk in there I have to ask to be waited on standing there for 5 mins while 4-5 employee's standing behind the counter chit-chatted it up finally I was like " I need some parts here" no response for three times then I get "Ya watcha wants?" .......FOR STARTERS! Any bit of customer care would help!!! Never go here EVER!!! Autozone across the street!..

The customer service here is terrible. Employees don t speak when you enter, they don t try too help you with looking for parts. Employees look and act as if they don t want too be there or they hate they job. They are even rude with speaking.

I always go to O'Reilly they have quality parts and have Parts in stock good service friendly Associates always willing to help you to get your vehicle corrected hours are 7:30 to 9 Monday through Saturday 8 to 8 on Sundays always good place to go for auto parts

MS. LYNN;Bad day bad attitude, she was just plain rude. Yelling she don't give WRONG PARTS. Well, the lady did. Parts wrong as hell, everyone makes a mistake now and then but the way in which she handled this...O'RILEY'S OFF THE LIST.Too many other parts dealers to take bad, unfair rude treatment. Do better Ms. Manager lady!

They closed the store earlier. They are suppose to stay open until 9 pm. 8:15 they were closed when I asked why guy said they can close earlier my only question is why are the hours posted on door say 9pm? Terrible customer service!!!! So sad I had to go to auto zone smh

Every time I have ever went to O'Reillys on Warren I have always been greeted as soon as I walk in and always asked if I need assistance, very friendly and if I ever needed something and they didn't have it was there the next day for me
