This location is always so helpful that my battery was dead. I realized I needed to get it charged and o'reilly's,Does it for you free of charge. So I took it in this morning. I was helped right away. They let me know it would take a few hours and I should contact them in the afternoon. And i was given a tag to claim my battery later on.. They have all your automobile needs from automobile parts to accessories.

This place is an absolute joke if you try to return something they tell you they have no money... they have no problem taking your money but they try to give you a gift card I paid with cash I'd like my cash back I've been to this store 4 times every single time they give me the same line they don't have any money....every time they tell me to come back tomorrow...

Back in June, Alex came thru for my adult daughter and I like a champion when we stopped in looking for assistance. He was so helpful and even tho I felt self-conscious asking for help on something that seemed silly, he didn t make us feel foolish for at all and just pointed us in the right direction and used some muscles to assist where neither my adult daughter nor I had the strength needed. Very helpful - will def hit this shop for future auto needs. Thx!

I went in for a hose that connects to the radiator. I had all the specs for the vehicle and pictures of the damaged hose. They gave me the wrong item. when I realized there was a problem, I called to see why they gave me the absolutely wrong piece they refused to admit any wrong doing. only reason I'm not giving it one star is because the employee I originally dealt with was courteous and tried his best to be helpful

Dont know why i even bother coming but been here 3 times and all 3 times no help at all. Chunky girl at the counter clearly doesnt know anything about cars when im describing things i need. Why is she there if she doesnt know what shes doing? Just something pretty to look at while they rob you blind

I always appreciate the knowledgeable, experienced staff; the same employees for years. Busy store, but I've always gotten great service and very sound advice on parts and even repairs. The manager, Ricardo is especially knowledgeable and forthcoming about parts and repairs.

Great place they are bilingual I purchased alternator 2016 was life time warranty they are true to there word on there parts guarantee recommend to anyone to shop here 5 stars

Manager Ricardo was extremely rude and unprofessional. Gave us a hard time exchanging a waranteed part. Never had this much of an issue with the orileys we usually go to except this one is the only one that had the part we needed. Never coming back to this one

Went in because my Kia's battery is all but dead. They didn't have anyone to help replace it and didn't even seem to want to help me buy the tools to do it myself. I ended up just walking out.

Both stores on vernor Says they do free engine light testing but refuse to do it lazy and unprofessional.

Very helpful ricardo gio luz Joseph and alex are awesome. Always go out of thier way to find exactly what you need. I only deal with oriellys on vernor and th blvd. for new parts, wjatelse can i say except thier the best.....hands down....

Clean and stocked. Understaffed in personal opinion. I was the only one there so I was in and out, but the guy was there by himself.

They always have the parts I'm looking for! And different quality, so some are cheaper and some are more expensive parts, that's ok.
