AL senior is amazing! We came in with my boyfriends truck, the damage was fairly severe. Doesn t even look like we were in an accident!! He took care of us and our truck so well and fast too! Reasonably priced and professional. We were treated with the upmost respect. He even helped us find a replacement tire with the custom rim we had at a fairly good price. Great business and altogether he s a very nice decent person, which you don t find often these days especially in the car business. 100% recommend!!!!!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

The quality of work was easily worth 5 stars. You can't even tell my Jeep was hit and the original damage was significant. Staff was friendly and helpful.The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is that the work took a month while their website states work won't take that long. I'm sure much of it was out of their control but they also never gave me an indication it would take more than a couple weeks.I would still plan to return if I needed more work done. The quality of if work is better than most collision shops and they work really well with my insurance company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Al and his entire staff at Nortown were completely fantastic. I was rear-ended in a hit and run situation on the way home from work. Nortown made what I thought would have been the most stressful situation into a quick and easy experience. My vehicle was fixed in the exact amount of days he quoted me for and was so kind and accommodating throughout. He also set me up with a rental so I could get to and from work while repairs were being made. Don t know what I would have done without them! This company is professional, does great work, and got my car back to me in a timely manner. My car looks brand new! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I really liked the regular updates on the progress of my car as well.

Sadly, I had to come to them 3 times in my life each time was due to an accident. Love Al, he is the man! He and his crew are amazing. My car looks sooooo good that I almost kissed it when I picked it up. They are extremely honest, inexpensive and efficient. I called many other auto shops to replace my shifter in my DTS and the quotes were through the roof. I took my car to these guys and not only was my car fixed quickly, but was also one fourth of many of the quotes I recieved. They don't take advantage of you because you are a woman either like many other shops. I will definitely return whenever I have any other issues with my vehicle. Thank you to the staff who are well informed and friendly.

This place is absolutely horrendous and feeds off the African American community it serves to sustain Nortown economic status by doing subpar work and daring an individual to sue Nortown Collision Al and Albert Jr! In small claims court (36th district) and what Nortown collision shop will do is wait until the last minute of when their scheduled to appear before a magistrate located within 36th district court small claims division and have (NortownCollision) case moved to general civil court which causes the case to be pushed back another 45-60 days and since the inception of the pandemic the court solely does business online (handle small claims) which if the lay consumer is not cognizant of the practice, the individual will have their case against Nortown Collision dismissed because it s the consumer responsibility to follow the case via the 36th district website. This is how I became introduced to the shady practices of Nortown Collision and their blatant disdain for integrity and respect for a person of color:1.) I drive a 2018 black on black Chevrolet Camaro Convertible which someone unbeknown to me decided to side swipe.!therefore, to avoid paying a high insurance rate,! I decided to pay for the damages personally. Hence, I diligently sought out various collision repair shops through a multitude of personal friends (and one being a collision shop owner for over 30 years.!) and he recommended that I take my vehicle to Nortown Collision to have the repair work done on my vehicle because the price point was to low of a minimum for him to complete the work.2.) therefore, I took my vehicle to Nortown collision and they (Nortown collision) was kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle while Nortown collision repaired my 2018 convertible Camaro. Upon Nortown collision completing the work (I who should have known better) I fully compensated Nortown for the repair work . While still at the shop, I went outside and discovered many imperfections in the paint and body work that Nortown Collision did!!! I immediately went back into the collision shop and spoke with Al Sr. And informed him in a very professional Manner that I had discovered several flaws in the work that his shop had done and would he be kind enough to come outside of his shop and go over the vehicle with me.3.) to my surprise not only did Al refuse to come outside to view the work that was done on my vehicle, but he stated get the expletive out of my shop because I stand by my work I requested Al to please come and view the haphazard job that Nortown Collision did to my vehicle a minimum of four consecutive times! And each time Al Sr. Response was get the F out of my shop. After I requested that he cease from utilizing such blasphemous language towards me while I was simply requesting that he at minimum look at the work that Nortown collision did on my vehicle, Al Sr. Simply became more verbally abusive towards me.4.) after many failed attempts to communicate with Al. Sr. regarding my vehicle,! I informed him that I would be filing a small claims suit against him and his collision shop for the excessive damages that he caused!!5.)Al s disposition towards me was go right ahead and file your claim because I ve been sued before his statement immediately lead me to believe that this is/was a normal practice for him and especially towards citizens of color based on the demographics his collision shop services and is located.6.) I quickly found out why he was so pompous and disrespectful towards me, because after I filed my claim against his shop , I instantly became aware of how many times his shop has been sued for poor quality of work on individuals vehicle s and the number of times cases against Nortown Collision had been dismissed because of the aforementioned information I shared in my opening paragraph.7.) it s time for pariah s like Nortown Collision to be held accountable for their exploitation of the inner city residents finances and the forced acceptance of the poor quality of work that s being done on vehicles!!!!!!!

I had a bad impact on the left front corner of my 2015 honda civic, I thought for sure it would be totalled since the steering airbag deployed, but these guys were able to whip her back into shape in no time. I was given quite a deal since I went through my esurance. Nortown made a very painful situation easy to deal with. Their guaranteed lifetime warranty on all vehicles is a great thing to keep in mind as well. Come to this shop for your collision needs, you will be taken care of!

I was recommended this shop when my truck was damaged. Al and the crew were super friendly and honest about what needed to be done. The price was reasonable, the job was completed quickly, and my truck looks like it did before.

The Nortown experience was great. The customer service and workmanship was the best I have ever experienced. I will continue to take my vehicles into their shop and would recommend them to all my family and friends. Great job Nortown!!!!

Never bring your car to Nortown Collision I had been going there for years friends and family they lied about 3 cars they said they repaired and I am having the same problem . I took my car to another repair shop and they looked at my car and they told me none the repairs were done that I paid Nortown Collision to do. They are complete rip offs! And the staff is completely rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! I work hard to have people I trusted to do this to me numerous times. Please Please never bring your vehicle to Nortown Collision!

I took my vehicle there for the first time, I was totally afraid of the outcome but after picking up my car, my Cadillac that I've always taken to Cadillac for repairs I have to say I am beyond happy and impressed, they did an outstanding job on my baby, my vehicle looks brand new, and drives better than it ever did, Nortown Collision has a customer for life, I am beyond happy, excellent workmanship and great prices, they truly did right by me!
