DO NOT!!! Purchase anything from this company. They don t stand behind their work. I paid $2,200 for a transmission that failed after 9 months. I called multiple times to explain the situation about their product and I kept getting the run around, They ll call me back Managers not in Can I call back later today , let me check if the manger is in this went on for over a week. I couldn t wait any longer and had no choice but to pay another company to repair the transmission and their diagnosis of the transmission was that it was rebuilt by someone who has horribly workmanship, and has no business rebuilding transmission.Everyone please learn from my mistake, SAVE your money, these guys are thieves!! Take the extra time to shop around and find someone who stands behind their work.

Do not buy a transmission from Mr. Motors. I paid 2500 bucks for a transmission and it was total garbage. I called them and called them and eventually they just started hanging the phone up. I carried the Journey to a professional mechanic and had it installed. It lasted three days and I carried it back. The transmission had to be totally rebuilt and cost another 4100 bucks. 2500 to buy 1500 to have installed and another 4500 to have the piece of junk rebuilt. Stay away from Mr. Motors. They are not selling rebuilt transmissions. They are selling junk.Service: Transmission

Bought a transmission on eBay from mr.motors Installed the transmission myself (I m a professional technician ). Second gear shift has a flare after asking me a bunch of questions if I did stuff right they said call them I called them they said to add more fluid ( fluid was already at the correct fluid level) so I added fluid it didn t help and hear I am almost 1600 out of my pocket with a transmission barley hanging on Now the converter is have issues along with the flare in 2nd gear. Stay clear of these people save your money and buy a better transmission. Also I ve only put 1500 miles on this transmission since installed bought on march 30 and it took two weeks to come inService: Transmission

Bought a transmission for a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer on Ebay and had a different professional auto shop install it. Didn't even last a year when the transmission started to slip out of 2nd gear. I called and mentioned about the warranty I never received from them when I returned the core and they weren't able to fix the problem because they never sent the warranty to me. They are unresponsive on eBay and I suggest not buying a transmission from them.Service: Transmission

I ordered a transmission for a gmc Acadia from these people, upon installing it i figured out it was no good, mr.motors then sent me another valve body for that transmission, that did not fix it, so they sent me a 2nd transmission on warranty. and to no surprise it was also a junk transmission. i filed a refund with eBay and said i would send both transmissions back for my money back. and before i could get 2nd unit pulled out and them sent back mr.motors cancelled the return and refund. so i am out the $2,200. the owner has been dodging my calls since. i still sent the defective units back. and would not recommend this joke of a mechanic shop to anyone.Service: Transmission

AMAZING SERVICE! they sold me a transmission on ebay for a 2016 caravan and it s been almost two years and i m still driving!! thank you mr.motors! definitely coming back to get my tires done for the winter.

Yes I ordered a suspension part from these people and they won't give me my credit back they don't want the part back and I keep having run around with them Never order anything from these guys ever again These people are liars and they don't stand by anything they say or their product they keep giving me their own around do not do not do not order anything from these people at allService: Steering & suspension repair
